Provozovatel\u00e9 jsou tak schopni, pokud je dodr\u017euj\u00ed p\u0159i pl\u00e1nov\u00e1n\u00ed, realizaci a b\u011bhem provozu, sv\u00e9 fotovoltaick\u00e9 elektr\u00e1rny pom\u011brn\u011b snadno pojistit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">VdS 3145:2017-11 (02) \u201cFotovoltaick\u00e1 za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed\u201d<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ji\u017e podrobn\u00fd pr\u016fvodce <strong>VdS 3145<\/strong> z roku 2017 na t\u00e9ma shrnul zku\u0161enosti poji\u0161\u0165oven s fotovoltaick\u00fdmi elektr\u00e1rnami zapojen\u00fdmi do s\u00edt\u011b. Od t\u00e9 doby plat\u00ed v poji\u0161\u0165ovnictv\u00ed za z\u00e1klad pro p\u0159edch\u00e1zen\u00ed nebo minimalizaci p\u0159eru\u0161en\u00ed provozu a v\u011bcn\u00fdch \u0161kod. P\u0159esn\u011b \u0159e\u010deno je tato sm\u011brnice <a href=\"https:\/\/vds.de\/fileadmin\/Website_Content_Images\/VdS_Publikationen\/vds_3145_web.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">3145: 2017-11 (02)<\/a> asociace majetkov\u00fdch poji\u0161\u0165oven dopln\u011bn\u00ed VdS 3145. Zab\u00fdv\u00e1 se speci\u00e1ln\u011b posuzov\u00e1n\u00edm rizik fotovoltaick\u00fdch za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed. Jsou v n\u00ed ve\u0161ker\u00e9 <strong>Normy DIN<\/strong> je definov\u00e1na a jsou stanovena opat\u0159en\u00ed a postupy pro vyhodnocen\u00ed rizik komer\u010dn\u00edch fotovoltaick\u00fdch syst\u00e9m\u016f. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sm\u011brnice VdS 3145:2017-11 je ur\u010dena projektant\u016fm, mont\u00e1\u017en\u00edm firm\u00e1m, provozovatel\u016fm a pojistitel\u016fm fotovoltaick\u00fdch za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed. Slou\u017e\u00ed jako vod\u00edtko k zaji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed toho, \u017ee tato za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed v\u017edy odpov\u00eddaj\u00ed po\u017eadovan\u00fdm bezpe\u010dnostn\u00edm standard\u016fm. Zahrnuje r\u016fzn\u00e9 <strong>Aspekty posouzen\u00ed rizik<\/strong> fotovoltaick\u00fdch elektr\u00e1ren, v\u010detn\u011b hodnocen\u00ed po\u017e\u00e1rn\u00edch rizik, elektrick\u00fdch rizik, vliv\u016f po\u010das\u00ed (kroupy, zat\u00ed\u017een\u00ed v\u011btrem, blesky atd.) a dal\u0161\u00edch potenci\u00e1ln\u00edch nebezpe\u010d\u00ed. Jsou v n\u00ed stanoveny tak\u00e9 po\u017eadavky na projektov\u00e1n\u00ed, instalaci, \u00fadr\u017ebu a monitoring. Maj\u00ed poji\u0161\u0165ovnictv\u00ed pomoci l\u00e9pe posoudit rizika poji\u0161t\u011btnosti i v t\u00e9to oblasti. Soudci konstatovali, \u017ee st\u0159e\u0161n\u00ed fotovoltaick\u00e1 instalace mus\u00ed v\u017edy umo\u017e\u0148ovat \u201ebezpe\u010dn\u00e9 odd\u011blen\u00ed mezi elektrick\u00fdmi sou\u010d\u00e1stmi jako zdrojem vzn\u00edcen\u00ed a povrchem st\u0159echy jako po\u017e\u00e1rn\u00edm zat\u00ed\u017een\u00edm\u201c. V tomto p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b byla mont\u00e1\u017e <a href=\"https:\/\/cubeconcepts.de\/cz\/oddelovaci-spinac-pro-fotovoltaicke-systemy\/\">Odpojova\u010de pro fotovoltaick\u00e9 syst\u00e9my<\/a> nep\u0159\u00edpustn\u00e9 a instala\u010dn\u00ed firma musela zodpov\u00eddat za vzniklou \u0161kodu. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nov\u00e1 sm\u011brnice VdS 6023 se sna\u017e\u00ed tomuto po\u017eadavku vyhov\u011bt a nyn\u00ed stanovuje tak\u00e9 specifick\u00e1 bezpe\u010dnostn\u00ed opat\u0159en\u00ed, kter\u00e1 je nutn\u00e9 zohlednit, pokud maj\u00ed b\u00fdt fotovoltaick\u00e9 syst\u00e9my instalov\u00e1ny na st\u0159ech\u00e1ch z ho\u0159lav\u00fdch stavebn\u00edch materi\u00e1l\u016f. Jeliko\u017e takov\u00e9 st\u0159echy p\u0159edstavuj\u00ed zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00e9 riziko po\u017e\u00e1ru zp\u016fsoben\u00e9ho elektrick\u00fdm obloukem, obsahuje sm\u011brnice mimo jin\u00e9 p\u0159edpisy pro minimalizaci tohoto rizika u FVE syst\u00e9m\u016f spl\u0148uj\u00edc\u00edch podm\u00ednky poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed. Zahrnuje nap\u0159\u00edklad aspekty, jako je v\u00fdb\u011br vhodn\u00fdch materi\u00e1l\u016f odoln\u00fdch proti po\u017e\u00e1ru. Tak\u00e9 <a href=\"https:\/\/cubeconcepts.de\/cz\/prepetova-ochrana-pro-fotovoltaicke-systemy\/\">P\u0159ep\u011b\u0165ov\u00e1 ochrana pro fotovoltaick\u00e9 syst\u00e9my<\/a> bude zohledn\u011bno. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Fotovoltaick\u00e9 elektr\u00e1rny odpov\u00eddaj\u00edc\u00ed pojistn\u00fdm podm\u00ednk\u00e1m mus\u00ed spl\u0148ovat v\u0161echny sm\u011brnice<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">P\u0159esto\u017ee <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ise.fraunhofer.de\/content\/dam\/ise\/de\/documents\/publications\/studies\/aktuelle-fakten-zur-photovoltaik-in-deutschland.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Vyhodnocen\u00ed<\/a> v\u00fdzkum Fraunhoferova ISE uk\u00e1zal, \u017ee za posledn\u00edch 20 let bylo u pouh\u00fdch 120 po\u017e\u00e1r\u016f jednozna\u010dn\u011b identifikov\u00e1no, \u017ee jejich spou\u0161t\u011b\u010dem byla fotovoltaick\u00e1 za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed, co\u017e odpov\u00edd\u00e1 <strong>procento ze 0,006 v\u0161ech fotovoltaick\u00fdch syst\u00e9m\u016f v N\u011bmecku<\/strong> p\u0159i poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed sol\u00e1rn\u00edch elektr\u00e1ren provozovateli trvaj\u00ed pojistitel\u00e9 na dodr\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed t\u011bchto zp\u0159\u00edsn\u011bn\u00fdch sm\u011brnic. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tyto p\u0159ek\u00e1\u017eky pro st\u0159e\u0161n\u00ed fotovoltaick\u00e9 syst\u00e9my kritizuje tak\u00e9 Spolkov\u00fd svaz sol\u00e1rn\u00edho hospod\u00e1\u0159stv\u00ed (Bundesverband der Solarwirtschaft). V obvi\u0148uje poji\u0161\u0165ovnictv\u00ed z toho, \u017ee t\u00edmto zp\u016fsobem brzd\u00ed celkov\u00fd rozvoj fotovoltaiky na pr\u016fmyslov\u00fdch a komer\u010dn\u00edch st\u0159ech\u00e1ch. Poji\u0161\u0165ovn\u00e1m podle n\u011bj nav\u00edc chyb\u00ed vlastn\u00ed statistiky, proto\u017ee ka\u017edou velkou instalaci stejn\u011b p\u0159edem individu\u00e1ln\u011b posuzuj\u00ed a \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e1 nen\u00ed stejn\u00e1 jako druh\u00e1. Pr\u00e1v\u011b to m\u016f\u017ee spole\u010dnost CUBE CONCEPTS potvrdit: V\u0161echny velkokapacitn\u00ed fotovoltaick\u00e9 projekty jsou pl\u00e1nov\u00e1ny a realizov\u00e1ny samostatn\u011b.
