N\u011bmeck\u00e1 vl\u00e1da pl\u00e1nuje do roku 2030 zdvojn\u00e1sobit p\u0159ipojovac\u00ed v\u00fdkon IT v N\u011bmecku oproti roku 2025 a kapacitu pro um\u011blou inteligenci a vysoce v\u00fdkonn\u00e9 v\u00fdpo\u010dty dokonce z\u010dty\u0159n\u00e1sobit. Bez integrovan\u00e9ho <strong>Energetick\u00e9 strategie pro datov\u00e1 centra<\/strong> bez toho se dnes projektov\u00ed mana\u017ee\u0159i nebo provozovatel\u00e9 u\u017e neobejdou. Nam\u00edsto \u010dist\u00e9ho odb\u011bru ze s\u00edt\u011b vznikaj\u00ed koncepty kombinuje vlastn\u00ed v\u00fdrobu (fotovoltaiku), smlouvy o n\u00e1kupu elekt\u0159iny (PPA), bateriov\u00e1 \u00falo\u017ei\u0161t\u011b (BESS) a vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed odpadn\u00edho tepla \u2013 poh\u00e1n\u011bn\u00e9 stejnou m\u011brou legislativou, \u00fazk\u00fdmi hrdly v s\u00edti a ekonomickou v\u00fdhodnost\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Legislativn\u00ed r\u00e1mec jako hybn\u00e1 s\u00edla<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Povinnost vyu\u017e\u00edvat obnoviteln\u00e9 zdroje energie podle z\u00e1kona o energetick\u00e9 \u00fa\u010dinnosti (EnEfG)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Podle \u00a7 11 odst. 5 z\u00e1kona o energetick\u00e9 \u00fa\u010dinnosti (EnEfG) mus\u00ed datov\u00e1 centra pokr\u00fdvat svou spot\u0159ebu elekt\u0159iny z vlastn\u00edch zdroj\u016f. Od roku 2024 jsou povinna pokr\u00fdvat svou spot\u0159ebu alespo\u0148 z 50 % a <strong>od ledna 2027<\/strong> na <strong>100 % z obnoviteln\u00fdch zdroj\u016f energie<\/strong> pokr\u00fdt. Z hlediska bilance to znamen\u00e1: Fyzick\u00e1 p\u0159\u00edm\u00e1 dod\u00e1vka nen\u00ed nutn\u00e1. Uplatn\u011bn\u00ed <a href=\"https:\/\/cubeconcepts.de\/cz\/certifikaty-o-puvodu-hkn-obchod-se-stava-stale-dulezitejsimi\/\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"10084\">Z\u00e1ruky p\u016fvodu<\/a> nebo <a href=\"https:\/\/cubeconcepts.de\/cz\/smlouva-o-nakupu-energie-ppa\/\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"10902\">PPA<\/a>- Konstrukce posta\u010duj\u00ed, pokud elekt\u0159ina nepoch\u00e1z\u00ed z mno\u017estv\u00ed, kter\u00e1 ji\u017e pob\u00edraj\u00ed podporu dle z\u00e1kona o obnoviteln\u00fdch zdroj\u00edch (EEG).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Limity PUE se aktu\u00e1ln\u011b m\u011bn\u00ed<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hodnota PUE (Power Usage Effectiveness) se vypo\u010d\u00edt\u00e1 z <strong>Celkov\u00e1 spot\u0159eba energie<\/strong> datov\u00e9ho centra ve vztahu k <strong>Spot\u0159eba energie samotn\u00e9ho IT za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed<\/strong> (Server, Speicher, Netzwerke).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Optim\u00e1ln\u00ed hodnota = 1,0:<\/strong> Ve\u0161ker\u00e1 elekt\u0159ina se pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 v\u00fdhradn\u011b pro IT (v praxi fyzicky nedosa\u017eiteln\u00e9).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u010c\u00edm v\u00edce se hodnota bl\u00ed\u017e\u00ed 1,0, t\u00edm je infrastruktura efektivn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed<\/strong> (Chlazen\u00ed, nep\u0159eru\u0161iteln\u00fd zdroj nap\u00e1jen\u00ed (UPS), osv\u011btlen\u00ed, ztr\u00e1ty na transform\u00e1torech).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Na z\u00e1klad\u011b toho byly dosud v souladu se z\u00e1konem o energetick\u00e9 \u00fa\u010dinnosti (EnEfG) z\u00e1vazn\u00e9 n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00ed hodnoty PUE:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>nov\u00e1 datov\u00e1 centra od \u010dervence 2026 maxim\u00e1ln\u011b <strong>1,2<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>st\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00ed datov\u00e1 centra od \u010dervence 2027 maxim\u00e1ln\u011b <strong>1,5<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>st\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00ed datov\u00e1 centra od \u010dervence 2030 maxim\u00e1ln\u011b <strong>1,3<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Usnesen\u00edm vl\u00e1dy ze dne 29. \u010dervna 2026 k <a href=\"https:\/\/cubeconcepts.de\/cz\/balicek-siti-koalicni-dohoda-jednani-o-rezortech-co-ted-ceka-energetiku\/\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"28164\">S\u00ed\u0165ov\u00fd bal\u00ed\u010dek<\/a> a v souvislosti s t\u00edm souvisej\u00edc\u00ed novelou EnEfG je ji\u017e k dispozici vl\u00e1dn\u00ed n\u00e1vrh z\u00e1kona. Ten sice hodnoty pro st\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00ed za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed m\u00edrn\u011b zvy\u0161uje na 1,6, resp. 1,4, ale pro nov\u00e1 za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed nad\u00e1le po\u010d\u00edt\u00e1 s limitn\u00ed hodnotou 1,2. P\u0159echodn\u00e9 obdob\u00ed do trval\u00e9ho dodr\u017een\u00ed se v\u0161ak prodlu\u017euje ze dvou na \u010dty\u0159i roky po uveden\u00ed do provozu. N\u00e1vrh v sou\u010dasn\u00e9 dob\u011b je\u0161t\u011b nen\u00ed definitivn\u011b schv\u00e1len \u2013 pro pl\u00e1nov\u00e1n\u00ed aktu\u00e1ln\u00edch projekt\u016f by proto m\u011bl b\u00fdt stav legislativn\u00edho procesu pr\u016fb\u011b\u017en\u011b sledov\u00e1n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dopl\u0148kov\u011b plat\u00ed odstup\u0148ovan\u00fd koeficient op\u011btovn\u00e9ho vyu\u017eit\u00ed energie (ERF): minim\u00e1ln\u011b 10 % op\u011btovn\u00e9ho vyu\u017eit\u00ed odpadn\u00edho tepla p\u0159i uveden\u00ed do provozu od \u010dervence 2026, 15 procent od \u010dervence 2027 a 20 % od \u010dervence 2028.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">N\u00e1rodn\u00ed strategie pro datov\u00e1 centra<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dne 18. b\u0159ezna 2026 schv\u00e1lil spolkov\u00fd kabinet prvn\u00ed N\u00e1rodn\u00ed strategii pro datov\u00e1 centra. Ta sdru\u017euje 28 opat\u0159en\u00ed ve t\u0159ech oblastech p\u016fsoben\u00ed \u2013 energie a udr\u017eibilita, lokalita a plocha a technologie a suverenita \u2013 a jej\u00edm c\u00edlem je zdvojn\u00e1soben\u00ed celkov\u00e9 kapacity a z\u010dty\u0159n\u00e1soben\u00ed kapacity pro AI\/HPC do roku 2030.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sou\u010d\u00e1sti strategie zahrnuj\u00ed mimo jin\u00e9 zrychlen\u00e9 procesy p\u0159ipojen\u00ed k s\u00edti prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm flexibiln\u00edch dohod o p\u0159ipojen\u00ed k s\u00edti (<a href=\"https:\/\/cubeconcepts.de\/cz\/flexibilni-pripojovaci-dohody-fcas-flexibilni-pripojeni-siti-kratce-vysvetleno\/\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"28160\">FCA<\/a>) a tak\u00e9 o revidovan\u00e1 zad\u00e1vac\u00ed \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed provozovatel\u016f s\u00edt\u00ed. Nav\u00edc se maj\u00ed zm\u011bnit p\u0159edpisy pro odpadn\u00ed teplo. Spolkov\u00e1 vl\u00e1da chce na \u00farovni EU prosadit da\u0148ov\u011b osvobozen\u00e9 odv\u00e1d\u011bn\u00ed odpadn\u00edho tepla pro datov\u00e1 centra a zohlednit p\u0159\u00edslu\u0161n\u00e9 m\u00edstn\u00ed podm\u00ednky. Opat\u0159en\u00ed jsou prozat\u00edm p\u0159ev\u00e1\u017en\u011b nez\u00e1vazn\u00fdm politick\u00fdm r\u00e1mcem; konkr\u00e9tn\u00ed legislativn\u00ed proveden\u00ed \u2013 nap\u0159\u00edklad prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm novely z\u00e1kona o energetick\u00e9 efektivit\u011b (EnEfG) \u2013 se v n\u011bkter\u00fdch ohledech dosud o\u010dek\u00e1v\u00e1.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">P\u011bt pil\u00ed\u0159\u016f energetick\u00e9 strategie pro datov\u00e1 centra<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Odb\u011br zelen\u00e9 elekt\u0159iny prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm PPA<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Smlouvy o odb\u011bru elekt\u0159iny (PPA) se staly standardn\u00edm n\u00e1strojem pro zaji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed dlouhodob\u00fdch dod\u00e1vek zelen\u00e9 elekt\u0159iny a sou\u010dasn\u011b pro spln\u011bn\u00ed kv\u00f3ty podle z\u00e1kona o energetick\u00e9 \u00fa\u010dinnosti (EnEfG). Provozovatel\u00e9 c\u00edlen\u011b investuj\u00ed do nov\u00fdch fotovoltaick\u00fdch kapacit nam\u00edsto dokupov\u00e1n\u00ed z\u00e1ruk p\u016fvodu. Smlouvy PPA mimo m\u00edsto spot\u0159eby (off-site PPA) z velk\u00fdch sol\u00e1rn\u00edch nebo v\u011btrn\u00fdch park\u016f jsou p\u0159itom obvykle ekonomi\u010dt\u011bj\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e \u010dist\u011b vlastn\u00ed v\u00fdroba na m\u00edst\u011b, ale na rozd\u00edl od vlastn\u00ed v\u00fdroby nep\u0159isp\u00edvaj\u00ed k odleh\u010den\u00ed s\u00edt\u011b v samotn\u00e9m m\u00edst\u011b spot\u0159eby.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Vlastn\u00ed v\u00fdroba elekt\u0159iny pomoc\u00ed fotovoltaiky<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">P\u0159esto\u017ee datov\u00e1 centra maj\u00ed v\u011bt\u0161inou jen omezen\u00e9 st\u0159echy, spol\u00e9h\u00e1 mnoho provozovatel\u016f na vlastn\u00ed v\u00fdrobu fotovoltaiky. Men\u0161\u00ed st\u0159e\u0161n\u00ed instalace v kombinaci s <a href=\"https:\/\/cubeconcepts.de\/cz\/bipv-ve-zkratce\/\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"27230\">BiPV<\/a> (Integrace do fas\u00e1d) a p\u0159\u00edst\u0159e\u0161ky pro auta v\u0161ak \u010dasto pokr\u00fdvaj\u00ed jen zlomek obrovsk\u00e9 spot\u0159eby elekt\u0159iny. \u00da\u010dinn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed jsou v\u0161ak sol\u00e1rn\u00ed parky v bezprost\u0159edn\u00ed bl\u00edzkosti a\/nebo v\u011btrn\u00e9 elektr\u00e1rny.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pro v\u00fdznamn\u00e9 stupn\u011b kryt\u00ed jsou proto v\u00fdhodn\u00e9 lokality s p\u0159\u00edm\u00fdm p\u0159\u00edstupem k extern\u00edm pozemn\u00edm fotovoltaick\u00fdm \u010di VTE za\u0159\u00edzen\u00edm pro datov\u00e1 centra. P\u0159\u00edm\u00fdm veden\u00edm (Onsite PPA) lze odeb\u00edrat elekt\u0159inu z bl\u00edzk\u00e9ho sol\u00e1rn\u00edho \u010di v\u011btrn\u00e9ho parku bez obchojn\u00fdch cest. Provozovatel\u00e9 si tak u\u0161et\u0159\u00ed tak\u00e9 da\u0148 z elekt\u0159iny, s\u00ed\u0165ov\u00e9 poplatky nebo n\u00e1kup z\u00e1ruk p\u016fvodu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ekonomick\u00e1 v\u00fdhodnost p\u0159itom siln\u011b z\u00e1vis\u00ed na vzd\u00e1lenosti k nejbli\u017e\u0161\u00ed v\u00fdrobn\u00ed za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed a na dostupn\u00fdch pr\u00e1vech k veden\u00ed tras. V oblastech bohat\u00fdch na v\u00edtr, jako je Braniborsko nebo Doln\u00ed Sasko, dopl\u0148uj\u00ed v\u011btrn\u00e9 elektr\u00e1rny fotovoltaiku smyslupln\u00fdm zp\u016fsobem, proto\u017ee pr\u00e1v\u011b v zimn\u00edch m\u011bs\u00edc\u00edch a v noci poskytuj\u00ed rovnom\u011brn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed p\u0159\u00edsp\u011bvek ne\u017e \u010dist\u011b sol\u00e1rn\u00ed v\u00fdroba.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Bateriov\u00e9 \u00falo\u017ei\u0161t\u011b (BESS) jako strategick\u00e9 aktivum<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/cubeconcepts.de\/cz\/battery-storage\/\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"28816\">Akumul\u00e1torov\u00e9 \u00falo\u017ei\u0161t\u011b<\/a> se vyvinula z \u010dist\u00e9ho nouzov\u00e9ho z\u00e1lo\u017en\u00edho zdroje v aktivn\u00ed n\u00e1stroj pro spr\u00e1vu energie. Projekt \u201eJupiter\u201d v Braniborsku (pl\u00e1novan\u00fd za\u010d\u00e1tek v\u00fdstavby koncem roku 2026) nap\u0159\u00edklad sdru\u017euje 150MWp fotovoltaickou elektr\u00e1rnu, bateriov\u00e9 \u00falo\u017ei\u0161t\u011b o v\u00fdkonu 500 MW \/ 2 000 MWh a 500MW hyperscale datov\u00e9 centrum prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm spole\u010dn\u00e9 380kV p\u0159\u00edpojky. Takov\u00e1 integrovan\u00e1 infrastruktura minimalizuje n\u00e1klady na rozvoj s\u00edt\u011b a maximalizuje vlastn\u00ed spot\u0159ebu obnoviteln\u00e9 elekt\u0159iny.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mnoho datov\u00fdch center v\u0161ak z d\u016fvod\u016f redundance disponuje <strong>dva s\u00ed\u0165ov\u00e9 p\u0159ipojen\u00ed<\/strong> a vyu\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed je jen z poloviny. Pr\u00e1v\u011b zde je bateriov\u00e9 \u00falo\u017ei\u0161t\u011b obzvl\u00e1\u0161t\u011b ekonomick\u00e9, proto\u017ee m\u016f\u017ee na stejn\u00e9m m\u00edst\u011b vyu\u017e\u00edvat nevyu\u017eitou rezervovanou kapacitu, tak\u017ee tato kapacita nemus\u00ed le\u017eet ladem. V p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b spont\u00e1nn\u00edch \u00fazk\u00fdch hrdel se provoz BESS dok\u00e1\u017ee bleskurychle p\u0159izp\u016fsobit nebo se dokonce zcela odstavit.
