The expert for photovoltaic systems has been awarded the employer seal "Top employer (DIQP)" with the valuation "very good" nach einer unabhängigen Mitarbeiterbefragung erhalten und darf es nun bis Februar 2026 führen.
In order to Employer seal "Top Employer" (DIQP), CUBE CONCEPTS GmbH has undergone the certification process according to the standard of the DIQP Deutsches Institut für Qualitätsstandards und -prüfung e.V. (German Institute for Quality Standards and Testing).
The award was based on a representative employee survey in which all employees had the opportunity to take part. The results of this survey were analyzed and evaluated. In addition to employee opinions, performance as an employer was also taken into account as part of the certification process, which included an HR interview. Aspects such as internal communication, supervisor behavior, working atmosphere and development opportunities were evaluated. The certification was carried out by the certification company SQC-QualityCert GmbH.
Oliver Scharfenberg, Managing Director of SQC-QualityCert, congratulated the company on its successful certification and emphasized the high level of employee participation in the survey: "Participation in the survey was enormous.
