{"id":7520,"date":"2023-05-26T12:50:57","date_gmt":"2023-05-26T10:50:57","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/cubeconcepts.de\/?p=7520"},"modified":"2025-05-14T17:02:40","modified_gmt":"2025-05-14T15:02:40","slug":"les-emas-en-tant-que-systeme-de-gestion-environnementale","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cubeconcepts.de\/fr\/emas-als-umweltmanagementsystem\/","title":{"rendered":"EMAS en tant que syst\u00e8me de management environnemental"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Le syst\u00e8me de gestion environnementale EMAS (Eco Management and Audit Scheme) est un syst\u00e8me de gestion environnementale volontaire et global mis en place dans l'Union europ\u00e9enne (UE), auquel participent environ 1.200 entreprises allemandes. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.emas.de\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">EMAS<\/a> a \u00e9t\u00e9 cr\u00e9\u00e9e pour aider les organisations \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer leurs performances environnementales, \u00e0 r\u00e9duire leurs impacts environnementaux et \u00e0 fournir des informations transparentes sur leurs performances environnementales. Il est bas\u00e9 sur la norme ISO 14001, la norme internationale pour les syst\u00e8mes de gestion environnementale, mais va au-del\u00e0 de celle-ci et fait \u00e9galement appel \u00e0 la responsabilit\u00e9 sociale globale des organisations et des entreprises.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">EMAS &amp; ISO 50001 - Diff\u00e9rences<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La norme internationale <a href=\"https:\/\/cubeconcepts.de\/fr\/iso-50001-la-norme-pour-les-systemes-de-gestion-de-lenergie\/\">ISO 50001<\/a> en revanche, se concentre sp\u00e9cifiquement et uniquement sur la gestion de l'\u00e9nergie. Elle \u00e9tablit des exigences pour un syst\u00e8me de gestion de l'\u00e9nergie efficace qui aide les entreprises et les organisations \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer leur efficacit\u00e9 \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique et \u00e0 r\u00e9duire leur consommation d'\u00e9nergie. Une diff\u00e9rence importante entre l'EMAS et l'ISO 50001 r\u00e9side \u00e9galement dans le fait que l'EMAS exige la cr\u00e9ation d'une <strong>d\u00e9claration environnementale publique<\/strong> requiert . Cette d\u00e9claration environnementale contient des informations sur diff\u00e9rents aspects environnementaux, tels que les \u00e9missions de CO\u2082, la consommation d'\u00e9nergie et de ressources ou la strat\u00e9gie d'\u00e9limination et de pr\u00e9vention des d\u00e9chets de l'entreprise, et est v\u00e9rifi\u00e9e par des v\u00e9rificateurs environnementaux certifi\u00e9s. La norme ISO 50001 n'exige pas de d\u00e9claration publique, mais se concentre sur l'am\u00e9lioration interne de la gestion de l'\u00e9nergie. En outre, l'EMAS a pour ambition d'impliquer activement les collaborateurs et de promouvoir encore plus intens\u00e9ment la <a href=\"https:\/\/cubeconcepts.de\/fr\/le-marketing-pv-un-element-important-de-la-strategie-csr-esg\/\">RSE et ESG<\/a>-La Commission europ\u00e9enne a l'intention de faire progresser l'id\u00e9e de l'\u00e9galit\u00e9 des chances.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">EMAS &amp; ISO 50001 - Points communs<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Les entreprises qui ont mis en place le syst\u00e8me de gestion environnementale EMAS ou la norme ISO 50001 peuvent facilement faire des demandes d'all\u00e8gement fiscal dans le cadre de la loi sur le financement de l'\u00e9nergie, de l'EnSimiMav, des directives de promotion de la compensation du prix de l'\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 EU ETS, du r\u00e8glement sur la fuite de carbone et des lois sur les taxes sur l'\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 et l'\u00e9nergie. Gr\u00e2ce aux certificats respectifs et aux obligations de preuve qui r\u00e9sultent des deux syst\u00e8mes, ceux-ci sont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement aussi accord\u00e9s par le l\u00e9gislateur et les obligations de documentation permettent d'\u00e9viter <a href=\"https:\/\/cubeconcepts.de\/fr\/audit-energetique-selon-la-din-en-16247\/\">Audits \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques selon la norme DIN EN 16247<\/a>. Ainsi, les <strong>R\u00e9duction de la charge fiscale<\/strong> et en plus, gr\u00e2ce aux mesures environnementales et d'efficacit\u00e9 introduites, les <strong>Co\u00fbt total r\u00e9duit<\/strong>. Les deux syst\u00e8mes sont donc <strong>conforme \u00e0 la loi<\/strong>Ils permettent d'am\u00e9liorer l'image de marque et de communiquer un engagement cr\u00e9dible aux clients, aux parties prenantes et aux fournisseurs. Ces deux \u00e9l\u00e9ments sont des outils pour une gestion d'entreprise durable, augmentent les chances de vente et sont consid\u00e9r\u00e9s comme une premi\u00e8re \u00e9tape vers la neutralit\u00e9 climatique des entreprises. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Comment fonctionne le syst\u00e8me de management environnemental et d'audit (EMAS) ?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>L'introduction de l'EMAS est ind\u00e9pendante de la taille de l'entreprise et les m\u00e9thodes de mise en \u0153uvre sont \u00e9labor\u00e9es individuellement, contrairement \u00e0 l'ISO 50001. En collaboration avec un expert environnemental EMAS, la planification commence avec le responsable de l'environnement ou l'\u00e9quipe EMAS de l'entreprise, ce qui donne lieu \u00e0 une charte et \u00e0 un programme environnemental pour l'entreprise. Ensuite, on passe \u00e0 la priorisation, \u00e0 la mise en \u0153uvre et au suivi des mesures avant que la d\u00e9claration environnementale officielle ne soit \u00e9tablie gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 un audit interne et externe.
