The \"Saxony-Anhalt STROMSPEICHER\" funding program was launched to support investments in the storage of electricity from renewable energy sources. It is aimed at companies and local authorities in Saxony-Anhalt and aims to increase the proportion of electricity generated from renewable sources in the energy system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The funding is intended to enable the efficient integration of renewable energy sources into the electricity grid. The non-repayable subsidy helps to reduce the costs of purchasing and installing energy storage systems, thereby promoting the use of green energy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Subject of the battery storage funding program<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Funding is provided for investments in stationary, electrochemical <a href=\"https:\/\/cubeconcepts.de\/en\/products\/large-battery-storage\/\">Large-scale battery storage<\/a> with a storage capacity <strong>from 30 kWh<\/strong>that are at least <strong>75 %<\/strong> <strong>Electricity from renewable sources<\/strong> storage. This includes both the storage systems themselves and the necessary <strong>Battery management system<\/strong> and the <strong>Storage inverter<\/strong>. Also <strong>Planning services<\/strong>which can account for up to 20 % of total expenditure, are subsidized.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Up to 50 % funding possible<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The battery storage funding program in Saxony-Anhalt provides for a graduated funding rate based on the size of the company. <strong>Small companies<\/strong> receive a subsidy of <strong>50 % of the eligible costs<\/strong>medium-sized companies are supported with 40 %, and large companies and legal entities under public law receive funding of 30 %.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Selection criteria for the battery storage funding program<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>In general, private and public companies as well as other legal entities, such as municipalities, can apply for funding. Funded projects are selected on the basis of several criteria, with the greatest focus on the contribution to <strong>Reduction of CO\u2082 emissions<\/strong> is located. Further selection criteria are the <strong>Conveying efficiency<\/strong>which <strong>Company size <\/strong>and the reference to <strong>renewable energies<\/strong> and aspects of <strong>Sustainability<\/strong> and environmental protection. The aim is to prioritize projects that make a particularly effective contribution to achieving climate targets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">11 million euros available for the battery storage funding program<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The total amount of the battery storage funding program is as follows <strong>11 million euros<\/strong>which can be applied for until November 29, 2024. Interested companies and municipalities should therefore hurry up with their application. It is particularly important to pay close attention to the funding requirements. These include, in particular, the minimum requirements for storage capacity and the proportion of stored electricity from renewable sources.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Submit applications for the battery storage funding program now<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Companies and local authorities in Saxony-Anhalt should act quickly now and not miss out on the opportunities offered by the \"Saxony-Anhalt STROMSPEICHER\" funding program.
