Here we explain in nine steps how we at CUBE CONCEPTS plan your commercial PV system and implement it for you.
1st analysis meeting
We work with you to develop an optimal solution for your company - either for your own consumption or as an investment. In the initial analysis meeting, we collect all the information that will help us to plan your PV system.
2. indicative offer, PV system planning & design
- Obtain all required documents: electricity bill, load profile and details of the roof areas that can be occupied
- Coordination with the grid operator and obtaining grid approval from CUBE CONCEPTS
- Clarification of local conditions such as sealing, feed-in quantities, transformer solutions, etc.
- Planning and design of the system based on current electricity consumption and future electricity consumption
- Inclusion of your e-mobility planning, taking into account the required infrastructure - a solar carport solution on request
- Planning with PV-SOL as an industry-established and bank-compliant planning/calculation tool
- Peak load management and Peak Shaving to optimize the energy efficiency calculation
- System planning according to VDE and DIN-certified
- Accordingly, our offers are based on detailed profitability checks and bank-compliant calculations, taking into account all business and tax aspects
3. mandating
Service contract signed and CUBE CONCEPTS begins to plan and implement your PV system in detail.
4. detailed measurement (on site) to prepare the bill of quantities & plan the PV system
- Analysis of grid compatibility with evaluation of additional costs, e.g. for medium-voltage systems, maintenance of existing protection, switch-off specifications and associated certification
- Analysis and delimitation of third-party consumers/meter management
- Planning according to VDE 0100-712, Clarification of e.g. necessary disconnecting devices for inverters and feed-in management in accordance with VDE-AR-N 4105
- Lightning and surge protection for photovoltaic systems in accordance with VDS 2031 and VDE 0185-305-3 supplement 5
- Fire protection for grid-connected photovoltaic systems (load-break switches) in accordance with VDE 0100-712 and fire transmission in accordance with DIN 4102-7 or fire propagation through unprotected cables in accordance with VdS 2025
- Commissioning of external experts to check the statics and/or renovation of the roof
5. invitation to tender
We take over the entire project controlling from planning and technology to coordination, administration, quality management and solar installer selection. Tendering is carried out in the CUBE solar installer network in accordance with standardized or country-specific specifications. We invite tenders, compare and score - this is the only way to achieve an independent energy balance. We put your PV system out to tender on the basis of your individual bill of quantities. The energy performance of your system is in harmony with the price and performance, so we guarantee you the best price-power-performance package.
6. award of contract
By signing EEG-compliant contracts, you receive guaranteed security and protection. Our insurance framework contracts guarantee comprehensive protection that goes far beyond standard cover.
7. construction / installation
Our solar professionals have been specialized and certified in large-scale systems both nationally and internationally for over 30 years. They install your PV system exactly according to plan and the current insurance requirements. We attach particular importance to the quality of the technology installed. That's why everything from the inverters to the last screw is first choice. We are independent of suppliers and manufacturers and can therefore always deliver.
8. operational management
Onboarding - We continue to support you in the first few months after commissioning. We support you in checking your grid billing. Free of charge for you.
