Uheln\u00e9 a plynov\u00e9 elektr\u00e1rny jsou rovn\u011b\u017e odk\u00e1z\u00e1ny na to, aby v \u0159etk\u00e1ch bylo dostatek vody a nebyla p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 tepl\u00e1: srbsk\u00e1 uheln\u00e1 elektr\u00e1rna Kostolac musela koncem \u010dervence sn\u00ed\u017eit sv\u016fj v\u00fdkon, proto\u017ee odb\u011br chladic\u00ed vody selhal kv\u016fli n\u00edzk\u00e9 hladin\u011b Dunaje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I pr\u016fto\u010dn\u00e9 elektr\u00e1rny, kter\u00e9 by v z\u00e1sad\u011b nem\u011bly m\u00edt probl\u00e9my s chladic\u00ed vodou, trp\u00ed klesaj\u00edc\u00edm pr\u016ftokem: elektr\u00e1rna \u201eEiserne Tor 1\u201c na Dunaji, kter\u00e1 je s v\u00fdkonem 2 280 MW nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed pr\u016fto\u010dnou elektr\u00e1rnou v regionu, v sou\u010dasn\u00e9 dob\u011b vyr\u00e1b\u00ed pouze asi p\u011btinu sv\u00e9ho jmenovit\u00e9ho v\u00fdkonu. Pr\u016ftok Dunaje na rumunsko-srbsk\u00e9 hranici \u010dinil koncem \u010dervence pouh\u00fdch 1 700 m\u00b3\/s \u2013 obvykl\u00e1 hodnota by byla kolem 4 700 m\u00b3\/s. V\u00fdroba energie z vodn\u00edch elektr\u00e1ren v Bulharsku se propadla t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 o 45 %.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Poselstv\u00ed: Kdo si mysl\u00ed, \u017ee p\u0159echodem z jadern\u00fdch na uheln\u00e9 nebo plynov\u00e9 elektr\u00e1rny se vy\u0159e\u0161\u00ed probl\u00e9m s chladic\u00ed vodou, se m\u00fdl\u00ed. Probl\u00e9m nespo\u010d\u00edv\u00e1 v druhu paliva, n\u00fdbr\u017e v samotn\u00e9m principu tepeln\u00fdch elektr\u00e1ren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Nedostatek vody v Evrop\u011b je v\u00edc ne\u017e jen letn\u00ed fenom\u00e9n<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Elektr\u00e1rny s pr\u016fto\u010dn\u00fdm chazen\u00edm vodou z \u0159ek jsou zraniteln\u00e9 ze dvou d\u016fvod\u016f. Klesne-li hladina, chyb\u00ed jednodu\u0161e chladic\u00ed voda. Stoupne-li sou\u010dasn\u011b teplota vody, nesm\u00ed mnoho za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed kv\u016fli ochran\u011b \u017eivotn\u00edho prost\u0159ed\u00ed v\u016fbec najet \u2013 i kdyby technicky bylo dost vody, oh\u0159\u00e1t\u00e1 vr\u00e1cen\u00e1 voda by \u0159eku d\u00e1le zah\u0159\u00e1la a ohrozila ekosyst\u00e9my. Nap\u0159\u00edklad ve Francii plat\u00ed u spole\u010dnosti RTE pevn\u00fd limit 28 \u00b0C teploty \u0159\u00ed\u010dn\u00ed vody.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Podle Sv\u011btov\u00e9 meteorologick\u00e9 organizace se Evropa otepluje v\u00edce ne\u017e dvakr\u00e1t rychleji ne\u017e celosv\u011btov\u00fd pr\u016fm\u011br. Leta, jako je to v roce ifikovan\u00e9 2026, tak nebudou v\u00fdjimkou, n\u00fdbr\u017e p\u0159edlohou: elektr\u00e1rny, jejich\u017e dostupnost z\u00e1vis\u00ed na hladin\u011b a teplot\u011b \u0159ek, m\u00edvaj\u00ed tendenci ztr\u00e1cet v\u00fdkon pr\u00e1v\u011b tehdy, kdy\u017e je popt\u00e1vka \u2013 nap\u0159\u00edklad kv\u016fli klimatizac\u00edm \u2013 nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">V\u0161eobecn\u011b vystavuj\u00ed extr\u00e9mn\u00ed vlny veder dod\u00e1vky elekt\u0159iny a s\u00edt\u011b v cel\u00e9 Evrop\u011b velk\u00e9mu tlaku. Provozovat ji m\u00e1 provozovatel p\u0159enosov\u00e9 soustavy Amprion. V p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b nouze by k odb\u011bru vyzvan\u00ed velkoodb\u011bratel\u00e9 s ro\u010dn\u00ed spot\u0159ebou elekt\u0159ity od 8 GWh m\u011bli b\u00fdt vyzv\u00e1ni ke sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed odb\u011bru s p\u0159edstihem 24 hodin a\u017e t\u0159\u00ed dn\u016f \u2013 pokud firma neuposlechne, m\u016f\u017ee Bundesnetzagentur nechat p\u0159\u00edvod elekt\u0159iny p\u0159eru\u0161it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Co l\u00e9to 2026 a nedostatek vody v Evrop\u011b ukazuj\u00ed pro energetickou transformaci<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sou\u010dasn\u00e9 l\u00e9to odhaluje struktur\u00e1ln\u00ed probl\u00e9m. V\u00fdrobn\u00ed kapacita, kter\u00e1 je z\u00e1visl\u00e1 na stavu a teplot\u011b vody v \u0159ek\u00e1ch, m\u00e1 tendenci vypad\u00e1vat pr\u00e1v\u011b tehdy, kdy\u017e je spot\u0159eba elekt\u0159iny vysok\u00e1. Na rozd\u00edl od pevn\u00fdch velk\u00fdch elektr\u00e1ren jsou bateriov\u00e1 \u00falo\u017ei\u0161t\u011b k dispozici nez\u00e1visle na chladic\u00ed vod\u011b a po\u010d\u010das\u00ed \u2013 dok\u00e1\u017eou vyrovnat kr\u00e1tkodob\u00e9 v\u00fdpadky v\u00fdroby a pokr\u00fdt \u0161pi\u010dkov\u00e1 zat\u00ed\u017een\u00ed, ani\u017e by sama byla z\u00e1visl\u00e1 na po\u010das\u00ed. Flexibilita se tak pro provozovatele a investory st\u00e1v\u00e1 \u010d\u00edm d\u00e1l t\u00edm v\u00edc samostatn\u00fdm bezpe\u010dnostn\u00edm faktorem dod\u00e1vek energie \u2013 nejen n\u00e1strojem pro optimalizaci v\u00fdnos\u016f.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u010casto kladen\u00e9 dotazy<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<details class=\"wp-block-details is-layout-flow wp-block-details-is-layout-flow\"><summary>Pro\u010d pot\u0159ebuj\u00ed jadern\u00e9 elektr\u00e1rny tolik chladic\u00ed vody?<\/summary>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Jadern\u00e1 elektr\u00e1rna p\u0159em\u011b\u0148uje na elekt\u0159inu pouze asi 30\u201335 % vyroben\u00e9ho tepla.
