Five new employees are starting at CUBE CONCEPTS
With five new colleagues, September begins at CUBE CONCEPTS with a significant personnel reinforcement. The new employees bring various professional focuses and experiences and will support important areas of the company in the future.
New to the team are:
- Amir Zaheri as a Technical System Planner
- Kai Röpe as Chief Financial Officer
- Stephan Söhngen as corporate counsel
- Stefan Birkle as corporate counsel
- Xi Xie as corporate counsel
With the new hires, CUBE CONCEPTS is strengthening its technical and commercial structures as well as the legal and regulatory departments. In doing so, the company is creating additional capacity for the further development of its projects and business areas.
Legal department is being restructured with three in-house counsel
A particular focus of the personnel reinforcement is on Legal Department of CUBE CONCEPTS. With Stephan Söhngen, Stefan Birkle, and Xi Xie, no fewer than three in-house counsel are joining the company on September 1.
The expansion is a logical response to the growing importance of legal and regulatory issues in the energy sector. The development and implementation of large-scale energy projects are increasingly shaped by complex legal regulations, energy law requirements, and extensive contractual frameworks.
Ob Photovoltaics, Battery storage, Whether grid connection, power marketing, or new regulatory frameworks: legal issues today are closely intertwined with technical and economic project development.
By building its own significantly expanded legal team, CUBE CONCEPTS will be able to handle these matters even more internally in the future. Legal expertise will thus be integrated into projects and business decisions at an early stage.
Technical and commercial expertise is also being expanded
In addition to the legal department, CUBE CONCEPTS is also strengthening its technical and commercial structures.
As Technical System Planner Amir Zaheri will support the technical planning and implementation of the energy projects in the future. Especially in the case of larger photovoltaic and energy projects, precise technical planning is an important basis for efficient project development and execution.
With Kai Röpe as Commercial Director the commercial organization is also being further developed. The position creates additional capacity for managing and further developing the commercial processes and structures within the company.
With this, CUBE CONCEPTS is not relying solely on further personnel growth, but is specifically strengthening its expertise in areas that are of central importance to the company's further development.
Growth in the energy sector requires new structures
The energy market is undergoing dynamic transformation. New regulatory requirements, increasing demands on energy projects, and the growing importance of photovoltaics, battery storage systems, and intelligent energy management are also changing the requirements for project developers and energy service providers.
For CUBE CONCEPTS, therefore, growth means not only more projects, but also the continuous expansion of its own organization. Technical planning, commercial management, as well as legal and regulatory expertise must work closely together in the process.
With the five new hires effective September 1, 2026, CUBE CONCEPTS is expanding its internal expertise in precisely these areas.
