{"id":7545,"date":"2023-05-31T13:07:28","date_gmt":"2023-05-31T11:07:28","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/cubeconcepts.de\/?p=7545"},"modified":"2026-04-30T13:00:26","modified_gmt":"2026-04-30T11:00:26","slug":"raccordements-simplifies-au-reseau-electrique-pour-les-installations-photovoltaiques-de-toiture","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cubeconcepts.de\/fr\/vereinfachte-netzanschluesse-fuer-dach-pv-anlagen\/","title":{"rendered":"Simplification des raccordements au r\u00e9seau pour les installations PV en toiture"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le minist\u00e8re f\u00e9d\u00e9ral de l'\u00e9conomie pr\u00e9voit d'abaisser les exigences de certification pour les installations photovolta\u00efques sur les toits commerciaux et industriels \u00e0 partir de 135 kWp. Il est pr\u00e9vu de certifier les installations photovolta\u00efques de toiture jusqu'\u00e0 500 kWp selon la directive basse tension VDE AR-N 4105, plus avantageuse et plus simple, si elles injectent au maximum 270 kilowatts de leur puissance dans le r\u00e9seau. Cela doit \u00eatre valable ind\u00e9pendamment pour tous les niveaux de tension des raccordements. Le gouvernement f\u00e9d\u00e9ral ainsi que l'association allemande de l'industrie solaire (Bundesverband Solarwirtschaft) esp\u00e8rent que cet all\u00e8gement consid\u00e9rable donnera une nouvelle impulsion aux investissements dans les installations photovolta\u00efques commerciales sur les toits. \u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">La limite actuelle de 135 kWc pour les installations PV en toiture doit \u00eatre augment\u00e9e<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ce n'est qu'en avril 2018, lorsque la norme VDE AR-N 4105 de 96 pages est entr\u00e9e en vigueur, que la validit\u00e9 des normes pour les niveaux de tension a de facto \u00e9t\u00e9 assouplie et que la limite de 135 kWp a \u00e9t\u00e9 introduite. Ainsi, jusqu'\u00e0 aujourd'hui, les installations photovolta\u00efques de 135 kWh et plus sont soumises \u00e0 la co\u00fbteuse directive sur la moyenne tension VDE AR-N 4110 comme r\u00e8gle de raccordement au r\u00e9seau. Une telle certification co\u00fbte rapidement plusieurs milliers d'euros et repr\u00e9sente une lourde charge bureaucratique. Les installations photovolta\u00efques d'une puissance comprise entre 135 kilowatts et 950 kilowatts se contentent jusqu'\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent d'un certificat d'installation B simplifi\u00e9 selon VDE AR-N 4110, mais ces exigences de certification excessivement strictes suscitent l'inqui\u00e9tude des entreprises d\u00e9sireuses d'investir et cr\u00e9ent un goulet d'\u00e9tranglement lors de la demande de raccordement au r\u00e9seau. Les projets de d\u00e9crets pr\u00e9sent\u00e9s aujourd'hui visent \u00e0 acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer et \u00e0 simplifier l'ensemble du processus pour les installations jusqu'\u00e0 500 kWc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Des objectifs \u00e9lev\u00e9s exigent des connexions r\u00e9seau simplifi\u00e9es et une vitesse accrue<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pour r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 l'ambitieux <a href=\"https:\/\/cubeconcepts.de\/fr\/22-gigawatts-de-puissance-solaire-en-plus-chaque-annee\/\">Objectif<\/a> d'une augmentation annuelle de 22 gigawatts de puissance solaire et de pouvoir l'\u00e9tendre \u00e0 215 gigawatts en Allemagne d'ici 2030, cette mesure doit \u00eatre mise en \u0153uvre le plus rapidement possible dans le d\u00e9cret relatif \u00e0 la preuve des propri\u00e9t\u00e9s \u00e9lectrotechniques (NELEV) ainsi que dans un nouveau d\u00e9cret relatif aux exigences techniques (TAV). Cela devrait stimuler davantage la demande des entreprises pour les installations photovolta\u00efques sur les toits commerciaux et industriels. Dans cette optique, le NELEV a d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e9t\u00e9 adapt\u00e9 dans ce sens fin juillet 2022. Les exploitants d'installations jusqu'\u00e0 950 kWp sont autoris\u00e9s \u00e0 proc\u00e9der \u00e0 une mise en service provisoire m\u00eame s'ils ne disposent pas d'un certificat. Mais seulement s'ils font approuver le certificat B de l'installation en m\u00eame temps que la d\u00e9claration de conformit\u00e9. Cela peut se faire jusqu'\u00e0 18 mois apr\u00e8s le raccordement au r\u00e9seau. Cette solution transitoire pour les raccordements simplifi\u00e9s au r\u00e9seau, que l'on peut trouver dans le cadre du <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bmwk.de\/Redaktion\/DE\/Gesetze\/Energie\/EnWG.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Loi sur l'\u00e9nergie (EnWG)<\/a> est encore valable jusqu'en 2025.
