Il offre une plateforme centrale permettant de collecter, de stocker et de rendre accessibles les preuves des caract\u00e9ristiques \u00e9lectriques des unit\u00e9s de production et des composants. L'exploitation de ZEREZ est confi\u00e9e \u00e0 FGW e.V., la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 de promotion de l'\u00e9nergie \u00e9olienne et des autres \u00e9nergies d\u00e9centralis\u00e9es, qui est charg\u00e9e de cette t\u00e2che depuis juillet 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Objectif &amp; avantages de ZEREZ<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Seit dem 1. Februar 2025 ist die Nutzung von ZEREZ <strong>l\u00e9galement obligatoire<\/strong>. L'objectif est de renforcer la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et la fiabilit\u00e9 de l'approvisionnement en \u00e9nergie en rendant les proc\u00e9dures de raccordement au r\u00e9seau plus efficaces et plus transparentes. Cela concerne notamment aussi toutes les unit\u00e9s et tous les composants selon les r\u00e8gles techniques de raccordement de la VDE (VDE-AR-N 4105, <a href=\"https:\/\/cubeconcepts.de\/fr\/vde-ar-n-4110-regles-de-raccordement-pour-les-installations-pv-en-moyenne-tension\/\">4110<\/a> et 4120) pour l'ensemble <a href=\"https:\/\/cubeconcepts.de\/fr\/le-certificat-dinstallation\/\">Certificat d'investissement<\/a>. Aper\u00e7u des principaux avantages :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Les fabricants peuvent s\u00e9curiser leurs certificats et <strong>publier de mani\u00e8re centralis\u00e9e<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Les organismes de certification peuvent <strong>modifications simples<\/strong> et les <strong>Devoir de surveillance<\/strong> de l'environnement.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Op\u00e9rateur de r\u00e9seau<\/strong> re\u00e7oivent rapidement et <strong>un acc\u00e8s facile<\/strong> sur tous les \u00e9l\u00e9ments n\u00e9cessaires <strong>Donn\u00e9es du certificat<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les entr\u00e9es du registre <strong>facilitent le processus de raccordement au r\u00e9seau<\/strong>Toutes les informations pertinentes, telles que les valeurs de puissance et les param\u00e8tres, sont fournies via l'identifiant ZEREZ unique. Les planificateurs et les exploitants d'installations \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques d\u00e9centralis\u00e9es \u00e9conomisent ainsi du temps et des efforts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Bases l\u00e9gales &amp; utilisation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La base l\u00e9gale de ZEREZ se trouve dans le <strong>\u00a7 49d<\/strong> de la loi sur l'\u00e9nergie (<strong>Loi sur l'\u00e9nergie<\/strong>) ainsi que le d\u00e9cret relatif \u00e0 la preuve des propri\u00e9t\u00e9s \u00e9lectrotechniques (<strong>NELEV<\/strong>) verankert. Bereits seit einigen Monaten k\u00f6nnen Hersteller und Zertifizierungsstellen ihre Zertifikate freiwillig einpflegen. Seit Februar 2025 ist der Registereintrag obligatorisch. Der Anschluss von Anlagen ohne g\u00fcltiges Zertifikat an das \u00f6ffentliche Stromnetz ist dann nicht mehr m\u00f6glich.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Fonctionnement du registre des certificats<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">ZEREZ r\u00e9pertorie tous les certificats qui attestent des caract\u00e9ristiques \u00e9lectriques des unit\u00e9s de production et des composants. Seuls les organismes de certification accr\u00e9dit\u00e9s d\u00e9livrent ces preuves. Les principales fonctions comprennent<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Identification univoque<\/strong> par le ZEREZ-ID : chaque certificat re\u00e7oit un num\u00e9ro d'enregistrement.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Acc\u00e8s pour les personnes autoris\u00e9es<\/strong>: les gestionnaires de r\u00e9seau peuvent consulter les certificats n\u00e9cessaires pour le contr\u00f4le du raccordement au r\u00e9seau.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>S\u00e9curit\u00e9 des donn\u00e9es et efficacit\u00e9<\/strong>La plateforme num\u00e9rique remplace la transmission postale des documents et permet un double contr\u00f4le entre les fabricants et les organismes de certification.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Verpflichtend seit Februar 2025<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Seit Februar 2025 d\u00fcrfen zertifizierungspflichtige Anlagen und Einheiten nur mit einem im ZEREZ hinterlegten Zertifikat ans Stromnetz angeschlossen werden. Dies betrifft insbesondere:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Installations photovolta\u00efques (onduleurs et composants suppl\u00e9mentaires)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Syst\u00e8mes de stockage par batterie ou <a href=\"https:\/\/cubeconcepts.de\/fr\/batteriespeicher\/\" type=\"page\" id=\"28816\">Stockage sur batterie<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Centrales de cog\u00e9n\u00e9ration et autres unit\u00e9s de production d'\u00e9lectricit\u00e9<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les op\u00e9rateurs de r\u00e9seau v\u00e9rifieront l'int\u00e9gralit\u00e9 des certificats \u00e0 l'aide du ZEREZ-ID avant de proc\u00e9der \u00e0 une mise en service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ZEREZ erweitert um Zertifikate f\u00fcr netzbildende Eigenschaften<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mit der Weiterentwicklung des <a href=\"https:\/\/cubeconcepts.de\/fr\/reserve-de-pression-avec-bess-nouvelle-source-de-revenus-en-mode-ftm\/\" type=\"post\" id=\"27990\">R\u00e9serve de temps<\/a>-Marktes wurde auch der Funktionsumfang von ZEREZ erweitert. <strong>Seit Juni 2026<\/strong> k\u00f6nnen Hersteller und Zertifizierungsstellen im Register zus\u00e4tzlich Einheiten- und Komponentenzertifikate mit netzbildenden Eigenschaften hinterlegen und verwalten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die Erweiterung betrifft Zertifikate, die den Anforderungen des VDE FNN-Hinweises \u201eTechnische Anforderungen an netzbildende Eigenschaften inklusive der Bereitstellung von Momentanreserve\u201c entsprechen. Damit reagiert ZEREZ auf die steigenden Anforderungen an die Systemstabilit\u00e4t und die zunehmende Bedeutung netzbildender Technologien im deutschen Stromsystem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die neue Funktion steht f\u00fcr Anlagen in der Mittel-, Hoch- und H\u00f6chstspannung gem\u00e4\u00df den technischen Anschlussregeln VDE-AR-N 4110, 4120 und 4130 zur Verf\u00fcgung. Insbesondere Betreiber von Batteriespeichern und anderen leistungselektronischen Erzeugungsanlagen profitieren von einer standardisierten und transparenten Dokumentation ihrer netzbildenden Eigenschaften.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wie bei allen anderen Zertifikaten bleiben die hinterlegten Daten \u00fcber die digitale Schnittstelle von ZEREZ abrufbar. Netzbetreiber, Zertifizierungsstellen und weitere Marktakteure k\u00f6nnen die Informationen automatisiert nutzen, wodurch sowohl Zertifizierungs- als auch Netzanschlussprozesse weiter vereinfacht werden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ZEREZ en tant que solution num\u00e9rique<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mit ZEREZ hat die Energiewirtschaft eine zentrale und digitale L\u00f6sung erhalten, die sowohl die Netzanschlussverfahren vereinfacht als auch die Sicherheit und Zuverl\u00e4ssigkeit des Stromnetzes verbessert. CUBE CONCEPTS begr\u00fc\u00dft das l\u00e4ngst \u00fcberf\u00e4llige online Zertifikate-Register.
