Krom\u011b drastick\u00e9ho roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159en\u00ed v\u011btrn\u00e9 energetiky m\u00e1 nyn\u00ed tak\u00e9 prudk\u00fd n\u00e1r\u016fst v\u00fdkonnosti sol\u00e1rn\u00edch za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed. Takto je pl\u00e1nov\u00e1no, \u017ee od roku 2025 bude celosv\u011btov\u011b ro\u010dn\u011b instalov\u00e1no 22 gigawatt\u016f fotovoltaick\u00fdch za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed, co\u017e by v roce 2030 m\u011blo celkov\u011b dos\u00e1hnout v\u00fdkonu kolem 215 gigawatt\u016f v N\u011bmecku. V porovn\u00e1n\u00ed s t\u00edm byl n\u00e1r\u016fst instalac\u00ed fotovoltaick\u00fdch za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed v roce 2022 \u2013 jednom z rekordn\u00edch let \u2013 pouze zhruba 7,5 gigawatt\u016f. Sou\u010dasn\u00e1 celkov\u00e1 kapacita v\u0161ech fotovoltaick\u00fdch za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed v N\u011bmecku je nyn\u00ed tedy kolem 65 gigawatt\u016f. V sou\u010dasn\u00e9 dob\u011b p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b 70 % % celkov\u00e9ho sol\u00e1rn\u00edho proudu poch\u00e1z\u00ed z fotovoltaick\u00fdch za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed na st\u0159ech\u00e1ch nebo fas\u00e1d\u00e1ch a t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 30 % % z fotovoltaick\u00fdch park\u016f.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">V\u00fdkon sol\u00e1rn\u00edch elektr\u00e1ren na voln\u00e9 plo\u0161e m\u00e1 b\u00fdt roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159en<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Experten vid\u00ed potenci\u00e1l pro rozvoj p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm v <a href=\"https:\/\/cubeconcepts.de\/cz\/fotovoltaika\/\">Pozemn\u00ed fotovoltaick\u00e9 syst\u00e9my<\/a>, Proto byly nyn\u00ed roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159eny pr\u00e1vn\u00ed r\u00e1mce a mo\u017enosti \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed jednotliv\u00fdch spolkov\u00fdch zem\u00ed. Dle EEG bylo dosud mo\u017en\u00e9 umis\u0165ovat sol\u00e1rn\u00ed parky na rekultivovan\u00fdch ploch\u00e1ch a od roku 2017 i na tzv. znev\u00fdhodn\u011bn\u00fdch \u00fazem\u00edch. To se t\u00fdkalo p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm ploch v komer\u010dn\u00edch a pr\u016fmyslov\u00fdch z\u00f3n\u00e1ch, rozs\u00e1hl\u00fdch okrajov\u00fdch p\u00e1s\u016f kolem d\u00e1lnic a \u017eeleznic, jako\u017e i provozn\u00edch z\u00e1sobn\u00edch a rozvojov\u00fdch ploch nebo kompenza\u010dn\u00edch ploch firem a obc\u00ed. Jedn\u00e1 se nap\u0159\u00edklad o opu\u0161t\u011bn\u00e1 \u00falo\u017ei\u0161t\u011b odpad\u016f, p\u00edskovny, lomy, sportovi\u0161t\u011b nebo b\u00fdval\u00e9 vojensk\u00e9 plochy. Od roku 2023 k nim p\u0159ib\u00fdvaj\u00ed i b\u00fdval\u00e9 mok\u0159ady, agrivoltaick\u00e9 syst\u00e9my (zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00e9 fotovoltaick\u00e9 syst\u00e9my umo\u017e\u0148uj\u00edc\u00ed p\u011bstov\u00e1n\u00ed plodin, obhospoda\u0159ov\u00e1n\u00ed a pr\u016fjezd traktor\u016f) a plovouc\u00ed fotovoltaick\u00e9 syst\u00e9my na jezerech. Tuto skute\u010dnost v\u00edtaj\u00ed dokonce sdru\u017een\u00ed NABU a BUND a novou dolo\u017eku o otev\u0159enosti ji\u017e vyu\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed spolkov\u00e9 zem\u011b B\u00e1densko-W\u00fcrttembersko, Bavorsko, Hesensko, Doln\u00ed Sasko, Severn\u00ed Por\u00fdn\u00ed-Vestf\u00e1lsko, Por\u00fdn\u00ed-Falc, S\u00e1rsko, Sasko a Sasko-Anhaltsko.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Zrychlen\u00e1 povolovac\u00ed \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed pro sol\u00e1rn\u00ed parky jsou na obzoru<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">P\u0159\u00edr\u016fstek fotovoltaiky na voln\u00e9 plo\u0161e v roce 2022 \u010dinil p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b 2,2 gigawatt\u016f v\u00fdkonu. Z toho se ji\u017e tak \u010di tak mus\u00ed obej\u00edt obzvl\u00e1\u0161t\u011b efektivn\u00ed sol\u00e1rn\u00ed parky s jmenovit\u00fdm v\u00fdkonem v\u011bt\u0161\u00edm ne\u017e 1 MWP bez odm\u011bny dle EEG, co\u017e v\u0161ak investi\u010dn\u00ed n\u00e1ladu t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 nezbrzdilo: \u00darokov\u00e9 sazby stanoven\u00e9 v\u00fdb\u011brov\u00fdm \u0159\u00edzen\u00edm byly a st\u00e1le jsou extr\u00e9mn\u011b v\u00fdhodn\u00e9. Aby v\u0161ak bylo dosa\u017eeno ka\u017edoro\u010dn\u00edho ztrojn\u00e1soben\u00ed n\u00e1r\u016fstu sol\u00e1rn\u00ed energie, mus\u00ed se tak\u00e9 zrychlit povolovac\u00ed \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed. Tyto podl\u00e9haj\u00ed obecn\u00e9mu \u00fazemn\u00edmu pl\u00e1nov\u00e1n\u00ed a p\u0159\u00edslu\u0161n\u00e1 obec mus\u00ed k tomu vytvo\u0159it \u00fazemn\u00ed pl\u00e1n a zm\u011bnit pl\u00e1n vyu\u017eit\u00ed \u00fazem\u00ed. To v\u0161e je v sou\u010dasn\u00e9 dob\u011b st\u00e1le velmi \u010dasov\u011b n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00e9. Nyn\u00ed v\u0161ak m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt velk\u00fd projekt sol\u00e1rn\u00edho parku klasifikov\u00e1n jako \u201eprostorov\u011b v\u00fdznamn\u00fd\u201c a \u00fakolem vymezen\u00ed vyhrazovac\u00edch a up\u0159ednost\u0148ovan\u00fdch oblast\u00ed pak p\u0159eb\u00edr\u00e1 zemsk\u00e9 nebo region\u00e1ln\u00ed pl\u00e1nov\u00e1n\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Region\u00e1ln\u00ed rozd\u00edly ve v\u00fdkonnosti sol\u00e1rn\u00ed energie v N\u011bmecku<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Detailn\u00ed \u00fadaje za rok 2022 z v\u00fdstavby fotovoltaick\u00fdch elektr\u00e1ren v jednotliv\u00fdch zem\u00edch zat\u00edm nejsou k dispozici. V roce 2021 v\u0161ak Bavorsko, B\u00e1densko-W\u00fcrttembersko a Meklenbursko-P\u0159edn\u00ed Pomo\u0159ansko zaznamenaly nejvy\u0161\u0161\u00ed n\u00e1r\u016fst celkov\u00e9ho v\u00fdkonu. Na chvostu jsou m\u011bstsk\u00e9 st\u00e1ty. Pokud se v\u0161ak pod\u00edv\u00e1me na sol\u00e1rn\u00ed v\u00fdkon na kilometr \u010dtvere\u010dn\u00ed, Doln\u00ed Sasko, Durynsko, Hesensko a Por\u00fdn\u00ed-Falc by m\u011bly nal\u00e9hav\u011b doh\u00e1n\u011bt.
