Ofrece una plataforma central para recopilar, almacenar y poner a disposici\u00f3n la evidencia de las propiedades el\u00e9ctricas de las unidades de generaci\u00f3n y los componentes. La operaci\u00f3n de ZEREZ est\u00e1 a cargo de FGW e.V., la Sociedad de Fomento de la Energ\u00eda E\u00f3lica y Otras Energ\u00edas Descentralizadas, que ha sido encargada de esta tarea desde julio de 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Prop\u00f3sito y beneficios de ZEREZ<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Seit dem 1. Februar 2025 ist die Nutzung von ZEREZ <strong>legalmente obligatorio<\/strong>. El objetivo es fortalecer la seguridad y fiabilidad del suministro de energ\u00eda, haciendo que los procedimientos de conexi\u00f3n a la red sean m\u00e1s eficientes y transparentes. Esto tambi\u00e9n se aplica en particular a todas las unidades y componentes de acuerdo con las normas t\u00e9cnicas de conexi\u00f3n de VDE (VDE-AR-N 4105, <a href=\"https:\/\/cubeconcepts.de\/es\/vde-ar-n-4110-normas-de-conexion-para-instalaciones-fotovoltaicas-de-media-tension\/\">4110<\/a> y 4120) para el total <a href=\"https:\/\/cubeconcepts.de\/es\/el-certificado-de-planta\/\">Certificado de planta<\/a>. Los planificadores y operadores de instalaciones de energ\u00eda descentralizada ahorran as\u00ed tiempo y esfuerzo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Bases legales y uso<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La base legal para ZEREZ se encuentra en el <strong>\u00a7 49d<\/strong> de la Ley de Econom\u00eda de la Energ\u00eda (<strong>EnWG<\/strong>) as\u00ed como del Reglamento sobre pruebas de propiedades electrot\u00e9cnicas (<strong>NELEV<\/strong>) verankert. Bereits seit einigen Monaten k\u00f6nnen Hersteller und Zertifizierungsstellen ihre Zertifikate freiwillig einpflegen. Seit Februar 2025 ist der Registereintrag obligatorisch. Der Anschluss von Anlagen ohne g\u00fcltiges Zertifikat an das \u00f6ffentliche Stromnetz ist dann nicht mehr m\u00f6glich.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Funcionamiento del registro de certificados<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">ZEREZ enumera todos los certificados que acreditan las propiedades el\u00e9ctricas de las unidades de generaci\u00f3n y los componentes. Estas pruebas solo son emitidas por organismos de certificaci\u00f3n acreditados. Las funciones principales incluyen:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Identificaci\u00f3n \u00fanica<\/strong> a trav\u00e9s de la ZEREZ-ID: Cada certificado recibe un n\u00famero de registro.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Acceso para las autoridades competentes<\/strong>Los operadores de red pueden consultar los certificados necesarios para la prueba de conexi\u00f3n a la red.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Seguridad de datos y eficiencia<\/strong>La plataforma digital sustituye la transmisi\u00f3n postal de documentos hasta ahora y permite un principio de cuatro ojos entre fabricantes y organismos de certificaci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Verpflichtend seit Februar 2025<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Seit Februar 2025 d\u00fcrfen zertifizierungspflichtige Anlagen und Einheiten nur mit einem im ZEREZ hinterlegten Zertifikat ans Stromnetz angeschlossen werden. Dies betrifft insbesondere:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Instalaciones fotovoltaicas (inversores y componentes adicionales)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>sistemas de almacenamiento de bater\u00edas o. <a href=\"https:\/\/cubeconcepts.de\/es\/acumulador-de-baterias\/\" type=\"page\" id=\"28816\">Almacenamiento en bater\u00eda<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Plantas de cogeneraci\u00f3n y otras unidades de generaci\u00f3n de energ\u00eda<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Los operadores de red verificar\u00e1n la integridad de los certificados utilizando el ZEREZ-ID antes de la puesta en servicio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ZEREZ erweitert um Zertifikate f\u00fcr netzbildende Eigenschaften<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mit der Weiterentwicklung des <a href=\"https:\/\/cubeconcepts.de\/es\/reserva-temporal-con-fuentes-de-ingresos-nuevas-en-operacion-ftm\/\" type=\"post\" id=\"27990\">Reserva moment\u00e1nea<\/a>-Marktes wurde auch der Funktionsumfang von ZEREZ erweitert. <strong>Seit Juni 2026<\/strong> k\u00f6nnen Hersteller und Zertifizierungsstellen im Register zus\u00e4tzlich Einheiten- und Komponentenzertifikate mit netzbildenden Eigenschaften hinterlegen und verwalten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die Erweiterung betrifft Zertifikate, die den Anforderungen des VDE FNN-Hinweises \u201eTechnische Anforderungen an netzbildende Eigenschaften inklusive der Bereitstellung von Momentanreserve\u201c entsprechen. Damit reagiert ZEREZ auf die steigenden Anforderungen an die Systemstabilit\u00e4t und die zunehmende Bedeutung netzbildender Technologien im deutschen Stromsystem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die neue Funktion steht f\u00fcr Anlagen in der Mittel-, Hoch- und H\u00f6chstspannung gem\u00e4\u00df den technischen Anschlussregeln VDE-AR-N 4110, 4120 und 4130 zur Verf\u00fcgung. Insbesondere Betreiber von Batteriespeichern und anderen leistungselektronischen Erzeugungsanlagen profitieren von einer standardisierten und transparenten Dokumentation ihrer netzbildenden Eigenschaften.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wie bei allen anderen Zertifikaten bleiben die hinterlegten Daten \u00fcber die digitale Schnittstelle von ZEREZ abrufbar. Netzbetreiber, Zertifizierungsstellen und weitere Marktakteure k\u00f6nnen die Informationen automatisiert nutzen, wodurch sowohl Zertifizierungs- als auch Netzanschlussprozesse weiter vereinfacht werden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ZEREZ como soluci\u00f3n digital<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mit ZEREZ hat die Energiewirtschaft eine zentrale und digitale L\u00f6sung erhalten, die sowohl die Netzanschlussverfahren vereinfacht als auch die Sicherheit und Zuverl\u00e4ssigkeit des Stromnetzes verbessert. CUBE CONCEPTS begr\u00fc\u00dft das l\u00e4ngst \u00fcberf\u00e4llige online Zertifikate-Register.
