Se prev\u00e9 certificar instalaciones fotovoltaicas en tejados de hasta 500 kWp seg\u00fan la directiva de baja tensi\u00f3n VDE AR-N 4105, m\u00e1s favorable y sencilla, si inyectan un m\u00e1ximo de 270 kilovatios de su potencia a la red. Esto se aplicar\u00e1 independientemente para todos los niveles de tensi\u00f3n de las conexiones. El gobierno federal, as\u00ed como la Asociaci\u00f3n Federal de la Industria Solar, esperan que esta importante facilitaci\u00f3n impulse a\u00fan m\u00e1s las inversiones en instalaciones fotovoltaicas comerciales en tejados. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">El l\u00edmite actual de 135 kWp para sistemas fotovoltaicos en tejados se ampliar\u00e1<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">No fue hasta que la normativa VDE AR-N 4105, de 96 p\u00e1ginas, entr\u00f3 en vigor en abril de 2018, cuando de facto tambi\u00e9n se flexibilizaron las validez de las normas para los niveles de tensi\u00f3n y se estableci\u00f3 el l\u00edmite de 135 kWp. Por lo tanto, hasta la fecha, la costosa normativa de media tensi\u00f3n VDE AR-N 4110 sigue siendo la regla de conexi\u00f3n a la red para instalaciones fotovoltaicas a partir de 135 kWh. Dicha certificaci\u00f3n consume r\u00e1pidamente varios miles de euros y supone una gran carga burocr\u00e1tica. Si bien hasta ahora las instalaciones fotovoltaicas de 135 kilovatios a 950 kilovatios se han conformado con un certificado de instalaci\u00f3n simplificado B seg\u00fan VDE AR-N 4110, estos requisitos de certificaci\u00f3n desproporcionadamente estrictos generan descontento en las empresas dispuestas a invertir y un cuello de botella en la solicitud de las respectivas conexiones a la red. Con los borradores de ordenanza ahora presentados, se pretende agilizar y simplificar todo el proceso para instalaciones de hasta 500 kWp.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Los objetivos ambiciosos requieren conexiones de red simplificadas y mayor velocidad.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Para el ambicioso <a href=\"https:\/\/cubeconcepts.de\/es\/crecimiento-anual-de-22-gigavatios-de-capacidad-solar-en-planificacion\/\">Objetivo<\/a> acercarse a un aumento anual de 22 gigavatios de potencia solar y poder ampliar hasta 215 gigavatios en Alemania para 2030, esta medida debe implementarse lo antes posible en el Reglamento de Prueba de Propiedades El\u00e9ctricas (NELEV) y en un nuevo Reglamento de Requisitos T\u00e9cnicos (TAV). Esto pretende estimular a\u00fan m\u00e1s la demanda de empresas de sistemas fotovoltaicos en tejados comerciales e industriales. En este sentido, el NELEV ya se adapt\u00f3 a finales de julio de 2022. Los operadores de plantas de hasta 950 kWp est\u00e1n autorizados a la puesta en marcha provisional incluso sin un certificado existente. Sin embargo, solo si el certificado de planta B se aprueba junto con la declaraci\u00f3n de conformidad. Esto puede hacerse hasta 18 meses despu\u00e9s de la conexi\u00f3n a la red. Esta soluci\u00f3n transitoria para conexiones a red simplificadas, que se encuentra dentro del <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bmwk.de\/Redaktion\/DE\/Gesetze\/Energie\/EnWG.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Ley de Econom\u00eda de la Energ\u00eda (EnWG)<\/a> ha decidido, sigue siendo v\u00e1lido hasta 2025.
