Your mission:

As an IT Administrator (m/f/d), you ensure stable, secure, and efficient IT operations within our company. You manage our system environment, support female and male colleagues with technical questions, and continuously develop our IT infrastructure. In doing so, you always keep an eye on topics such as IT security, digitalization, automation, and the integration of new technologies. With your structured approach and service orientation, you make a significant contribution to the efficiency and future-proofing of CUBE CONCEPTS.

Your tasks:

• IT infrastructure & system administration:
Administration, maintenance and further development of our network and cloud infrastructures as well as ensuring smooth IT operations

• User Support & Workplace Management:
Support for our employees in first- and second-level support, setup and administration of hardware and software, and onboarding of new colleagues

• IT Security & Privacy:
Implementation and further development of security measures, user and rights management, backup and recovery management, as well as support for data protection and compliance requirements

• Cloud & Microsoft Environment:
Administration and optimization of Microsoft 365, Teams, and other cloud services

• Digitization & Process Optimization:
Analysis of existing IT processes, introduction of new systems and tools, automation of recurring tasks, and support for digitization projects

• Documentation & IT Projects:
Creation and maintenance of technical documentation, participation in cross-location IT projects, and coordination of external IT service providers

What you bring with you:

• Successfully completed vocational training or degree in computer science, business informatics, system integration, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in IT administration or IT support
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows server environments, Active Directory, network technology, and IT security
• Experience with cloud technologies, virtualization solutions, and modern workplace environments
• Knowledge in the fields of IT service management, user administration, and system monitoring
• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented approach
• Strong service orientation, strong communication skills, and ability to work in a team
• Very good written and spoken German skills as well as good English skills
