Your mission:

Als Projektmanager*in (m/w/d) bist Du der Taktgeber unserer Photovoltaikprojekte – von der Planung bis zur Inbetriebnahme. Du koordinierst interne Teams und externe Partner, behältst Budgets, Timings und Meilensteine im Blick und sorgst dafür, dass alle Zahnräder perfekt ineinandergreifen. Dabei sicherst Du nicht nur Qualität und technische Standards, sondern bringst auch aktiv Deine Ideen ein, um Prozesse zu verbessern und die Energiewende effizient voranzutreiben.
Mit Deiner strukturierten Arbeitsweise, technischem Verständnis und einem hohen Maß an Eigenverantwortung gestaltest Du den nachhaltigen Erfolg unserer Projekte und stärkst die Position von CUBE CONCEPTS als zukunftsorientierter Partner im Bereich erneuerbare Energien.

Your tasks:

Unterstützung bei der Planung und Umsetzung von gewerblichen Photovoltaikprojekten
Überwachung von Projektfortschritten sowie Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Terminen und Budgets
Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung technischer Unterlagen und Dokumentationen
Koordination und Kommunikation zwischen internen Teams und externen Partnern
Support in ensuring quality and safety standards
Administrative Begleitung des operativen Tagesgeschäfts
Analyse von Projektdaten zur kontinuierlichen Prozessoptimierung
Mitarbeit an Themen rund um Rentabilität, Regelleistungserträge und Stromspeicher

What you bring with you:

Completed technical training, ideally related to the energy or solar industry
Elektrotechnische Erfahrungen, vorzugsweise im Bereich AC-Anbindung von PV-Anlagen
Erfahrung im Projektmanagement oder in der technischen Projektabwicklung
Sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft Dynamics und technischer Planungssoftware
Strukturierte, organisierte Arbeitsweise und Teamfähigkeit
Strong communication skills and enjoy working with different contact persons
Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
