The system has an installed output of <strong>about 1 MWp<\/strong> and it will generate, in the future, for example <strong>970,000 kWh of solar electricity per year<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On a roof area of approximately <strong>4,760 m\u00b2<\/strong> more than <strong>2,000 photovoltaic modules<\/strong> installed. This allows Purem to use a large part of the generated solar power directly on-site.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The result is one <strong>Self-consumption rate of around 87 percent<\/strong>. The solar electricity generated is thus used predominantly where it is produced \u2013 directly in the production facility.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Photovoltaic system in numbers<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul style=\"margin-bottom:2em\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Approximately 1 MWp installed power<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>More than 2,000 photovoltaic modules<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>4,760 m\u00b2 roof area<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Around 970,000 kWh of solar electricity per year<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Approximately 87 % self-consumption rate<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Up to 14% self-sufficiency<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In this way, the plant makes an important contribution to the use of renewable energy at the Rakovn\u00edk site and enables Purem by Ebersp\u00e4cher to generate and consume part of the electricity needed directly on its own factory premises.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Why self-consumption is crucial for industrial plants<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Industrial and production sites often have a high and continuous electricity demand. This creates a great potential for using the generated solar electricity directly for production processes and ongoing operations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This is where the planning of CUBE CONCEPTS begins. Each photovoltaic system is tailored to the individual conditions of the respective location. In addition to the available roof area, the electricity consumption and its temporal pattern play an important role.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">At Purem in Rakovn\u00edk, the planning has taken into account the existing load flow of the plant. This results in a combination of high solar power generation and a high proportion of direct <a href=\"https:\/\/cubeconcepts.de\/en\/photovoltaics-increase-self-consumption\/\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"19469\">Own consumption<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Successful cooperation in the Czech Republic<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Together with our EPC partner <strong>Atlantis EPC<\/strong> the project was successfully implemented. The participating teams took the round <strong>1 MWp installation<\/strong> at the Rakovn\u00edk site, then put into operation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We would like to thank <strong>Michal Zechovsk\u00fd, Ivana Lackov\u00e1 and Jakub Pohlot from Purem by Ebersp\u00e4cher<\/strong> for the trust and the good cooperation. Our thanks also go to <strong>Miroslav Calda and Radek Culek from Atlantis EPC<\/strong> for the successful implementation of the project.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">With the new photovoltaic system, the Rakovn\u00edk site generates around <strong>970,000 kWh of renewable solar power<\/strong> per year.
