Para ello, el Gabinete Federal aprob\u00f3 a finales de enero de 2023 un borrador de ayuda de redacci\u00f3n para la implementaci\u00f3n de la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bmwk.de\/Redaktion\/DE\/Downloads\/Energie\/20230303-erlaeuterung-zur-durchfuehrung-der-eu-notfall-verordnung.pdf?__blob=publicationFile&amp;v=4\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Reglamento UE 2022\/2577<\/a> decidido y remitido al Bundestag para su votaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">La construcci\u00f3n de instalaciones fotovoltaicas tambi\u00e9n se acelerar\u00e1 mediante un decreto de emergencia de la UE.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El Reglamento de Emergencia de la UE permite a los Estados miembros acelerar significativamente el desarrollo de las energ\u00edas renovables mediante legislaci\u00f3n espec\u00edfica del pa\u00eds. Adem\u00e1s de agilizar los procedimientos de autorizaci\u00f3n para turbinas e\u00f3licas en tierra y en el mar, as\u00ed como un desarrollo m\u00e1s r\u00e1pido de las l\u00edneas el\u00e9ctricas, los procedimientos de autorizaci\u00f3n para plantas fotovoltaicas tambi\u00e9n se acortar\u00e1n considerablemente, seg\u00fan la decisi\u00f3n del Gabinete Federal. En general, el proyecto de ley del Gabinete Federal prev\u00e9 que <a href=\"https:\/\/cubeconcepts.de\/es\/productos\/photovoltaik-auf-dachflaechen\/\">Instalaciones fotovoltaicas en tejados comerciales e industriales<\/a> as\u00ed como la necesaria autorizaci\u00f3n para la expansi\u00f3n fotovoltaica en las \u201eestructuras artificiales\u201c a m\u00e1s tardar a los tres meses. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Los procedimientos de autorizaci\u00f3n no deben superar los tres meses.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Adicionalmente, est\u00e1 previsto que <a href=\"https:\/\/cubeconcepts.de\/es\/productos\/parques-solares\/\">Parques solares<\/a> en estas estructuras artificiales, como canteras, vertederos o graveras, ya no se requerir\u00e1 una evaluaci\u00f3n de incompatibilidad previa para su aprobaci\u00f3n. Tambi\u00e9n se prev\u00e9n simplificaciones y reducci\u00f3n de obst\u00e1culos para la repotenciaci\u00f3n, es decir, la renovaci\u00f3n de instalaciones fotovoltaicas existentes con m\u00f3dulos solares m\u00e1s eficientes, y para las medidas de refuerzo de red. En ambos casos, el proyecto prev\u00e9 que en el futuro, en lugar de una evaluaci\u00f3n de incompatibilidad completa, bastar\u00e1 una evaluaci\u00f3n de diferencias o, en el caso de una medida de repotenciaci\u00f3n, en algunos casos incluso podr\u00e1 omitirse por completo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:100px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Gracias a la implementaci\u00f3n del Reglamento UE 2022\/2577, se eliminan los tediosos obst\u00e1culos para los parques solares y los proyectos fotovoltaicos industriales.
