(Institut allemand pour les normes et contr\u00f4les de qualit\u00e9).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le prix s'est bas\u00e9 sur une enqu\u00eate repr\u00e9sentative aupr\u00e8s du personnel, \u00e0 laquelle tous les employ\u00e9s ont eu la possibilit\u00e9 de participer. Les r\u00e9sultats de cette enqu\u00eate ont \u00e9t\u00e9 analys\u00e9s et \u00e9valu\u00e9s. En plus de l'avis des employ\u00e9s, les performances en tant qu'employeur ont \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 prises en compte dans le cadre de la certification, ce qui comprenait notamment un entretien RH. Des aspects tels que la communication interne, le comportement des sup\u00e9rieurs, l'ambiance de travail et les possibilit\u00e9s de d\u00e9veloppement ont \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9valu\u00e9s.
