A central element: <strong>improved depreciation options <\/strong>for movable assets, which also include commercially used PV systems. The program entered into force on July 19, 2025, and applies to investments within the period <strong>from July 1, 2025 to December 31, 2027<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Degressive depreciation for photovoltaic systems<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Businesses \u2013 from sole proprietors to corporations \u2013 can use newly installed PV systems in the future <strong>Depreciate on a declining balance basis at a rate of up to 30% per year<\/strong>. This regulation replaces the previously common straight-line depreciation and allows for faster tax relief in the first few years after an investment. This reduces capital tie-up and creates liquidity early on for follow-up investments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For commercial photovoltaic systems, the immediate investment program specifically means:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Maximum 15<\/strong><strong>\u202f% Depreciation j<\/strong><strong>Annually<\/strong>, provided the triple linear limit is not exceeded.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Only valid for <strong>commercially operated photovoltaic systems<\/strong> Facilities pursuant to Section 3 No. 72 of the Income Tax Act (e.g., small installations in the home sector) are excluded.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prerequisite: The system must <strong>in operation by the end of 2027<\/strong> taken over or economically transferred.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Special depreciation under Section 7g of the Income Tax Act (EStG) provided for in the immediate investment program<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For small and medium-sized enterprises with an annual profit of less than \u20ac200,000, there is also the option of a <strong>Special depreciation of up to 20\u202f%<\/strong> to be claimed under Section 7g of the EStG. In combination with declining-balance depreciation, this theoretically allows for up to <strong>55\u202f% of the investment costs<\/strong> depreciable \u2013 a significant tax advantage that can accelerate investments in PV projects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Indirect impulses through e-mobility promotion<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In addition, the law also promotes commercially used <strong>Electric vehicles<\/strong> with a special depreciation of <strong>75\u202f% in the first year<\/strong>. This measure is expected to expand<strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/cubeconcepts.de\/en\/products\/supplementary-subject-areas\/charging-infrastructure\/\">Charging infrastructure<\/a> <\/strong>toast to company locations \u2013 and thus also increase the demand for accompanying PV solutions for self-consumption. This, in turn, could provide additional impetus for the expansion of commercial solar systems.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Growth impulses from the immediate investment program<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The federal government's immediate investment program presents a genuine<strong> Growth spurt <\/strong>for the<strong> Commercial PV market<\/strong> The new depreciation options make investments in photovoltaic systems economically more attractive and accelerate their amortization. Especially for companies that want to reduce electricity costs while simultaneously achieving their sustainability goals, there is now a particularly favorable window of opportunity to invest in their own PV systems.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The program applies to projects commissioned by the end of 2027 and offers strong incentives for commercial PV projects. Additional special depreciation allowances for electric vehicles (75% in the first year) create attractive synergies for companies looking to invest simultaneously in solar energy and charging
