Un \u00e9l\u00e9ment central : <strong>possibilit\u00e9s d'amortissement am\u00e9lior\u00e9es <\/strong>pour les biens \u00e9conomiques mobiliers, qui incluent \u00e9galement les installations photovolta\u00efques utilis\u00e9es \u00e0 des fins commerciales. Le programme est entr\u00e9 en vigueur le 19 juillet 2025 et s'applique aux investissements r\u00e9alis\u00e9s au cours de la p\u00e9riode <strong>du 1er juillet 2025 au 31 d\u00e9cembre 2027<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Amortissement d\u00e9gressif pour les installations photovolta\u00efques<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les entreprises \u2013 de l\u2019entrepreneur individuel \u00e0 la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 de capitaux \u2013 pourront \u00e0 l'avenir installer de nouvelles installations photovolta\u00efques <strong>amortir de mani\u00e8re d\u00e9gressive \u00e0 raison de 30 % par an au maximum<\/strong>. Cette r\u00e9glementation remplace l'amortissement lin\u00e9aire usuel et permet un all\u00e9gement fiscal plus rapide dans les premi\u00e8res ann\u00e9es suivant l'investissement. Cela r\u00e9duit le besoin en fonds de roulement et lib\u00e8re des liquidit\u00e9s \u00e0 un stade pr\u00e9coce pour des investissements ult\u00e9rieurs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pour les installations photovolta\u00efques commerciales, le programme d'investissement imm\u00e9diat signifie concr\u00e8tement :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Maximum 15<\/strong><strong>\u202f% Amortissement j<\/strong><strong>annuellement<\/strong>, \u00e0 condition que le triple du taux lin\u00e9aire ne soit pas d\u00e9pass\u00e9.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Valable pour <strong>installations photovolta\u00efques \u00e0 usage commercial<\/strong> \u2013 Les installations au sens du \u00a7 3 n\u00b0 72 de l'EStG (par exemple, les petites installations dans le secteur r\u00e9sidentiel) sont exclues.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pr\u00e9requis : l'installation doit <strong>en service d'ici fin 2027<\/strong> soit pris ou c\u00e9d\u00e9 \u00e9conomiquement.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Amortissement sp\u00e9cial conform\u00e9ment au paragraphe 7g de la loi sur l'imp\u00f4t sur le revenu dans le programme d'investissement imm\u00e9diat pr\u00e9vu<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pour les petites et moyennes entreprises dont le b\u00e9n\u00e9fice annuel est inf\u00e9rieur \u00e0 200 000 \u20ac, il existe \u00e9galement la possibilit\u00e9 d'un <strong>Amortissement exceptionnel pouvant atteindre 20\u202f%<\/strong> selon le \u00a7 7g de la loi sur l'imp\u00f4t sur le revenu. En combinaison avec l'amortissement d\u00e9gressif, cela permet th\u00e9oriquement jusqu'\u00e0 <strong>55\u202f% des co\u00fbts d&#x27;investissement<\/strong> amortissable \u2013 un avantage fiscal consid\u00e9rable qui peut acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer les investissements dans les projets PV.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Impulsions indirectes par la promotion de la mobilit\u00e9 \u00e9lectrique<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En compl\u00e9ment, la loi favorise \u00e9galement les utilisations professionnelles <strong>V\u00e9hicules \u00e9lectriques<\/strong> avec une d\u00e9duction sp\u00e9ciale de <strong>75\u202f% la premi\u00e8re ann\u00e9e<\/strong>. Cette mesure devrait permettre l'expansion de<strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/cubeconcepts.de\/fr\/produits\/domaines-complementaires\/infrastructure-de-recharge\/\">Infrastructure de recharge<\/a> <\/strong>et cela stimulera le march\u00e9 des solutions PV associ\u00e9es pour l'autoconsommation. Cela pourrait \u00e0 son tour donner un nouvel \u00e9lan au d\u00e9veloppement des installations solaires commerciales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Impulsions de croissance gr\u00e2ce au programme d'investissement imm\u00e9diat<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le programme d'investissement d'urgence du gouvernement f\u00e9d\u00e9ral repr\u00e9sente un v\u00e9ritable<strong> Impulsion de croissance <\/strong>pour le<strong> March\u00e9 du photovolta\u00efque dans le secteur commercial<\/strong> dar. Les nouvelles possibilit\u00e9s d'amortissement rendent les investissements dans le photovolta\u00efque plus attrayants sur le plan \u00e9conomique et acc\u00e9l\u00e8rent la p\u00e9riode de r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration.
