In order to Employer seal "Top Employer" (DIQP), CUBE CONCEPTS GmbH has undergone the certification process according to the standard of the DIQP Deutsches Institut für Qualitätsstandards und -prüfung e.V. (German Institute for Quality Standards and Testing).
The award was based on a representative survey of employees, in which all employees had the opportunity to participate. SQC-QualityCert GmbH conducted the certification as a certification company and analyzed and evaluated the results of the survey. In addition to the employees’ opinions, it also took into account employer performance, including in a HR interview. The evaluation included aspects such as internal communication, supervisor behavior, work environment, and development opportunities.
