Zde jsou odpov\u011bdi.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Co je CSR?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Mnoh\u00e9 spole\u010dnosti se ji\u017e l\u00e9ta spol\u00e9haj\u00ed na propracovanou strategii spole\u010densk\u00e9 odpov\u011bdnosti firem, kterou bu\u010f samy vyvinuly, nebo vyu\u017eily slu\u017eeb extern\u00edch poradc\u016f. Zkratka <strong>CSR<\/strong> je zkratka pro soci\u00e1ln\u00ed odpov\u011bdnost podnik\u016f a poprv\u00e9 se objevila v zelen\u00e9 knize Evropsk\u00e9 komise v roce 2001. Tento term\u00edn ozna\u010duje odpov\u011bdnost podnik\u016f za jejich dopad na spole\u010dnost a \u017eivotn\u00ed prost\u0159ed\u00ed. C\u00edlem strategie CSR je zajistit, aby se spole\u010dnosti nezam\u011b\u0159ovaly pouze na maximalizaci sv\u00fdch zisk\u016f, ale aby braly v \u00favahu tak\u00e9 soci\u00e1ln\u00ed a environment\u00e1ln\u00ed dopad sv\u00fdch podnikatelsk\u00fdch aktivit. T\u00edmto zp\u016fsobem se sna\u017e\u00ed z\u00edskat d\u016fv\u011bru a loajalitu sv\u00fdch z\u00e1kazn\u00edk\u016f, zam\u011bstnanc\u016f a investor\u016f.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Co je ESG?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Zkratka <strong>ESG<\/strong> znamen\u00e1 t\u0159i faktory: environment\u00e1ln\u00ed, soci\u00e1ln\u00ed a \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed. Tento koncept vych\u00e1z\u00ed ze zcela jin\u00e9ho prost\u0159ed\u00ed. V roce 2004 jej definovala OSN v r\u00e1mci iniciativy \"Global Compact Initiative\", aby investor\u016fm a analytik\u016fm poskytla z\u00e1sady pro identifikaci udr\u017eiteln\u00fdch investic. Strategie ESG je tedy investi\u010dn\u00ed strategie, kter\u00e1 zohled\u0148uje environment\u00e1ln\u00ed, soci\u00e1ln\u00ed a spr\u00e1vn\u00ed faktory s c\u00edlem dos\u00e1hnout dlouhodob\u00fdch finan\u010dn\u00edch i nefinan\u010dn\u00edch v\u00fdsledk\u016f. Jej\u00edm c\u00edlem je zajistit dlouhodob\u00e9 a udr\u017eiteln\u00e9 v\u00fdnosy pro investory a z\u00e1rove\u0148 dos\u00e1hnout pozitivn\u00edho dopadu na \u017eivotn\u00ed prost\u0159ed\u00ed, soci\u00e1ln\u00ed oblast a spr\u00e1vu a \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Jak\u00fd je rozd\u00edl mezi CSR a ESG?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>CSR i ESG se tedy t\u00fdkaj\u00ed odpov\u011bdnosti podnik\u016f za jejich dopad na spole\u010dnost a \u017eivotn\u00ed prost\u0159ed\u00ed, ale mezi ob\u011bma pojmy existuj\u00ed rozd\u00edly. CSR se t\u00fdk\u00e1 sp\u00ed\u0161e dobrovoln\u00e9 odpov\u011bdnosti spole\u010dnost\u00ed za za\u010dlen\u011bn\u00ed soci\u00e1ln\u00edch a environment\u00e1ln\u00edch ot\u00e1zek do jejich obchodn\u00ed strategie. Strategie CSR se zam\u011b\u0159uje na to, jak mohou spole\u010dnosti za\u010dlenit soci\u00e1ln\u00ed a environment\u00e1ln\u00ed ot\u00e1zky do sv\u00fdch obchodn\u00edch postup\u016f a zav\u00e1zat se ke spole\u010dn\u00e9mu dobru. CSR je tedy \u0161ir\u0161\u00ed pojem, kter\u00fd zahrnuje v\u0161echny aspekty soci\u00e1ln\u00ed a environment\u00e1ln\u00ed odpov\u011bdnosti podnik\u016f. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>ESG je naopak term\u00edn, kter\u00fd pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed investo\u0159i a analytici pro hodnocen\u00ed v\u00fdkonnosti spole\u010dnost\u00ed v oblasti udr\u017eitelnosti. Faktory ESG se t\u00fdkaj\u00ed environment\u00e1ln\u00edch, soci\u00e1ln\u00edch a spr\u00e1vn\u00edch ot\u00e1zek a pom\u00e1haj\u00ed investor\u016fm hodnotit spole\u010dnosti. Mezi hodnocen\u00e9 faktory pat\u0159\u00ed zm\u011bna klimatu, vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed zdroj\u016f, pracovn\u00ed podm\u00ednky, lidsk\u00e1 pr\u00e1va, spr\u00e1va a \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed spole\u010dnost\u00ed a transparentnost. ESG je tedy specifi\u010dt\u011bj\u0161\u00ed pojem, kter\u00fd se zam\u011b\u0159uje na finan\u010dn\u00ed hodnocen\u00ed spole\u010dnost\u00ed.
