{"id":11078,"date":"2023-12-14T13:41:37","date_gmt":"2023-12-14T12:41:37","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/cubeconcepts.de\/?p=11078"},"modified":"2025-04-24T09:25:43","modified_gmt":"2025-04-24T07:25:43","slug":"les-tarifs-de-reseau-de-luenb-doublent-en-2024","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cubeconcepts.de\/fr\/netzentgelte-der-uenb-verdoppeln-sich-in-2024\/","title":{"rendered":"Les r\u00e9tributions du r\u00e9seau des GRT doublent en 2024"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>La mesure d\u00e9j\u00e0 annonc\u00e9e <a href=\"https:\/\/cubeconcepts.de\/fr\/les-tarifs-de-reseau-devraient-augmenter-de-10-pour-cent\/\">Augmentation des tarifs de r\u00e9seau<\/a> de 10 pour cent sera d\u00e9sormais, apr\u00e8s l'arr\u00eat de la Cour constitutionnelle du 15 novembre 2023 et l'accord ult\u00e9rieur des ministres de l'Int\u00e9rieur sur le budget f\u00e9d\u00e9ral 2024 <strong>\u00eatre nettement plus \u00e9lev\u00e9<\/strong>. La raison en est le projet de <strong>Suppression des subventions<\/strong> pour les gestionnaires de r\u00e9seau de transport (GRT). Cela entra\u00eenera des <strong>augmenter les tarifs de r\u00e9seau cumul\u00e9s d'environ 60% en 2024<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Les gestionnaires de r\u00e9seaux de distribution (GRD) r\u00e9gionaux augmentent les montants jusqu'\u00e0 19 % <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u00e9but novembre 2023 encore, le minist\u00e8re f\u00e9d\u00e9ral de l'\u00c9conomie a fait savoir, en r\u00e9ponse \u00e0 une petite question du groupe parlementaire de l'Union, que les tarifs du r\u00e9seau augmenteraient en moyenne de 10 \u00e0 11 % pour 2024. Le site <strong>taux d'augmentation pr\u00e9vu \u00e0 l'\u00e9poque<\/strong> a suppos\u00e9 que le nombre de personnes <strong>subventionn\u00e9 du r\u00e9seau<\/strong> pour les gestionnaires de r\u00e9seau de transport. Ce calcul \u00e9tait bas\u00e9 sur une augmentation annonc\u00e9e des GRD pour 2024 entre <strong>15 et 19<\/strong> <strong>Pourcentage.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Doublement des tarifs de r\u00e9seau du GRT en 2024<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Cependant, en raison d'un remaniement budg\u00e9taire, le montant pr\u00e9c\u00e9demment promis n'a pas \u00e9t\u00e9 vers\u00e9. <strong>Subvention de 5,5 milliards<\/strong> euros du fonds de stabilisation \u00e9conomique pour soutenir les tarifs de r\u00e9seau <strong>supprim\u00e9<\/strong>. C'est pourquoi les GRT 50Hertz, Amprion, Tennet et Transnet BW ont annonc\u00e9 une augmentation des tarifs de transport pour l'ann\u00e9e prochaine. En moyenne, ils augmenteront d\u00e9sormais <strong>\u00e0 6,43 centimes d'euro par kilowattheure<\/strong> <strong>plus que doubler<\/strong>. En 2023, ils s'\u00e9levaient encore \u00e0 3,12 centimes par kilowattheure en raison de la subvention.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Contrairement aux tarifs de r\u00e9seau des GRD qui varient \u00e9norm\u00e9ment d'une r\u00e9gion \u00e0 l'autre, les prix de l'acheminement de l'\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 par les GRT sont <strong>uniforme dans toute l'Allemagne<\/strong>. Le calcul se base sur la base de co\u00fbts d\u00e9finie par l'Agence f\u00e9d\u00e9rale des r\u00e9seaux (Erl\u00f6sobergrenze\/EOG) en tenant compte des adaptations l\u00e9gales et r\u00e9glementaires ainsi que des volumes de vente pr\u00e9vus pour l'ann\u00e9e 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Les tarifs de r\u00e9seau totaux augmenteront jusqu'\u00e0 60% en 2024<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Vers la <strong>Augmentation des GRD de 17 % en moyenne<\/strong> s'ajoute maintenant la <strong>Augmentation des GRT d'environ 100 pour cent en 2024<\/strong> s'y ajoutent. Selon les calculs de CUBE CONCEPTS, cela signifie, selon la cl\u00e9 de r\u00e9partition habituelle de 55\/45, que les <strong>les r\u00e9mun\u00e9rations cumul\u00e9es du r\u00e9seau<\/strong> au moins <strong>pour les m\u00e9nages priv\u00e9s<\/strong> l'ann\u00e9e prochaine de pr\u00e8s de <strong>augmenteront de 60 pour cent<\/strong>. Les entreprises \u00e0 forte consommation d'\u00e9nergie, qui concluent habituellement des contrats de fourniture d'\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 extr\u00eamement personnalis\u00e9s, ressentiront \u00e9galement de mani\u00e8re significative l'augmentation des tarifs de r\u00e9seau globaux. En r\u00e8gle g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, ces co\u00fbts sont directement r\u00e9percut\u00e9s 1:1 sur les factures d'\u00e9lectricit\u00e9. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pour les entreprises<\/strong> on s'attend \u00e0 ce que les tarifs de r\u00e9seau pour le transport et la distribution d'\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 \u00e0 l'\u00e9chelle nationale <strong>augmenter de 30 pour cent<\/strong>. Alors que le prix moyen de la puissance en 2023 \u00e9tait de 133,00 EUR\/kW en Allemagne, il est d\u00e9sormais d'environ 173,00 EUR\/kW. Les augmentations varient \u00e9norm\u00e9ment d'une r\u00e9gion \u00e0 l'autre. Les experts estiment que les prix de la puissance augmenteront de plus de 40% en Thuringe, en Rh\u00e9nanie-du-Nord-Westphalie, dans le Bade-Wurtemberg et en Rh\u00e9nanie-Palatinat. Par exemple, Getec net GmbH augmente ses prix de 143,43 EUR\/kW en moyenne \u00e0 228,77 EUR\/kW. Cela correspond \u00e0 une augmentation d'environ 60 pour cent. La soci\u00e9t\u00e9 TEN Th\u00fcringer Energienetze GmbH &amp; Co. KG suit avec une augmentation de 50 pour cent, passant de 139,76 EUR\/kW \u00e0 209,12 EUR\/kW. EGT Energie GmbH augmente ses prix d'environ 30 pour cent, passant de 175,71 EUR\/kW \u00e0 229,39 EUR\/kW.
