Na zak\u00e1zku svaz\u016f BEE, BWE a BSW-Solar zkoumali v\u00fdzkumn\u00edci zp\u011btn\u011b obdob\u00ed od ledna 2025 do konce kv\u011btna 2026. V j\u00e1dru jde o stejnou trhovou logiku, na n\u00ed\u017e je zalo\u017een i p\u0159\u00edstup <a href=\"https:\/\/cubeconcepts.de\/cz\/prijem-ze-skladani-virtualniho-cyklistickeho-uloziste-baterii\/\" type=\"post\" id=\"29144\">P\u0159\u00edjmov\u00e9 skl\u00e1da\u010dky<\/a> p\u0159i pou\u017eit\u00ed BESS v re\u017eimu FTM.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Metodika studie \u00falo\u017ei\u0161\u0165 Fraunhofer IEE ve stru\u010dn\u00e9m vysv\u011btlen\u00ed<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pro anal\u00fdzu byl pou\u017eit model evropsk\u00e9ho trhu s elekt\u0159inou <strong>SCOPE-EM<\/strong> vyvinut\u00e9ho institutem Fraunhofer IEE, kter\u00fd ji\u017e byl v r\u00e1mci projektu Agorameter d\u016fkladn\u011b ov\u011b\u0159en. Model zachycoval obdob\u00ed od za\u010d\u00e1tku roku 2025 do konce kv\u011btna 2026 v hodinov\u00fdch intervalech a podle studie dos\u00e1hl vysok\u00e9 shody se skute\u010dn\u00fdmi tr\u017en\u00edmi \u00fadaji \u2013 p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b 97 % skute\u010dn\u00e9 \u00farovn\u011b cen na denn\u00edm trhu (Day-Ahead) a t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 shodn\u00fd po\u010det hodin s negativn\u00edmi cenami (845 simulovan\u00fdch oproti 819 skute\u010dn\u011b zaznamenan\u00fdm hodin\u00e1m). Byly zkoum\u00e1ny r\u016fzn\u00e9 sc\u00e9n\u00e1\u0159e skladov\u00e1n\u00ed v rozmez\u00ed od 10 GW\/2h do 40 GW\/8h, p\u0159i\u010dem\u017e roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159en\u00ed kapacit bylo modelov\u00e1no v\u00fdhradn\u011b v N\u011bmecku \u2013 co\u017e je z\u00e1m\u011brn\u011b konzervativn\u00ed p\u0159edpoklad, jeliko\u017e dal\u0161\u00ed flexibilitu lze z\u00edskat i v zahrani\u010d\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Co to znamen\u00e1 pro provozovatele \u00falo\u017ei\u0161\u0165 a projektov\u00e9 investory<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pro odv\u011btv\u00ed \u00falo\u017ei\u0161\u0165 p\u0159in\u00e1\u0161\u00ed studie Fraunhoferova IEE pozoruhodn\u00e9 za\u0159azen\u00ed. Podle n\u00ed odpov\u00edd\u00e1 zji\u0161t\u011bn\u00e1 <strong>Ide\u00e1ln\u00ed bod 20 GW<\/strong> dodate\u010dn\u00e1 skladovac\u00ed kapacita p\u0159edstavuje m\u00e9n\u011b ne\u017e 3 % aktu\u00e1ln\u00edch \u017e\u00e1dost\u00ed o p\u0159\u00edstup k s\u00edti pro za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed na skladov\u00e1n\u00ed elekt\u0159iny, kter\u00e9 maj\u00ed v sou\u010dasn\u00e9 dob\u011b k dispozici provozovatel\u00e9 s\u00edt\u00ed. V dob\u011b zve\u0159ejn\u011bn\u00ed studie se tyto \u017e\u00e1dosti pohybuj\u00ed v \u0159\u00e1du stovek gigawatt\u016f. Sou\u010dasn\u011b je v N\u011bmecku p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b <strong>19 GW<\/strong> v\u00fdkonu stacion\u00e1rn\u00edch bateriov\u00fdch \u00falo\u017ei\u0161\u0165 \u2013 v\u010detn\u011b dom\u00e1c\u00edch fotovoltaick\u00fdch \u00falo\u017ei\u0161\u0165 \u2013 <strong>skute\u010dn\u011b v provozu<\/strong>. S vy\u0161\u0161\u00edmi v\u00fdkony a kapacitami bateri\u00ed rostou \u00faspory ve feder\u00e1ln\u00edm rozpo\u010dtu d\u00edky klesaj\u00edc\u00edm n\u00e1klad\u016fm na podporu EEG. <\/em> <\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pro projektov\u00e9 autory je rovn\u011b\u017e zaj\u00edmav\u00e9, \u017ee studie rozli\u0161uje mezi dv\u011bma logikami \u00fa\u010dinku: u ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed kapacity \u00falo\u017ei\u0161\u0165 (do 20 GW\/4h) p\u0159eva\u017euje <strong>efekt vyhlazov\u00e1n\u00ed cen<\/strong> ve prosp\u011bch spot\u0159ebitel\u016f elekt\u0159iny, proto\u017ee se tlum\u00ed p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm cenov\u00e9 \u0161pi\u010dky. P\u0159i vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed kapacit\u011b \u2013 ide\u00e1ln\u00ed bod (sweet spot) pro sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed n\u00e1klad\u016f na podporu se pohybuje kolem 30 GW\/6h \u2013 nab\u00fdv\u00e1 na v\u00fdznamu zvy\u0161ov\u00e1n\u00ed f\u00e1z\u00ed n\u00edzk\u00fdch cen. To je sice obzvl\u00e1\u0161t\u011b relevantn\u00ed pro zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed tr\u017en\u00ed hodnoty obnoviteln\u00fdch zdroj\u016f, ale ji\u017e to \u00fam\u011brn\u011b nezvy\u0161uje p\u0159\u00ednos pro koncov\u00e9 z\u00e1kazn\u00edky. Pro posouzen\u00ed ekonomick\u00e9 v\u00fdhodnosti projekt\u016f FTM \u00falo\u017ei\u0161\u0165 se zam\u011b\u0159en\u00edm na <a href=\"https:\/\/cubeconcepts.de\/cz\/denni-obchod-s-bateriovym-ulozistem\/\" type=\"post\" id=\"29189\">Day-Ahead-Handel<\/a> nebo <a href=\"https:\/\/cubeconcepts.de\/cz\/dnesni-obchodovani-s-bateriovymi-ulozisti\/\" type=\"post\" id=\"29153\">Intradenn\u00ed obchodov\u00e1n\u00ed<\/a> Je to relevantn\u00ed upozorn\u011bn\u00ed pro v\u00fdznam dostate\u010dn\u00e9 doby uchov\u00e1n\u00ed dat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Politick\u00e9 po\u017eadavky BEE<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Prezidentka BEE Ursula Heinen-Esser komentovala v\u00fdsledky studie \u00falo\u017ei\u0161\u0165 Fraunhofer slovy, \u017ee \u00falo\u017ei\u0161t\u011b jsou \u201c\u00fasporn\u00fdm programem pro spot\u0159ebi\u010de elekt\u0159iny a spolkov\u00fd rozpo\u010det\u201d. Politika mus\u00ed nyn\u00ed urychlit rozvoj \u00falo\u017ei\u0161\u0165 a flexibility. Konkr\u00e9tn\u011b svaz po\u017eaduje:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>zrychlen\u00ed a standardizace postup\u016f pro p\u0159ipojen\u00ed k s\u00edti pro bateriov\u00e1 \u00falo\u017ei\u0161t\u011b<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>regulatorick\u00e9 umo\u017en\u011bn\u00ed v\u00edcerozm\u011brn\u00e9ho provozu bateriov\u00fdch \u00falo\u017ei\u0161\u0165<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>d\u016fsledn\u00e9 vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed \u00falo\u017ei\u0161\u0165 p\u0159i opat\u0159en\u00edch redispatche nam\u00edsto omezov\u00e1n\u00ed obnoviteln\u00fdch zdroj\u016f energie<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>zjednodu\u0161en\u00ed p\u0159ipojen\u00ed bateriov\u00fdch \u00falo\u017ei\u0161\u0165 k existuj\u00edc\u00edm s\u00ed\u0165ov\u00fdm p\u0159\u00edpojk\u00e1m v\u00fdrobn\u00edch za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed a komer\u010dn\u00edch a pr\u016fmyslov\u00fdch podnik\u016f<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">V\u00fdhled: Ro\u010dn\u00ed pot\u0159eba flexibility 8 GW<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Identifikovan\u00e1 hodnota 20 GW nen\u00ed podle studie dlouhodob\u00fdm c\u00edlem rozvoje, n\u00fdbr\u017e popisuje akutn\u00ed pot\u0159ebu dohnat ji\u017e dosa\u017een\u00fd stav rozvoje obnoviteln\u00fdch zdroj\u016f. Jeliko\u017e spolkov\u00e1 vl\u00e1da nad\u00e1le <strong>ro\u010dn\u00ed p\u0159\u00edr\u016fstek<\/strong> kulat\u00fd <strong>20 GW fotovoltaiky<\/strong> a <strong>15 GW v\u011btrn\u00e9 energie <\/strong>usiluje, rostou neust\u00e1le i n\u00e1roky na flexibilitu. Zjednodu\u0161en\u00e1 extrapolace anal\u00fdzy Fraunhoferova institutu vy\u010d\u00edsluje tuto dodate\u010dnou<strong> ro\u010dn\u00ed pot\u0159eba \u00falo\u017ei\u0161t\u011b<\/strong> na okolo <strong>8 GW<\/strong> p\u0159\u00edpadn\u011b <strong>32 GWh \u00falo\u017en\u00e9 kapacity<\/strong> \u2013 v\u00fdrazn\u011b v\u00edce, ne\u017e se aktu\u00e1ln\u011b instaluje. V roce 2025 bylo podle studie nov\u011b instalov\u00e1no pouh\u00fdch cca 4 GW a 7 GWh. Dopl\u0148kov\u00e9 speci\u00e1ln\u00ed sc\u00e9n\u00e1\u0159 studie krom\u011b toho ukazuje, \u017ee rozvoj obnoviteln\u00fdch zdroj\u016f energie a rozvoj flexibility mus\u00ed b\u00fdt v budoucnu bezpodm\u00edne\u010dn\u011b pl\u00e1nov\u00e1ny spole\u010dn\u011b, proto\u017ee men\u0161\u00ed p\u0159\u00edr\u016fstek obnoviteln\u00fdch zdroj\u016f by znamenal tak\u00e9 men\u0161\u00ed mezeru ve flexibilit\u011b.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Z\u00e1v\u011br<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Studie Fraunhoferova institutu poprv\u00e9 p\u0159in\u00e1\u0161\u00ed spolehliv\u00fd, modelov\u011b podlo\u017een\u00fd zp\u011btn\u00fd propo\u010det toho, jak\u00fd konkr\u00e9tn\u00ed makroekonomick\u00fd p\u0159\u00ednos by m\u011bla dodate\u010dn\u00e1 kr\u00e1tkodob\u00e1 flexibilita v n\u011bmeck\u00e9m elektriza\u010dn\u00edm soustav\u011b ji\u017e dnes \u2013 a d\u00e1v\u00e1 tak jasn\u011b najevo, \u017ee rozvoj \u00falo\u017ei\u0161\u0165 energie nen\u00ed jen okrajov\u00fdm t\u00e9matem, ale kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00fdm p\u0159edpokladem pro n\u00e1kladov\u011b efektivn\u00ed energetickou transformaci.
