Dos d\u00edas. Un cuartel general. Un equipo que sabe hacia d\u00f3nde va el viaje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El 26 y 27 de junio tenemos nuestro Reuni\u00f3n de ventas<\/strong> celebrado en Kaarst, y fue m\u00e1s que una reuni\u00f3n regular. Fue toda una declaraci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Nuestros compa\u00f1eros y compa\u00f1eras de Palma de Mallorca llegaron en avi\u00f3n el jueves por la tarde: Dominic Feigl<\/strong>, Alexandra-Sophie Grass<\/strong> y Samir Zaari<\/strong> por primera vez, Pascal Pegel<\/strong> y Dirk H\u00f6lscher<\/strong> as\u00ed como caras conocidas con nuevos temas bajo el brazo. Para los tres nuevos fue su primera visita a nuestra sede central, y nos aseguramos de que fuera memorable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Jueves por la noche: llegada, presentaci\u00f3n y bebidas fr\u00edas<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Primero hay que respirar hondo a 38\u00b0 a la sombra. Antes de que comience la intensidad del viernes, el jueves por la noche nos reunimos con todo el equipo de ventas y con colegas de tecnolog\u00eda en una cervecer\u00eda al aire libre en Kaarst. Relajado, abierto, sin agenda. Exactamente as\u00ed es como surge una buena din\u00e1mica de equipo: no en la sala de reuniones, sino en la primera noche juntos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Viernes: Kaarst en formato completo<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

El viernes estuvo dedicado a la sede central. Una visita guiada exhaustiva, una visi\u00f3n directa de nuestros procesos y estructuras y, sobre todo, un intercambio real con el equipo t\u00e9cnico. Las presentaciones y conferencias proporcionaron el marco de contenido, pero el verdadero valor a\u00f1adido estuvo entre l\u00edneas: en la conversaci\u00f3n, en las preguntas, en el debate directo entre ventas y t\u00e9cnica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Por la tarde siguieron reuniones de estrategia en las que definimos juntos el rumbo para los pr\u00f3ximos meses. El d\u00eda concluy\u00f3 con una barbacoa conjunta: transversal, informal y con la energ\u00eda adecuada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

S\u00e1bado: Afilar lo que ya corta<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

El s\u00e1bado perteneci\u00f3 al equipo de ventas. Talleres y entrenamientos que no responden a la obligaci\u00f3n, sino a la ambici\u00f3n. Quien trabaja en ventas en CUBE CONCEPTS lo sabe: quedarse quieto no es una opci\u00f3n. El intercambio entre nosotros y con el equipo t\u00e9cnico fue especialmente fruct\u00edfero en estos dos d\u00edas, y esto no es casualidad, sino el resultado de personas que se lo toman en serio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\"Reuni\u00f3n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n

El s\u00e1bado por la tarde, la reuni\u00f3n concluy\u00f3 oficialmente. El equipo de Palma ha regresado en avi\u00f3n, con m\u00e1s conocimientos t\u00e9cnicos, m\u00e1s contexto y una red de contactos que ahora est\u00e1 a\u00fan m\u00e1s unida.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00bfQu\u00e9 queda de la reuni\u00f3n de ventas?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Eventos como este no son un lujo prescindible. Son el pegamento que mantiene unido a un equipo distribuido. Quien conoce a sus compa\u00f1eros y compa\u00f1eras conf\u00eda en ellos. Quien entiende la tecnolog\u00eda vende mejor. Y quien ha estado una vez en Kaarst sabe por qu\u00e9 lucha cada d\u00eda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Desde la terraza de la cervecer\u00eda hasta la reuni\u00f3n estrat\u00e9gica: Palma se encuentra con Renania, y ambas partes regresan m\u00e1s unidas que
