Your tasks:

Controlling – Schwerpunkt Liquiditätsmanagement

Erstellung, Pflege und Weiterentwicklung von Liquiditätsplanungen und Cashflow-Analysen
Überwachung von Zahlungsströmen sowie Abstimmung mit Buchhaltung und Banken
Unterstützung bei Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen
Analyse von Kosten- und Umsatzentwicklungen, Ableitung von Maßnahmen zur Ergebnisoptimierung
Erstellung von Management-Reports und Kennzahlenanalysen
Mitwirkung bei der Weiterentwicklung von Controlling-Tools und -Prozessen

Einkauf – Schwerpunkt B2B-Beschaffung

Auswahl, Bewertung und Betreuung von Lieferanten und Solarteuren im Bereich Photovoltaik und BESS
Einholung und Vergleich von Angeboten sowie Verhandlung von Preisen, Rahmenverträgen und Lieferbedingungen
Aufbau und Pflege langfristiger B2B-Partnerschaften
Koordination der Beschaffungsprozesse in enger Abstimmung mit Projektmanagement und Technik
Marktbeobachtung: Analyse von Preisen-, Qualitäts- und Lieferentwicklungen
Sicherstellung der Lieferfähigkeit und Wirtschaftlichkeit entlang der gesamten Lieferkette

What you bring with you:

Abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder vergleichbare kaufmännische Ausbildung
3-5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Controlling, Finanzwesen oder Einkauf – idealerweise im mittelständischen Umfeld
Erfahrung im Liquiditätsmanagement, Reporting oder Finanzcontrolling
Kenntnisse im technischen oder strategischen Einkauf, vorzugsweise im Bereich Photovoltaik, Elektrotechnik oder Bauwesen
Sicher Umgang mit MS Excel sowie idealerweise Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen (z.B. SAP, DATEV)
Ausgeprägtes analytisches Denkvermögen, Verhandlungsgeschick und unternehmerisches Verständnis
Selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und Freude an interdisziplinärer Zusammenarbeit
