Waren es 2016 noch rd. 100 Stunden, steigt die Anzahl in den letzten Jahren rasant. Flexibler f\u00fcr Wetteranpassung.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Regulatorische Hebel<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. F\u00f6rderregime (EEG-Reformen)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Der wichtigste Hebel gegen negative Strompreise ist die Ausgestaltung der Marktpr\u00e4mie. Ziel ist es, den Anreiz zu nehmen, bei negativen Preisen weiter einzuspeisen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>\u00a7 51 EEG (Die &#8220;Stunden-Regelung&#8221;):<\/strong> Fr\u00fcher entfiel der Verg\u00fctungsanspruch erst nach sechs aufeinanderfolgenden Stunden mit negativen Preisen. Aktuell wurde dieser Zeitraum sukzessive verk\u00fcrzt (auf drei Stunden, perspektivisch auf null). Das zwingt Betreiber dazu, ihre Anlagen bei Preisverfall abzuschalten.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Umstellung auf Investitionszusch\u00fcsse:<\/strong> Langfristig wird diskutiert, weg von der Einspeiseverg\u00fctung (ct\/kWh) hin zu festen Kapazit\u00e4tszahlungen zu gehen, damit die Produktion rein marktgetrieben erfolgt.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Flexibilisierung der Nachfrage (Demand Side Management)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Damit Preise nicht ins Negative rutschen, muss \u00fcbersch\u00fcssiger Strom verbraucht oder gespeichert werden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Dynamische Stromtarife:<\/strong> Seit 2025 sind alle Versorger verpflichtet, solche Tarife anzubieten.
