Your mission:

In Deiner Rolle als Controller leistest du einen zentralen Beitrag zur finanziellen Stabilität und Steuerungsfähigkeit unseres Unternehmens.

Your tasks:

Erstellung, Pflege und Weiterentwicklung von Liquiditätsplanungen sowie Cashflow-Analysen
Überwachung und Analyse von Zahlungsströmen in enger Abstimmung mit Buchhaltung und Banken
Unterstützung bei Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen
Analyse von Kosten- und Umsatzentwicklungen sowie Ableitung von Handlungsempfehlungen zur Ergebnisoptimierung
Erstellung von Management-Reports, Forecasts und KPI-Analysen
Mitwirkung bei der Weiterentwicklung von Controlling-Prozessen, -Tools und internen Finanzstrukturen

What you bring with you:

Abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre, des Finanzwesens oder eine vergleichbare kaufmännische Qualifikation
3–5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Controlling oder Finanzwesen, idealerweise im mittelständischen Umfeld
Fundierte Kenntnisse im Liquiditätsmanagement, Finanzcontrolling und Reporting
Sehr sicherer Umgang mit MS Excel; Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen (z. B. SAP, DATEV) von Vorteil
Analytisches Denkvermögen, Zahlenstärke und ein ausgeprägtes Verständnis für wirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge
Selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und hohe Zuverlässigkeit
