We are CUBE CONCEPTS, a leading project developer for sustainable energy solutions and a full-service partner for commercial photovoltaic systems. From planning and construction to grid connection, monitoring and direct marketing, we provide our customers with comprehensive support. Our strong network of solar specialists guarantees that every PV project is implemented efficiently, sustainably and economically.

Your mission:

As part of our Sales & Strategy team, you’ll ensure that inquiries turn into qualified conversations.
You conduct initial introductory meetings, analyze the potential clients' starting situations, and prepare our strategy consultants in a structured way for appointments.

You don't sell blindly.
You qualify, provide input, and create the foundation for informed, strategic decisions.

Your tasks:

  • Initial phone calls with prospects (qualification & needs assessment)

  • Structured preparation, planning, and follow-up for consulting appointments

  • Close collaboration with our strategy consultants in day-to-day business

  • Maintenance and further development of existing contacts

  • Representation of Cube Concepts at Trade Fairs, Seminars, and Industry Events

What you bring with you:

You need no classic sales experience.
What you need is Willingness to learn, discipline, and resilience.

In a structured onboarding process, you will learn, among other things:

  • Professional communication skills

  • Qualification according to clearly defined criteria

  • Strategic thinking in the energy and project context

The onboarding typically takes 2–4 months and is consciously demanding.

What we expect

  • You can follow existing processes and consistently implement them.

  • You have a quick grasp and work precisely.

  • You remain calm and structured, even when under pressure

  • You communicate clearly, with commitment, and at eye level

  • You have a pleasant, secure voice

  • You master the German language in writing and speaking flawlessly.

  • You take responsibility for yourself first.

A completed vocational training is helpful, but not crucial.
Previous knowledge in photovoltaics or BESS is a plus – no must.
