Ve ve\u0159ejn\u00e9 s\u00edti jsou obzvl\u00e1\u0161t\u011b vhodn\u00e9 pro <strong>Sekven\u010dn\u00ed provoz<\/strong>. Toto ozna\u010duje schopnost elektr\u00e1rny nebo \u00falo\u017ei\u0161t\u011b neust\u00e1le p\u0159izp\u016fsobovat sv\u016fj v\u00fdkon kol\u00edsav\u00e9 s\u00ed\u0165ov\u00e9 z\u00e1t\u011b\u017ei nebo j\u00edzdn\u00edm \u0159\u00e1d\u016fm \u2013 tedy flexibiln\u011b zvy\u0161ovat a sni\u017eovat v\u00fdkon, m\u00edsto aby b\u011b\u017eely pouze s konstantn\u00edm v\u00fdkonem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Typick\u00e9 m\u011b\u0159en\u00e9 veli\u010diny jsou:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>V\u00fdkonnostn\u00ed gradient<\/strong>\u00dadaj je uveden hodnotou \u201ePb inst\/s\u201c (Power brutto \/ okam\u017eit\u00e1 zm\u011bna za sekundu) a popisuje aktu\u00e1ln\u00ed stav, p\u0159\u00edpadn\u011b technickou mez zat\u00ed\u017een\u00ed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u201ePower Ramp\u201c<\/strong>Je to skute\u010dn\u011b ura\u017een\u00fd vzestup nebo pokles v\u00fdkonu v kilowattech nebo megawattech za jednotku \u010dasu, tedy mo\u017en\u00fd j\u00edzdn\u00ed \u0159\u00e1d v \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed podle z\u00e1t\u011b\u017ee.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Minim\u00e1ln\u00ed provozn\u00ed v\u00fdkon<\/strong>Ud\u00e1v\u00e1, jak daleko m\u016f\u017ee elektr\u00e1rna sn\u00ed\u017eit sv\u016fj v\u00fdkon, ani\u017e by musela b\u00fdt vypnuta.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Zat\u00edmco konven\u010dn\u00ed elektr\u00e1rny jsou fyzicky neohraban\u00e9 a technicky omezen\u00e9, BESS si ve v\u0161ech t\u0159ech ohledech technicky vede l\u00e9pe, proto\u017ee nepot\u0159ebuj\u00ed minim\u00e1ln\u00ed zat\u00ed\u017een\u00ed a mohly by extr\u00e9mn\u011b rychle regulovat. V praxi v\u0161ak provozovatel\u00e9 s\u00edt\u00ed \u010dasto <strong>v\u00fdrazn\u011b p\u0159\u00edsn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed regula\u010dn\u00ed limity<\/strong> ne\u017e u klasick\u00fdch v\u00fdrobn\u00edch za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed. Pro provozovatele tak vyvst\u00e1v\u00e1 ot\u00e1zka, jak si bateriov\u00e1 \u00falo\u017ei\u0161t\u011b v re\u017eimu sledov\u00e1n\u00ed z\u00e1t\u011b\u017ee v porovn\u00e1n\u00ed s plynov\u00fdmi elektr\u00e1rnami, uheln\u00fdmi nebo plynov\u00fdmi a parn\u00edmi (GuD) za\u0159\u00edzen\u00edmi skute\u010dn\u011b vedou, pokud se zohledn\u00ed jak technick\u00e9 schopnosti, tak omezen\u00ed na stran\u011b s\u00edt\u011b.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Technick\u00e9 v\u00fdhody BESS v re\u017eimu sledov\u00e1n\u00ed z\u00e1t\u011b\u017ee<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">BESS d\u00edky sv\u00e9 jedine\u010dn\u00e9 technick\u00e9 flexibilit\u011b, kter\u00e1 dalece p\u0159esahuje konven\u010dn\u00ed elektr\u00e1rny, dosahuj\u00ed v re\u017eimu sledov\u00e1n\u00ed z\u00e1t\u011b\u017ee minim\u00e1ln\u00edho v\u00fdkonu<strong> 0%<\/strong>&nbsp;\u2013 na rozd\u00edl od plynov\u00fdch elektr\u00e1ren (cca 20%) nebo uheln\u00fdch elektr\u00e1ren (38\u201340%) \u2013 je tedy mo\u017en\u00e9 je zcela vybit nebo pozastavit provoz bez v\u00fdpadk\u016f. Technicky se \u00fa\u010dinn\u00fd v\u00fdkon pohybuje v rozmez\u00ed od -100 do +100 Pb inst (pln\u00e9 nabit\u00ed a pln\u00e9 vybit\u00ed) a jsou mo\u017en\u00e9 v\u00fdkonov\u00e9 rampy od <strong>10 a\u017e 100 %\/min<\/strong> provediteln\u00e9, co\u017e \u010din\u00ed BESS ide\u00e1ln\u00edm pro rychl\u00e9 zm\u011bny zat\u00ed\u017een\u00ed a regula\u010dn\u00ed v\u00fdkon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">D\u00edky t\u011bmto vlastnostem jsou syst\u00e9my BESS schopny p\u0159esn\u011b vyrovn\u00e1vat v\u00fdkyvy zp\u016fsoben\u00e9 obnoviteln\u00fdmi zdroji energie a p\u0159isp\u00edvat tak ke stabilit\u011b s\u00edt\u011b. Studie \u010dty\u0159 provozovatel\u016f p\u0159enosov\u00fdch soustav z prosince 2024 ukazuje, \u017ee syst\u00e9my akumulace energie v bateri\u00edch by mohly sn\u00ed\u017eit pot\u0159ebu z\u00e1lo\u017en\u00edch elektr\u00e1ren na fosiln\u00ed paliva a\u017e o 50 %, pokud by se pln\u011b vyu\u017eila jejich dynamika. V praxi je to v\u0161ak \u010dasto omezeno limity na stran\u011b distribu\u010dn\u00edch soustav ze strany provozovatel\u016f distribu\u010dn\u00edch soustav.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Po\u017eadavky provozovatele distribu\u010dn\u00ed soustavy<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">S\u00ed\u0165ov\u00ed oper\u00e1to\u0159i konstatuj\u00ed, \u017ee kv\u016fli extr\u00e9mn\u011b rychl\u00e9 odezv\u011b neboli vysok\u00e9mu n\u00e1r\u016fstu v\u00fdkonu BESS (Battery Energy Storage Systems) v re\u017eimu sledov\u00e1n\u00ed z\u00e1t\u011b\u017ee jsou nutn\u00e1 specifick\u00e1 omezen\u00ed. Zejm\u00e9na p\u0159i vysok\u00fdch a rychl\u00fdch v\u00fdkonov\u00fdch fluktuac\u00edch v s\u00edti mus\u00ed b\u00fdt zavedena statick\u00e1 nebo dynamick\u00e1 omezen\u00ed, aby byla zaji\u0161t\u011bna stabilita frekvence a bezpe\u010dnost s\u00edt\u011b. Takov\u00e9 c\u00edlov\u00e9 hodnoty, kter\u00e9 nap\u0159\u00edklad z\u0159izuj\u00ed trhy s regula\u010dn\u00edm v\u00fdkonem na z\u00e1klad\u011b pokyn\u016f VDE (Verband der Elektrotechnik Elektronik Informationstechnik), st\u00e1le \u010dast\u011bji p\u0159eb\u00edraj\u00ed provozovatel\u00e9 distribu\u010dn\u00edch s\u00edt\u00ed do sv\u00fdch smluv o p\u0159ipojen\u00ed k s\u00edti. Zpravidla se to t\u00fdk\u00e1 bateriov\u00fdch \u00falo\u017ei\u0161\u0165, kter\u00e1 maj\u00ed kompenzovat kr\u00e1tkodob\u00e9, impulsn\u00ed elektrick\u00e9 p\u0159echodov\u00e9 jevy (p\u0159echodov\u00e9 d\u011bje) ve st\u0159edn\u00edch a n\u00edzk\u00fdch nap\u011b\u0165ov\u00fdch s\u00edt\u00edch.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Odv\u011btv\u00ed akumul\u00e1tor\u016f ji\u017e reaguje kriticky a vypo\u010d\u00edtalo, \u017ee takov\u00e9 po\u017eadavky by mohly sn\u00ed\u017eit pod\u00edl BESS na trhu a\u017e o 50 %, jeliko\u017e omezuj\u00ed v\u00fdnosy z prim\u00e1rn\u00edho regula\u010dn\u00edho v\u00fdkonu nebo z vyrovn\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed zat\u00ed\u017een\u00ed. Tuto situaci by mohly vy\u0159e\u0161it dynamick\u00e9 gradienty v kalkula\u010dn\u00edch modelech, p\u0159izp\u016fsoben\u00e9 aktu\u00e1ln\u00edmu stavu s\u00edt\u011b. Provozovatel\u00e9 by proto m\u011bli p\u0159i schvalov\u00e1n\u00ed v\u00fdslovn\u011b jednat s provozovateli s\u00edt\u00ed, aby dos\u00e1hli vy\u0161\u0161\u00edch kv\u00f3t.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">BESS a konven\u010dn\u00ed elektr\u00e1rny v re\u017eimu regulace v\u00fdkonu v porovn\u00e1n\u00ed<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bateriov\u00e9 syst\u00e9my (BESS) se z\u00e1sadn\u011b li\u0161\u00ed od konven\u010dn\u00edch elektr\u00e1ren, zejm\u00e9na svou vysokou dynamikou a <strong>obousm\u011brn\u00e1 flexibilita<\/strong>. Zat\u00edmco klasick\u00e9 v\u00fdrobny elektrick\u00e9 energie produkuj\u00ed pouze elekt\u0159inu, BESS mohou energii p\u0159ij\u00edmat i dod\u00e1vat \u2013 a to s velmi kr\u00e1tk\u00fdmi reak\u010dn\u00edmi \u010dasy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Z technick\u00e9ho hlediska jsou syst\u00e9my BESS v re\u017eimu sledov\u00e1n\u00ed zat\u00ed\u017een\u00ed v\u00fdrazn\u011b lep\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e konven\u010dn\u00ed elektr\u00e1rny: mohou t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 bez zpo\u017ed\u011bn\u00ed \u0161k\u00e1lovat sv\u016fj v\u00fdkon v cel\u00e9m rozsahu od 0 do 100 % a dosahuj\u00ed v\u00fdkonov\u00fdch gradient\u016f a\u017e 100 % za sekundu. Naproti tomu jsou plynov\u00e9 elektr\u00e1rny fyzik\u00e1ln\u011b omezeny na p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b 20 % za minutu a nav\u00edc vy\u017eaduj\u00ed minim\u00e1ln\u00ed zat\u00ed\u017een\u00ed kolem 20 %.
