Als Notarfachangestellte*r (m/w/d) unterstützt du unsere Syndikusrechtsanwältin und wirkst aktiv an der Umsetzung rechtlicher und vertraglicher Aufgaben mit. Du betreust notarielle Abläufe, behältst wichtige Fristen und Dokumente im Blick, unterstützt bei der Vorbereitung von Verträgen. Dabei arbeitest du eng mit unserer Unternehmensjuristin und dem Projektteam zusammen und sorgst dafür, dass rechtliche Prozesse reibungslos und termingerecht ablaufen.

Your tasks:

Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von verschiedenen Verträgen (z.B. Kaufverträge, Dienstleistungsverträge, Werkverträge, Powe Purchase Agreements, Vorbereitung von Eintragungsbewilligungen für beschränkte persönliche Dienstbarkeiten)
Mitarbeit bei der rechtlichen Begleitung von PV-Projekten, insbesondere in Vertrags- und Genehmigungsfragen
Einblicke in unternehmensrechtliche Themen (insb. gesellschaftsrechtliche Fragestellungen)
Direkter Austausch mit unserer Unternehmensjuristin

What you bring with you:

Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Rechtsanwalts- oder Notarfachangestellte*r oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
Erfahrung im Umgang mit Verträgen und rechtlichen Abläufen
Sorgfältige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
Organisationstalent und Freude an eigenverantwortlichem Arbeiten
Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und digitale Affinität
Interesse an nachhaltigen Themen uns Lust, in einem modernen Unternehmen mitzuwirken
