Este \u00edndice, que mide la duraci\u00f3n media de los cortes de suministro el\u00e9ctrico por consumidor, se sit\u00faa en <strong>12,8 minutos<\/strong>. (10,4 Media tensi\u00f3n + 2,4 Baja tensi\u00f3n) Esto confirma que la <strong>Seguridad de abastecimiento<\/strong> en Alemania sigue siendo alta a pesar de los desaf\u00edos de la transici\u00f3n energ\u00e9tica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">El valor SAIDI como \u00edndice de seguridad del suministro<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El valor SAIDI indica cu\u00e1ntos minutos al a\u00f1o un consumidor el\u00e9ctrico promedio permanece sin electricidad. Medido en minutos por a\u00f1o, el \u00edndice proporciona un <strong>indicador importante<\/strong> para la seguridad del suministro en la red el\u00e9ctrica alemana. Bas\u00e1ndose en el \u00a7 52 de la EnWG (Ley de Econom\u00eda de la Energ\u00eda), los operadores de red informan anualmente sobre sus datos de calidad de suministro, que la Agencia Federal de Redes agrega posteriormente. Con 12,8 minutos, el valor acumulado est\u00e1 ligeramente por encima de los 12,2 minutos de 2022 (10 media tensi\u00f3n + 2,2 baja tensi\u00f3n), pero se mantiene <strong>en comparaci\u00f3n internacional<\/strong> todav\u00eda <strong>muy bajo<\/strong>. Esto pone de relieve la elevada seguridad del suministro, a pesar de que la cuota de las energ\u00edas renovables en la combinaci\u00f3n energ\u00e9tica alemana ya haya superado el 50 % en 2023.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Alemania entre los l\u00edderes en comparaciones internacionales<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Alemania sigue, por tanto, entre los l\u00edderes en Europa en cuanto a seguridad del suministro. Con interrupciones anuales del suministro el\u00e9ctrico de 12,8 minutos, la red el\u00e9ctrica alemana es extremadamente estable en comparaci\u00f3n con pa\u00edses como Estados Unidos (78 minutos), Australia (60 minutos) o Canad\u00e1 (55 minutos). En Europa, solo unos pocos pa\u00edses como <strong>Suiza<\/strong> y <strong>Finlandia<\/strong> tiempos de inactividad similares o menores. Esta baja duraci\u00f3n media de las interrupciones es un testimonio de los altos est\u00e1ndares de la red el\u00e9ctrica alemana. Solo <strong>interrupciones no planificadas<\/strong>, que son causadas por influencias atmosf\u00e9ricas, acciones de terceros o interrupciones del operador de la red, se incluyen en el valor SAIDI-EnWG. Esta clara diferenciaci\u00f3n garantiza una medici\u00f3n y evaluaci\u00f3n espec\u00edfica de la seguridad del suministro. Los operadores de redes est\u00e1n legalmente obligados a informar estos datos de acuerdo con el \u00a7 52 EnWG, lo que garantiza un c\u00e1lculo coherente y fiable del \u00edndice SAIDI.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Estabilidad a pesar de las crecientes exigencias de la transici\u00f3n energ\u00e9tica<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La transici\u00f3n energ\u00e9tica presenta nuevos desaf\u00edos para la red el\u00e9ctrica alemana, pero la seguridad del suministro sigue siendo alta a pesar de la creciente carga de la red. A trav\u00e9s de la posibilidad de <strong>sobrecarga temporal de alta demanda<\/strong> de la red el\u00e9ctrica <strong>seg\u00fan el \u00a7 49b de la EnWG<\/strong>, introducida en respuesta a los crecientes requisitos, permite mantener la estabilidad de la red a pesar de la volatilidad de las energ\u00edas renovables como la e\u00f3lica y la solar. Este reglamento se prorrog\u00f3 en 2023 como parte del paquete solar y apoya la transici\u00f3n energ\u00e9tica sin aparentemente comprometer la seguridad del suministro. Por lo tanto, un estudio de la Asociaci\u00f3n Federal de Energ\u00edas Renovables (BEE) y del Fraunhofer IEE de septiembre de 2024 recomienda el <a href=\"https:\/\/cubeconcepts.de\/es\/aprovechar-mejor-el-punto-de-interconexion-de-red\/\">Puntos de conexi\u00f3n a la red<\/a> para aprovechar al m\u00e1ximo la conexi\u00f3n de energ\u00edas renovables y utilizar la infraestructura existente de manera m\u00e1s eficiente.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Perspectiva: Seguridad del suministro y redes el\u00e9ctricas estables<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El n\u00famero de incidencias registradas en la red el\u00e9ctrica aument\u00f3 ligeramente en 2023 hasta alcanzar casi 160 000 casos, lo que supone un incremento de algo m\u00e1s de 1 000 casos con respecto a 2022. Para garantizar la seguridad del suministro a largo plazo, en el futuro se seguir\u00e1n desarrollando soluciones de red inteligentes y tecnolog\u00edas avanzadas de almacenamiento y de hidr\u00f3geno. Estas tecnolog\u00edas, junto con la aceleraci\u00f3n de la expansi\u00f3n de la red, ser\u00e1n decisivas para mantener la seguridad del suministro en una red el\u00e9ctrica con fuentes de energ\u00eda cada vez m\u00e1s descentralizadas y renovables.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Los datos de la Agencia Federal de Redes confirman una vez m\u00e1s que Alemania, a pesar de la transici\u00f3n a un suministro de energ\u00eda respetuoso con el clima, ofrece un nivel excepcionalmente alto de seguridad de suministro.
