From June 24th to 26th, CUBE CONCEPTS employees had the opportunity to connect in person in Mallorca. The approximately 30 "Cubies" met in Palma from Germany and Spain for an exchange meeting and learned more about the work and projects of their colleagues in diverse, interactive sessions. In addition to personal exchanges between colleagues, there was a wealth of professional input from top-tier guests.
The first day was used for relaxation and was enjoyed together in a relaxed get-together under the Palma sun.
Training & Expert Lectures
The second day of the Exchange Meeting began with an internal software training session, after which CUBE CONCEPTS Marketing provided exciting insights into the plans for Q3 and Q4 2023. CUBE CONCEPTS key account management explained their working methods and the handling of construction sites to their colleagues, followed by updates on roof renovations and open space projects. Once the key account management team had clarified all questions, the sociable part of the Exchange Treff began. All the employees gathered around the longest table in Mallorca in the middle of a vineyard. What a beautiful backdrop! With rosé wine from the Bodega Maruccia and grilled specialties from Rainer Lieverscheidt, all employees chatted about the lectures they heard and enjoyed the collegial togetherness.
Partner Presentations & Sample Projects
The third day began directly with an interesting presentation by CUBE CONCEPTS partner NVG on static/OCR as another service offering, followed by internal project presentations from the Sales department. The management of CUBE CONCEPTS partner Enoplan then spoke about current energy laws and their implications for the industry. Further interactive sessions with partner companies and fellows on modular carport solutions and energy consulting rounded off the program content for this year's annual Exchange Meeting.

Of course, a typical paella was a must at the end of the three-day exchange meeting in 2023, bringing this input-rich and wonderful event to a close.
