Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 cette mesure, le BMWK souhaite continuer \u00e0 augmenter la dynamique de d\u00e9veloppement \u00e9lev\u00e9e et r\u00e9duire les obstacles actuels afin d'atteindre l'objectif de d\u00e9veloppement ambitieux. D'ici 2030, un total de 215 gigawatts de puissance photovolta\u00efque devrait \u00eatre install\u00e9 en Allemagne.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Les changements devraient prendre effet \u00e0 partir de 2024<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En principe, le projet de loi du paquet solaire I devait \u00eatre adopt\u00e9 par le cabinet f\u00e9d\u00e9ral avant les vacances d'\u00e9t\u00e9 2023. Les dispositions prennent effet <strong>\u00e0 partir de 2024<\/strong> et doivent encore \u00eatre concr\u00e9tis\u00e9es dans les mois \u00e0 venir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Concr\u00e8tement, le paquet solaire I pr\u00e9voit ce qui suit pour les entreprises :<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">D'ici 2030, l'Allemagne devrait <strong>Parcs solaires<\/strong> et <strong>Installations agri-PV<\/strong> avec une puissance totale de 80 GW. Pour ce faire, les proc\u00e9dures d'autorisation complexes sont assouplies et une <strong>R\u00e8gle de l'opt-out<\/strong>. Cela signifie qu'un permis de construire sera d\u00e9livr\u00e9 plus rapidement pour les surfaces destin\u00e9es \u00e0 une utilisation photovolta\u00efque. Cette mesure s'appliquera si elle n'a pas \u00e9t\u00e9 express\u00e9ment contest\u00e9e au pr\u00e9alable. Cela vaut \u00e9galement pour les surfaces dont l'acc\u00e8s n'est possible que via des tiers. Modifications et <strong>Extensions du droit d'usage des chemins<\/strong> pour les installations d'\u00e9nergie renouvelable sont d\u00e9j\u00e0 en cours de concertation \u00e0 ce sujet.
