Un elemento central: <strong>mejoras en las opciones de depreciaci\u00f3n <\/strong>para bienes econ\u00f3micos m\u00f3viles, que incluyen tambi\u00e9n las plantas fotovoltaicas de uso comercial. Esto reduce la inmovilizaci\u00f3n de capital y genera liquidez temprana para inversiones futuras.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Para las instalaciones fotovoltaicas comerciales, el programa de inversi\u00f3n inmediata significa concretamente:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>M\u00e1ximo 15<\/strong><strong>\u202f% Amortizaci\u00f3n j<\/strong><strong>Anual<\/strong>, siempre que no se supere el triple de la tarifa lineal.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Solo para <strong>Instalaciones fotovoltaicas de explotaci\u00f3n comercial<\/strong> \u2013 Se excluyen los activos seg\u00fan el \u00a7 3 n\u00ba 72 de la Ley del Impuesto sobre la Renta (por ejemplo, instalaciones peque\u00f1as en el \u00e1mbito de la vivienda propia).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Requisito: La instalaci\u00f3n debe <strong>en funcionamiento antes de fin de 2027<\/strong> tomado o transferido econ\u00f3micamente.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Depreciaci\u00f3n especial seg\u00fan \u00a7 7g EStG prevista en el programa de inversi\u00f3n inmediata<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Para las peque\u00f1as y medianas empresas con un beneficio anual inferior a 200.000 \u20ac, existe adem\u00e1s la posibilidad de <strong>Amortizaci\u00f3n extraordinaria de hasta 20\u202f%<\/strong> seg\u00fan \u00a7 7g EStG a reclamar.
