Your mission:

Als Team Lead / Head of Projektmanagement (m/w/d) PV & BESS verantwortest du den Aufbau, die Führung und die Weiterentwicklung unseres Projektmanagementbereichs. Du steuerst ein wachsendes Projektteam, entwickelst Standards, sorgst für effiziente Prozesse und stellst sicher, dass unsere Photovoltaik- und Batteriespeicherprojekte technisch, wirtschaftlich und terminlich erfolgreich umgesetzt werden. Dabei verbindest du operative Projekterfahrung mit strategischer Führungskompetenz: Du schaffst Strukturen, priorisierst Ressourcen, unterstützt dein Team bei komplexen technischen Fragestellungen und entwickelst das Projektgeschäft gemeinsam mit angrenzenden Fachbereichen weiter.

Your tasks:

Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung des Projektmanagement-Teams im Bereich Photovoltaik und Batteriespeicher
Verantwortung für die erfolgreiche Umsetzung komplexer PV- und BESS-Projekte über alle Projektphasen hinweg
Steuerung von Projektportfolios hinsichtlich Qualität, Budget, Terminen und Ressourcen
Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung einheitlicher Projektmanagement-Standards, Methoden und Prozesse
Unterstützung des Teams bei technischen und organisatorischen Herausforderungen
Schnittstellenmanagement zwischen internen und externen Partnern
Steuerung von Eskalationen sowie aktives Risikomanagement
Verantwortung für Netzanschlussprozesse, technische Abnahmen und Inbetriebnahmen auf Portfolioebene
Mitwirkung bei der Weiterentwicklung wirtschaftlicher Modelle rund um Speicherintegration, Direktvermarktung und Flexibilitätsvermarktung
Unterstützung bei Personalentwicklung, Recruiting und Kompetenzaufbau im Team

What you bring with you:

Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Elektrotechnik, Energietechnik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
Mehrjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Projektmanagement von Photovoltaik-, Energie- oder Infrastrukturprojekten
Erfahrung in der Führung von Teams oder in leitender Projektverantwortung
Fundierte Kenntnisse im Bereich Photovoltaik, Batteriespeicher und elektrotechnische Infrastruktur
Erfahrung mit AC-Anbindung, Netzanschlussprozessen sowie technischen Normen und regulatorischen Anforderungen
Starkes organisatorisches Verständnis sowie Fähigkeit zur Priorisierung komplexer Projektlandschaften
Sicherer Umgang mit Projektmanagement-Tools und ERP-Systemen, idealerweise Microsoft Dynamics 365
Kommunikationsstärke, Entscheidungsfähigkeit und unternehmerisches Denken
Erfahrung im Aufbau skalierbarer Projektorganisationen
Kenntnisse im Bereich Batteriespeichervermarktung, Lastmanagement oder Energiewirtschaft
Erfahrung in der Führung interdisziplinärer Teams
Verständnis für wirtschaftliche Projektkennzahlen und Margensteuerung
Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
