Las c\u00e1maras de comercio y las asociaciones empresariales critican que muchas empresas con un consumo intensivo de energ\u00eda, como las tintorer\u00edas o los talleres de automoci\u00f3n, queden ahora excluidas del paquete de ayudas. Con la supresi\u00f3n de la compensaci\u00f3n m\u00e1xima (Spitzenausgleich), tampoco tienen ya la posibilidad de reducir su impuesto sobre la electricidad en 0,5 c\u00e9ntimos\/kWh. Para muchos cr\u00edticos, el alivio total tambi\u00e9n se queda corto, ya que habr\u00edan preferido un precio de la electricidad industrial a\u00fan m\u00e1s subvencionado. Sin embargo, no abarata de forma decisiva el precio de la electricidad y su duraci\u00f3n a\u00fan es incierta.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>La compensaci\u00f3n del precio de la electricidad (SPK), que en principio deb\u00eda reducirse anualmente en un 10 %, se prorroga por otros cinco a\u00f1os. Unas 350 empresas, entre ellas 90 acogidas al \u201cSuper-Cap\u201d, se benefician de ella para garantizar su competitividad internacional. La compensaci\u00f3n se basa en el comercio de derechos de emisi\u00f3n y tiene por objeto compensar una parte de los costes del CO\u2082 para determinados sectores.<\/p>\n<p>Se estima que el alivio total para las empresas debido al precio de la electricidad industrial y el SPK asciende hasta los doce mil millones de euros. A pesar de una desgravaci\u00f3n total pronosticada, Alemania sigue estando entre los pa\u00edses europeos con precios de electricidad industrial m\u00e1s altos tras la reducci\u00f3n del impuesto sobre la electricidad. La evoluci\u00f3n de los precios en otros pa\u00edses europeos y la introducci\u00f3n del Mecanismo de Ajuste en Frontera de Carbono de la UE podr\u00edan seguir afectando a la competitividad
