Your mission:

Als Head of Sales (m/w/d) übernimmst du die Gesamtverantwortung für unseren Vertrieb – und gehst dabei weit über klassische Führung hinaus:

Du baust eine skalierbare Sales-Organisation für komplexe Energielösungen.

Your tasks:

Aufbau, Führung und Weiterentwicklung eines High-Performance B2B-Sales-Teams
Steuerung des gesamten Sales Funnels – von Leadgenerierung bis Closing
Aktive Unterstützung bei komplexen Verhandlungen und Abschlüssen
Entwicklung einer klaren Performance- und Closing-Kultur
Skalierung von Prozessen, Strukturen und KPIs
Betreuung und Ausbau strategischer Key Accounts
Identifikation neuer Marktpotenziale und Partnerschaften
Übersetzung komplexer Energie- und Geschäftsmodelle in überzeugende Business Cases
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Technik, Projektmanagement und Geschäftsführung

What you bring with you:

Mehrjährige Erfahrung im B2B-Vertrieb (z. B. Energie, Infrastruktur, Tech, SaaS)
Nachweisbare Stärke im Closing anspruchsvoller Deals
Erfahrung im Aufbau und in der Führung von Vertriebsteams
Fähigkeit, technische und wirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge überzeugend zu verbinden
Unternehmerisches Denken, hohe Eigenverantwortung und Umsetzungsstärke
Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Verhandlungsfähigkeit

Idealerweise zusätzlich:

Erfahrung im Bereich Photovoltaik, Speicher oder Energielösungen
Erfahrung in skalierenden Vertriebsorganisationen
