A cet effet, le cabinet f\u00e9d\u00e9ral a adopt\u00e9 fin janvier 2023 un projet d'aide \u00e0 la formulation pour la mise en \u0153uvre du <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bmwk.de\/Redaktion\/DE\/Downloads\/Energie\/20230303-erlaeuterung-zur-durchfuehrung-der-eu-notfall-verordnung.pdf?__blob=publicationFile&amp;v=4\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">R\u00e8glement UE 2022\/2577<\/a> et transmis au Bundestag pour vote.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">La construction d'installations PV doit \u00e9galement \u00eatre acc\u00e9l\u00e9r\u00e9e par le r\u00e8glement d'urgence de l'UE<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le r\u00e8glement d'urgence de l'UE permet aux \u00c9tats membres d'acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer consid\u00e9rablement le d\u00e9veloppement des \u00e9nergies renouvelables par une l\u00e9gislation sp\u00e9cifique \u00e0 chaque pays. Outre des proc\u00e9dures d'autorisation acc\u00e9l\u00e9r\u00e9es pour les installations \u00e9oliennes sur terre et en mer ainsi qu'un d\u00e9veloppement plus rapide des lignes \u00e9lectriques, la d\u00e9cision du cabinet f\u00e9d\u00e9ral pr\u00e9voit \u00e9galement de raccourcir consid\u00e9rablement les proc\u00e9dures d'autorisation pour les installations photovolta\u00efques. De mani\u00e8re g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, le projet du cabinet f\u00e9d\u00e9ral pr\u00e9voit que <a href=\"https:\/\/cubeconcepts.de\/fr\/produits\/photovoltaique-sur-les-toits\/\">Installations PV sur les toits commerciaux et industriels<\/a> ainsi que sur des \"structures artificielles\", obtiennent l'autorisation n\u00e9cessaire au d\u00e9veloppement de l'\u00e9nergie photovolta\u00efque au plus tard apr\u00e8s trois mois. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Les proc\u00e9dures d'autorisation doivent durer au maximum trois mois<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En outre, il est pr\u00e9vu que <a href=\"https:\/\/cubeconcepts.de\/fr\/produits\/parcs-solaires\/\">Parcs solaires<\/a> sur ces structures artificielles, telles que les carri\u00e8res, les d\u00e9charges ou les gravi\u00e8res, ne n\u00e9cessitent plus d'\u00e9tude d'impact pr\u00e9alable pour \u00eatre autoris\u00e9es. Le repowering - le remplacement d'installations photovolta\u00efques existantes par des modules solaires plus efficaces - et les mesures de renforcement du r\u00e9seau devraient \u00e9galement b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier d'un all\u00e8gement et d'un abaissement des obstacles.
