An exceptional event full of professional exchange, team spirit, and Mediterranean flair. Our event this year took place from June 24th to 28th, 2025. CUBE CONCEPTS Summer Exchange takes place in Mallorca – with a full program and plenty of room for interactions away from the daily grind.
Arrive & Warm-up
Right after work, the entire team boarded a plane to Palma de Mallorca on Tuesday evening. After check-in, the evening was free – ideal for immersing yourselves in the Mediterranean way of life in the mild temperatures.
Expert input with foresight
On Wednesday, the official program started at the premises of our Spanish subsidiary, CUBE CONCEPTS S.L. In various workshops, everything revolved around current Large-scale battery storageTechnologies, New legal frameworks and practical insights through exciting presentations by our partner companies. Despite the intensive program, the good mood remained intact, and the day was rounded off with a convivial dinner at a traditional tapas bar.
Summer Exchange 2025 for Teamwork & Teambuilding
Thursday began with department-specific sessions, focusing on strategies, goals, and operational topics. In the afternoon, we traded the conference table for the harbor. We took three speedboats to a secluded bay for swimming, jet skiing, or simply relaxing. A communal dinner at a tavern with a sea view near the boat landing served as the perfect conclusion.
Graduation at the Finca
Friday took the team to a typical Mallorcan finca, where the workshop part of the Summer Exchange 2025 concluded with creative group work. Afterwards, everyone chopped, grilled, and laughed together – a true highlight to wrap things up. In the afternoon, the majority of the team headed back to Düsseldorf. Some employees extended their weekend on the island and networked at the „Pizza Saturday“locker continues.
Conclusion of the Summer Exchange 2025
The Summer Exchange 2025 was more than just an offsite: It once again showed how valuable personal encounters, shared experiences, and looking beyond the horizon are for our team and our work. Thanks to everyone involved – we are already looking forward to the next time!
