La loi introduisant un plafonnement des prix de l'\u00e9lectricit\u00e9, adopt\u00e9e en d\u00e9cembre 2022, stipule notamment que les exploitants d'installations photovolta\u00efques commerciales \u00e0 partir de 1 000 kWh et d'installations EEG dont le financement est termin\u00e9 \u00e0 partir de 100 kWh doivent reverser leurs revenus exc\u00e9dentaires depuis le 01 d\u00e9cembre 2022. Ceux-ci sont calcul\u00e9s trimestriellement au moyen de diff\u00e9rents quotients, tels que par exemple la valeur du march\u00e9 mensuel ou la taille de l'installation. Les pr\u00e9l\u00e8vements de revenus des soit-disant profits exceptionnels doivent b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier aux consommateurs finaux et sont initialement limit\u00e9s jusqu'au 30 juin 2023 et peuvent \u00eatre prolong\u00e9s au plus tard jusqu'au 30 avril 2024.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

L'Agence f\u00e9d\u00e9rale des r\u00e9seaux augmente les valeurs PV dans les appels d'offres de pr\u00e8s de 25%<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

En m\u00eame temps que la StromPBG, le gouvernement f\u00e9d\u00e9ral a \u00e9galement d\u00e9cid\u00e9 d'augmenter les valeurs maximales dans les appels d'offres photovolta\u00efques de 25% par l'Agence f\u00e9d\u00e9rale des r\u00e9seaux, ce qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 directement fix\u00e9 par l'autorit\u00e9 en d\u00e9cembre 2022 pour le photovolta\u00efque sur les toits et en janvier 2023 pour les parcs solaires pour le prochain tour des appels d'offres en mars 2023. Les valeurs maximales pour les appels d'offres sont ainsi pass\u00e9es de 8,91 \u00e0 11,25 centimes d'euro par kilowattheure pour les installations photovolta\u00efques sur les toits et de 5,90 \u00e0 7,37 centimes d'euro par kilowattheure pour les parcs solaires.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Les objectifs de d\u00e9veloppement doivent \u00eatre atteints malgr\u00e9 le frein au prix de l'\u00e9lectricit\u00e9<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Le gouvernement f\u00e9d\u00e9ral et l'Agence f\u00e9d\u00e9rale des r\u00e9seaux esp\u00e8rent que l'augmentation des plafonds donnera un nouvel \u00e9lan aux investissements dans les \u00e9nergies renouvelables. C'est pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment parce que les prix des composants et les co\u00fbts de financement ont augment\u00e9 en 2022 en raison de l'inflation et de la p\u00e9nurie de mat\u00e9riaux que les signatures se sont multipli\u00e9es lors des diff\u00e9rents cycles d'appels d'offres de la m\u00eame ann\u00e9e. Le march\u00e9 exigeait un signe clair pour les secteurs de l'\u00e9nergie solaire et des \u00e9nergies renouvelables.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Un volume important d'appels d'offres pr\u00e9vu en 2023<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

L'augmentation des valeurs PV arrive \u00e0 point nomm\u00e9, car l'autorit\u00e9 enregistre d\u00e9j\u00e0 des volumes tr\u00e8s \u00e9lev\u00e9s pour les premiers appels d'offres en 2023 et la mesure constitue une incitation claire \u00e0 investir dans des installations photovolta\u00efques.
