Si elle est vendue \u00e0 des tiers, elle devrait \u00eatre \u00e9tiquet\u00e9e et trait\u00e9e comme telle d\u00e8s le premier kilowattheure. Pour cela, on utilise g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement<strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/cubeconcepts.de\/fr\/preuves-de-lorigine-hkn-commerce-de-plus-en-plus-important\/\">Garanties d'origine<\/a> (HKN) est \u00e9tabli pour le producteur<\/strong>. Celles-ci sont stock\u00e9es dans un registre num\u00e9rique des garanties d'origine et sont \u00e9chang\u00e9es lors d'une vente. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour l'exploitant et les investisseurs d'un site jusqu'ici <strong>installation PV non subventionn\u00e9e<\/strong> ce commerce de garanties d'origine repr\u00e9sente une part non n\u00e9gligeable de l'activit\u00e9 \u00e9conomique. <strong>Source de revenus<\/strong>. C'est pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment lors de la certification de l'\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 photovolta\u00efque et de l'\u00e9mission des HKN <strong>freine la bureaucratie<\/strong> massivement en Allemagne. C'est pourquoi cette \u00e9lectricit\u00e9 doit \u00eatre identifi\u00e9e comme \"\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 grise\" sur la base du mix \u00e9lectrique actuel en Allemagne\". L'ensemble du syst\u00e8me des HKN se base encore sur l'hypoth\u00e8se que l'\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 produite doit toujours correspondre au<strong> D\u00e9tour par le r\u00e9seau public<\/strong> et un commer\u00e7ant <strong>parvient au consommateur final<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans le cas d'un mod\u00e8le d'\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 locative, l'\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 est toutefois vendue directement et sans d\u00e9tours au locataire sur place. Dans ce cas, l'installation photovolta\u00efque du vendeur d'\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 peut m\u00eame \u00eatre install\u00e9e sur le toit du m\u00eame immeuble que celui o\u00f9 le locataire la consomme. N\u00e9anmoins, les<strong> des processus bureaucratiques inflexibles <\/strong>sont respect\u00e9es. Matthias Karger, CEO de node.energy, explique \u00e0 ce sujet : \"Une expertise environnementale ne co\u00fbte pas seulement un temps disproportionn\u00e9, mais elle rend absolument non rentable la demande des garanties d'origine tant r\u00e9clam\u00e9es par l'\u00e9conomie\".<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Les syst\u00e8mes de mesure automatiques doivent suffire \u00e0 g\u00e9n\u00e9rer des garanties d'origine<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><br>Avant m\u00eame et au plus tard lors de la mise en service d'une grande installation photovolta\u00efque sur un immeuble commercial, les exploitants doivent faire certifier tous les composants. En outre, les installations photovolta\u00efques commerciales n\u00e9cessitent de toute fa\u00e7on des unit\u00e9s de surveillance, de mesure et de r\u00e9gulation \u00e9lectroniques compl\u00e8tes pour la d\u00e9claration de la taxe sur l'\u00e9lectricit\u00e9. Ceci est exig\u00e9 par la proc\u00e9dure de redispatching et a \u00e9t\u00e9 fix\u00e9 dans le cadre de la loi sur les \u00e9nergies renouvelables.
