The Supply Chain Act or, more precisely, the German Supply Chain Due Diligence Act (LkSG) does not contain direct regulations on energy law. Objectives of the Supply Chain Act

Januar 2023 in Kraft und gilt zunächst für alle Unternehmen mit in der Regel mehr als 3.000 Arbeitnehmern im Inland.
