As an up-and-coming and fast-growing start-up, we realize commercial photovoltaic systems and draw on the decades of experience of our employees and partners. As a full-service project developer, CUBE CONCEPTS takes on the entire implementation of the energy project. So that our customers can reduce their carbon footprint in an extremely economical and future-proof way, we always act from the client's point of view. This guiding principle applies to CUBE purchase and CUBE Contracting equally. Since our foundation in 2020, we have successfully implemented numerous individual customer projects in Germany and Europe. With over 30 photovoltaic & energy experts and numerous experienced cooperation partners, we have established a significant market position.
The departments of CUBE CONCEPTS
The marketing team keeps a close eye on all internal and external processes as well as all company projects and takes care of the entire external image of CUBE CONCEPTS. It supports all departments and manages all marketing activities. Starting with the website, social media channels and cooperations with partner companies, through press inquiries and press releases to the coordination of trade fair appearances or the creation of sales documents.
Content is king and the impressive photos or drone flights of customer projects as well as the interviews with satisfied clients motivate not only the marketing team but also interested companies throughout Europe to rely on renewable energy sources.
The marketing department always has its finger on the pulse: current legislation, the latest technological developments and products, which are constantly expanding the CUBE CONCEPTS portfolio, and trends in the renewable energy sector ensure that there is always new input.
The CUBE CONCEPTS sales team is international, well-connected and specializes in photovoltaic solutions. In an initial consultation, it determines the energy consumption, defines the project goal together with the customer and discusses how CUBE CONCEPTS can provide support along the way.
Once the initial information has been qualified, the sales team develops the individual energy solutions and accompanies the entire project from planning and implementation to the handover of the turnkey solar system to the client.
Engineering takes on all the tasks involved in connecting to the public electricity grid. This includes applying to the grid operator for a grid compatibility check of the planned system or possibly requesting an extension of the grid approval.
The engineering department actively supports all processes and manages all necessary measures in accordance with the grid operator's specifications, for example if extensions and additions to the transformer stations or the low-voltage main distribution board are required. In addition, CUBE CONCEPTS' engineering department accompanies the installation and monitors compliance with the VDE-compliant Installation, which involves discussing with the customer where the cables are to be laid, the inverters installed and where the switch cabinet systems can be set up.
Once compliance with the fire and lightning protection guidelines has been checked, the engineering department then submits the applications for commissioning, including the prescribed telecontrol technology and the installation of data loggers for direct marketing and system monitoring. It goes without saying that the required certification by independent certifiers and the system documentation are created together with the grid connection. This makes the proper connection of your PV system in accordance with VDE and TAB completely effortless for you.
In our administration department, we always have a beaming smile for our employees and are the first point of contact for all inquiries. This keeps us in close contact with every single colleague and ensures smooth communication. This is where team coordination and planning takes place, and we provide organizational support for ongoing projects, such as drawing up contracts or taking out insurance. We also prepare information and create reports. Our tasks also include the preparation and follow-up of meetings, and we particularly look forward to planning events.
As the interface between the management and all employees, we have a central position in the company. Recruitment and selection in particular are key focal points of our work, as CUBE CONCEPTS is growing rapidly and is constantly hiring qualified employees. In addition to administrative and organizational tasks, we also act as an internal contact, consultant and coach for our team. We benefit from the high level of self-motivation of all our employees, who master the diverse challenges with enthusiasm.
