From June 24th to 26th, the CUBE CONCEPTS team was able to meet in person in Mallorca. Around 30 Cubies from Germany and Spain gathered in Palma for an exchange meeting. In varied, interactive sessions, they learned more about the work and projects of the other Fellows. In addition to the personal exchange, high-caliber guests provided plenty of professional input.
The first day was used for relaxation and was enjoyed together in a relaxed get-together under the Palma sun.
Training & Expert Lectures
The second day of the Exchange Meeting began with an internal software training session. Subsequently, CUBE CONCEPTS marketing provided exciting insights into the planning for Q3 and Q4 2023. Key account management then explained its working methods and the handling of construction sites to the colleagues. Updates were then given on roof renovations and open space projects. After the Key Account Management team had answered all questions, the contact-oriented part of the Exchange Meeting began. All employees gathered at Mallorca’s longest table amidst a vineyard. What a beautiful setting! With rosé wine from Bodega Maruccia And Rainer Lieverscheidt's grill specialties all discussed the lectures they had attended. In doing so, they enjoyed the collegial interaction.
Partner Presentations & Sample Projects
The third day began directly with an interesting presentation by CUBE CONCEPTS partner NVG on static/OCR as another service offering, followed by internal project presentations from the Sales department. The management of CUBE CONCEPTS partner Enoplan then spoke about current energy laws and their implications for the industry. Further interactive sessions with partner companies and fellows on modular carport solutions and energy consulting rounded off the program content for this year's annual Exchange Meeting.
Local flavor to conclude the Exchange Meeting
Of course, a typical paella was a must at the end of the three-day exchange meeting in 2023, bringing this input-rich and wonderful event to a close.
