Zahrnuty jsou rovn\u011b\u017e ztr\u00e1ty p\u0159i p\u0159enosu a distribuci v elektriza\u010dn\u00ed soustav\u011b a tepeln\u00fdch s\u00edt\u00edch, jako\u017e i vlastn\u00ed spot\u0159eba samotn\u00e9ho energetick\u00e9ho sektoru. Naopak nezahrnuje transforma\u010dn\u00ed ztr\u00e1ty, kter\u00e9 vznikaj\u00ed p\u0159i v\u00fdrob\u011b elekt\u0159iny a tepla v elektr\u00e1rn\u00e1ch a tepl\u00e1rn\u00e1ch (nap\u0159. odpadn\u00ed teplo z fosiln\u00edch elektr\u00e1ren). Ty se prom\u00edtaj\u00ed v\u00fdhradn\u011b do <a href=\"https:\/\/cubeconcepts.de\/primaerenergieverbrauch-pev-in-deutschland\/\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"34139\">Spot\u0159eba prim\u00e1rn\u00ed energie (PEV)<\/a> jeden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">BEEV se stanovuje podle unijn\u011b jednotn\u00e9 metodiky v\u00fdpo\u010dtu, kter\u00e1 je uvedena ve sm\u011brnici o podpo\u0159e vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed energie z obnoviteln\u00fdch zdroj\u016f (RED, aktu\u00e1ln\u011b <a href=\"https:\/\/cubeconcepts.de\/eu-beschliesst-beschleunigten-ausbau-der-erneuerbaren-red-iii\/\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"7782\">\u010cERVEN\u00c1 III<\/a>) je stanoveno. Zahrnuje nejen elekt\u0159inu (vazba na HZSE\/HZVE), ale tak\u00e9 teplo, chlad a pohonn\u00e9 hmoty v doprav\u011b. Hrub\u00e1 kone\u010dn\u00e1 spot\u0159eba energie tak le\u017e\u00ed v\u017edy pod prim\u00e1rn\u00ed spot\u0159ebou energie (PSE), proto\u017ee jsou od\u010dteny transforma\u010dn\u00ed ztr\u00e1ty elektr\u00e1ren. Jednak absolutn\u00ed spot\u0159eba prim\u00e1rn\u00ed energie z obnoviteln\u00fdch zdroj\u016f (BEEV) ji\u017e p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b 15 let v tendenci kles\u00e1 \u2013 co\u017e je hn\u00e1no energetickou \u00fa\u010dinnost\u00ed, struktur\u00e1ln\u00edmi zm\u011bnami v pr\u016fmyslu a v posledn\u00ed dob\u011b i slabou konjunkturou. Na druhou stranu pod\u00edl obnoviteln\u00fdch zdroj\u016f energie na zb\u00fdvaj\u00edc\u00ed spot\u0159eb\u011b neust\u00e1le roste a to v\u00fdrazn\u011b rychleji, ne\u017e kles\u00e1 celkov\u00e1 spot\u0159eba. M\u00edrn\u00fd n\u00e1r\u016fst BEEV v roce 2025 oproti lo\u0148sk\u00e9mu minimu je zp\u016fsoben p\u0159eva\u017euj\u00edc\u00edm vlivem po\u010das\u00ed (chladn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed rok, vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed pot\u0159eba tepla) a nejde o \u017e\u00e1dn\u00fd obrat trendu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Uvnit\u0159 BEEV se tyto t\u0159i sektory vyv\u00edjej\u00ed velmi r\u016fznou rychlost\u00ed:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Elekt\u0159ina:<\/strong> Pod\u00edl obnoviteln\u00fdch zdroj\u016f energie v roce 2025 dos\u00e1hne 55,1 % \u2013 od roku 2000 (6,3 %) se jedn\u00e1 o oblast, kter\u00e1 zaznamenala zdaleka nejv\u00fdrazn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed r\u016fst.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Teplo a chlad:<\/strong> Pod\u00edl obnoviteln\u00fdch zdroj\u016f energie v roce 2025 dos\u00e1hne 19,0 %, p\u0159i\u010dem\u017e dojde k znateln\u00e9mu n\u00e1r\u016fstu dod\u00e1vek tepla z obnoviteln\u00fdch zdroj\u016f z p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b 200 na t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 210 mld. kWh oproti roku 2024.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Doprava:<\/strong> Pod\u00edl obnoviteln\u00fdch zdroj\u016f energie v roce 2025 \u010din\u00ed pouh\u00fdch 8,0 % (2024: 7,4 %) \u2013 i nad\u00e1le se jedn\u00e1 o sektor s nejni\u017e\u0161\u00edm pod\u00edlem obnoviteln\u00fdch zdroj\u016f, a to navzdory n\u00e1r\u016fstu pod\u00edlu biopaliv (+9 %) a elekt\u0159iny z obnoviteln\u00fdch zdroj\u016f v doprav\u011b (+12 %).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Regulatorick\u00fd r\u00e1mec BEEV: C\u00edl 41 procent v NECP<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">V r\u00e1mci N\u00e1rodn\u00edho energetick\u00e9ho a klimatick\u00e9ho pl\u00e1nu (NECP), aktualizovan\u00e9ho v roce 2024, se N\u011bmecko zav\u00e1zalo v\u016f\u010di EU, \u017ee do roku 2030 zv\u00fd\u0161\u00ed pod\u00edl obnoviteln\u00fdch zdroj\u016f energie na hrub\u00e9 kone\u010dn\u00e9 spot\u0159eb\u011b energie na minim\u00e1ln\u011b 41 %. Vych\u00e1z\u00edme-li z hodnoty 23,8 % v roce 2025, mus\u00ed se tento pod\u00edl tedy je\u0161t\u011b v\u00fdrazn\u011b zv\u00fd\u0161it. Evropsk\u00e1 sm\u011brnice RED III stanov\u00ed pro celou EU c\u00edl ve v\u00fd\u0161i <strong>42,5 %<\/strong> p\u0159ed. Jednotliv\u00e9 \u010dlensk\u00e9 st\u00e1ty si v r\u00e1mci sv\u00fdch vnitrost\u00e1tn\u00edch pl\u00e1n\u016f v oblasti energetiky a klimatu (NECP) stanov\u00ed vlastn\u00ed vnitrost\u00e1tn\u00ed c\u00edlov\u00e9 hodnoty p\u0159izp\u016fsoben\u00e9 sv\u00e9 po\u010d\u00e1te\u010dn\u00ed situaci.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Zvl\u00e1\u0161t\u011b kritick\u00e9 pro dosa\u017een\u00ed c\u00edle jsou <strong>Sektory tepla a dopravy<\/strong>. Zat\u00edmco sektor elekt\u0159iny se rychle p\u0159ibli\u017euje k c\u00edli z\u00e1kona o obnoviteln\u00fdch zdroj\u00edch energie (EEG) ve v\u00fd\u0161i 80 %, sektory tepla a dopravy za n\u00edm struktur\u00e1ln\u011b zaost\u00e1vaj\u00ed. Bez v\u00fdrazn\u00e9ho zrychlen\u00ed roz\u0161i\u0159ov\u00e1n\u00ed tepeln\u00fdch \u010derpadel, d\u00e1lkov\u00e9ho vyt\u00e1p\u011bn\u00ed z obnoviteln\u00fdch zdroj\u016f a alternativn\u00edch pohonn\u00fdch syst\u00e9m\u016f v doprav\u011b bude podle odhadu Spolkov\u00e9ho \u00fa\u0159adu pro \u017eivotn\u00ed prost\u0159ed\u00ed c\u00edl 41 % jen t\u011b\u017eko dosa\u017eiteln\u00fd.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Za\u0159azen\u00ed: Co znamen\u00e1 BEEV pro firmy s fotovoltaikou a akumulac\u00ed<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">BEEV zviditel\u0148uje, kde se nach\u00e1zej\u00ed nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed nevyu\u017eit\u00e9 potenci\u00e1ly pro p\u0159echod na obnoviteln\u00e9 zdroje energie. Za prv\u00e9 se propojen\u00ed sektor\u016f \u2013 nap\u0159\u00edklad vyu\u017eit\u00ed p\u0159ebytk\u016f elekt\u0159iny z FVE pro tepeln\u00e1 \u010derpadla nebo elektrick\u00e9 vozov\u00e9 parky \u2013 st\u00e1v\u00e1 rozhoduj\u00edc\u00ed p\u00e1kou pro sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed vlastn\u00ed uhl\u00edkov\u00e9 stopy BEEV.
