Strategick\u00e9 <strong>Nadstavba s\u00edt\u011b<\/strong> nab\u00edz\u00ed zde \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed a p\u0159itom se st\u00e1le v\u00edce dost\u00e1v\u00e1 do pop\u0159ed\u00ed. Efektivn\u011bji vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 st\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00ed kapacity, sni\u017euje riziko omezov\u00e1n\u00ed v\u00fdkonu a podle studie EWI \u0161et\u0159\u00ed ro\u010dn\u011b a\u017e 1,8 miliardy eur n\u00e1klad\u016f na roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159en\u00ed s\u00edt\u011b.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">C\u00edlen\u00e9 zastav\u011bn\u00ed s\u00edt\u011b je od \u00fanora 2025 zakotveno v \u00a7 8 EEG, a umo\u017e\u0148uje tak realizaci projekt\u016f obnoviteln\u00fdch zdroj\u016f i v \u201eoblastech s omezenou kapacitou s\u00edt\u011b\u201c, jak jsou definov\u00e1ny v <a href=\"https:\/\/cubeconcepts.de\/cz\/planovany-balicek-sitovych-opatreni-2026-spolkoveho-ministerstva-pro-hospodarstvi-a-ochranu-klimatu\/\" type=\"post\" id=\"27218\">S\u00ed\u0165ov\u00fd bal\u00ed\u010dek 2026<\/a> naz\u00fdvat. P\u0159itom je <strong>Kapacitn\u00ed limit<\/strong> <strong>s\u00ed\u0165ov\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edpojky<\/strong> v\u011bdom\u011b prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm velk\u00fdch sol\u00e1rn\u00edch park\u016f a\/nebo velk\u00fdch bateriov\u00fdch \u00falo\u017ei\u0161\u0165 <strong>zastav\u011bn\u00fd<\/strong>. Inteligentn\u00ed \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed provozu c\u00edlen\u011b zachyt\u00e1v\u00e1 \u0161pi\u010dky dod\u00e1vek a p\u0159esouv\u00e1 je do obdob\u00ed ni\u017e\u0161\u00edho zat\u00ed\u017een\u00ed s\u00edt\u011b. T\u00edmto zp\u016fsobem lze v\u00fdrazn\u011b sn\u00ed\u017eit omezen\u00ed v\u00fdkonu zp\u016fsoben\u00e1 op\u011btovn\u00fdm nasazen\u00edm (Redispatch), zat\u00edmco se sou\u010dasn\u011b otev\u00edraj\u00ed nov\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edle\u017eitosti pro zisk \u2013 nap\u0159\u00edklad prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm flexibiln\u00edho uv\u00e1d\u011bn\u00ed na trh nebo provozu \u0161etrn\u00e9ho k s\u00edti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">V\u00fdhrada p\u0159elo\u017een\u00ed a jej\u00ed rizika pro velk\u00e9 fotovoltaick\u00e9 projekty<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">V oblastech s omezenou kapacitou (omezen\u00ed &gt;31 % ro\u010dn\u00ed spot\u0159eby) by m\u011bly nov\u00e9 za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed na v\u00fdrobu energie z obnoviteln\u00fdch zdroj\u016f v souladu s bal\u00ed\u010dkem pro s\u00ed\u0165 2026 v budoucnu <a href=\"https:\/\/cubeconcepts.de\/cz\/je-redispecerska-rezerva\/\" type=\"post\" id=\"27215\">V\u00fdhrada p\u0159erozd\u011blen\u00ed<\/a> p\u0159ijmout. To znamen\u00e1, \u017ee v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b \u0159\u00edzen\u00e9ho omezen\u00ed kv\u016fli s\u00edti zanik\u00e1 kompenzace EEG a\u017e na 10 let \u00fapln\u011b. Pr\u00e1v\u011b to omezuje hospod\u00e1rnost <strong>velk\u00e9 fotovoltaick\u00e9 projekty<\/strong> zejm\u00e9na jedn\u00edm, jeliko\u017e budouc\u00ed pod\u00edly na p\u0159epracov\u00e1n\u00ed jsou \u0161patn\u011b p\u0159edv\u00eddateln\u00e9. Investo\u0159i proto tak\u00e9 kalkuluj\u00ed konzervativn\u011bji a finan\u010dn\u00ed instituce od t\u00e9 doby oce\u0148uj\u00ed projekty s \u00fazk\u00fdm hrdlem vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed cenou.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vzhledem k tomu <strong>Flexibiln\u00ed \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed<\/strong> p\u0159\u00edmo u uzlu propojen\u00ed s\u00edt\u011b (NVP) se st\u00e1le v\u00edce st\u00e1v\u00e1 p\u0159edpokladem pro realizaci nov\u00fdch projekt\u016f. Integrac\u00ed \u00falo\u017ei\u0161\u0165 a nasazen\u00edm inteligentn\u00edch \u0159\u00eddic\u00edch syst\u00e9m\u016f lze c\u00edlen\u011b vyhlazovat \u0161pi\u010dky dod\u00e1vek a aktivn\u011b se tak vyh\u00fdbat omezen\u00edm kv\u016fli s\u00edti. M\u00edsto pasivn\u00edho p\u0159ij\u00edm\u00e1n\u00ed opat\u0159en\u00ed k p\u0159erozd\u011blen\u00ed lze provozovatel\u00e9 flexibiln\u011b p\u0159izp\u016fsobit sv\u00e1 za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed s\u00ed\u0165ov\u00e9 situaci a stabilizovat tak skute\u010dn\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed dod\u00e1vek. To nejen zvy\u0161uje jistotu pl\u00e1nov\u00e1n\u00ed, ale tak\u00e9 zlep\u0161uje financovatelnost, proto\u017ee projekty se st\u00e1vaj\u00ed odoln\u011bj\u0161\u00edmi v\u016f\u010di ekonomick\u00fdm rizik\u016fm plynouc\u00edm z p\u0159edb\u011b\u017en\u00e9ho omezen\u00ed dod\u00e1vek.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Co je to s\u00ed\u0165ov\u00e9 p\u0159ekryt\u00ed \u2013 a jak funguje s fotovoltaikou + BESS?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">P\u0159estavba s\u00edt\u011b popisuje princip z\u00e1m\u011brn\u00e9ho p\u0159edimenzov\u00e1n\u00ed instalovan\u00e9ho v\u00fdkonu fotovoltaick\u00e9ho syst\u00e9mu nad dostupnou kapacitu p\u0159ipojen\u00ed k s\u00edti. Konkr\u00e9tn\u011b to nap\u0159\u00edklad znamen\u00e1: Jedna <strong>Fotovoltaick\u00e1 elektr\u00e1rna o v\u00fdkonu 15 MWp<\/strong> spolu s <strong>BESS s kapacitou 5 MWh<\/strong> k NVP s pouh\u00fdm <strong>10 MW p\u0159\u00edkon<\/strong> P\u0159ipojen. Inteligentn\u00ed \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed technicky vyrovn\u00e1v\u00e1 rozd\u00edl mezi v\u00fdrobou a p\u0159ipojovac\u00ed kapacitou. Zat\u00edmco sol\u00e1rn\u00ed syst\u00e9m, zejm\u00e9na v poledn\u00edch hodin\u00e1ch, generuje vysok\u00e9 \u0161pi\u010dky v dod\u00e1vk\u00e1ch, bateriov\u00e9 \u00falo\u017ei\u0161t\u011b absorbuje p\u0159ebyte\u010dnou energii a dod\u00e1v\u00e1 ji zp\u011bt do s\u00edt\u011b s \u010dasov\u00fdm posunem \u2013 nap\u0159\u00edklad ve\u010der nebo p\u0159i ni\u017e\u0161\u00edm slune\u010dn\u00edm z\u00e1\u0159en\u00ed. Pouze v krajn\u00edm p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b je pak nutn\u00e9 sn\u00ed\u017eit dod\u00e1vky.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">T\u00edmto zp\u016fsobem lze vyrovnat negativn\u00ed \u010di pozitivn\u00ed \u0161pi\u010dky v s\u00edti a v\u00fdrazn\u011b efektivn\u011bji vyu\u017e\u00edvat jej\u00ed kapacity. Studie BEE z roku 2024 ukazuje, \u017ee ji\u017e p\u0159i zastav\u011bnosti kolem 150 % z\u016fst\u00e1vaj\u00ed ztr\u00e1ty z omezen\u00ed v\u00fdkonu na n\u00edzk\u00e9 \u00farovni pod 5 %, zat\u00edmco vyt\u00ed\u017een\u00ed bodu p\u0159ipojen\u00ed k s\u00edti stoup\u00e1 o 30 a\u017e 40 %. S integrovan\u00fdmi \u00falo\u017en\u00fdmi syst\u00e9my by v praxi bylo mo\u017en\u00e9 dos\u00e1hnout dokonce stupn\u011b zastav\u011bn\u00ed a\u017e 250 %. Celkov\u011b by bylo mo\u017en\u00e9 <strong>Vyu\u017eit\u00ed s\u00edt\u011b<\/strong> p\u0159es p\u0159ekryt\u00ed s\u00edt\u011b <strong>o 53 % zlep\u0161it<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Studie EWI: \u00daspora 1,8 miliardy eur na n\u00e1kladech na pos\u00edlen\u00ed s\u00edt\u00ed<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Studie EWI z l\u00e9ta 2025 kvantifikuje potenci\u00e1l studie BEE a uv\u00e1d\u00ed konkr\u00e9tn\u00ed \u010d\u00edsla. Podle n\u00ed sn\u00ed\u017e\u00ed nadstavba s\u00edt\u011b s fotovoltaikou a v\u011btrnou energi\u00ed ro\u010dn\u00ed n\u00e1klady na roz\u0161i\u0159ov\u00e1n\u00ed s\u00edt\u011b <strong>a\u017e do v\u00fd\u0161e 1,8 miliardy eur<\/strong>. Nav\u00edc optimalizovan\u00e9 vyu\u017eit\u00ed st\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00ed infrastruktury do\u010dasn\u011b oddaluje n\u00e1kladnou v\u00fdstavbu nov\u00e9ho za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed. Pro velk\u00e9 fotovoltaick\u00e9 projekty v kombinaci s BESS to znamen\u00e1: <strong>V\u011bcn\u00e9 nedostatky se st\u00e1vaj\u00ed p\u0159\u00edle\u017eitostmi<\/strong>, jeliko\u017e v\u00fdsledn\u00e1 lok\u00e1ln\u00ed flexibilita sni\u017euje pot\u0159ebu rozvoje s\u00edt\u011b v regionu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">V kombinaci s Cable Pooling \u2013 tedy fotovoltaikou, v\u011btrem a bateriov\u00fdmi \u00falo\u017ei\u0161ti na stejn\u00e9m p\u0159ipojovac\u00edm bod\u011b \u2013 vznik\u00e1 multiplika\u010dn\u00ed efekt. P\u0159ebyte\u010dn\u00e1 sol\u00e1rn\u00ed energie nab\u00edj\u00ed b\u011bhem dne \u00falo\u017ei\u0161t\u011b, kter\u00e1 v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b pot\u0159eby dod\u00e1vaj\u00ed energii nebo zm\u00edr\u0148uj\u00ed situace spojen\u00e9 s p\u0159enastaven\u00edm v\u00fdkonu. T\u00edm se zvy\u0161uje m\u00edra vyu\u017eit\u00ed s\u00edt\u011b a sni\u017euje n\u00e1kladn\u00e9 omezov\u00e1n\u00ed v\u00fdkonu. Fotovoltaick\u00e1 velkoplo\u0161n\u00e1 plocha s BESS v distribu\u010dn\u00ed oblasti s omezenou kapacitou<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Provozovatel distribu\u010dn\u00ed s\u00edt\u011b klasifikuje ur\u010ditou \u010d\u00e1st s\u00edt\u011b jako \u201eoblast s omezenou kapacitou\u201c, proto\u017ee pod\u00edl omezov\u00e1n\u00ed v\u00fdkonu tam ji\u017e p\u0159esahuje 3%. Projektant pl\u00e1nuje nov\u00fd sol\u00e1rn\u00ed park a od provozovatele s\u00edt\u011b dost\u00e1v\u00e1 informaci, \u017ee v po\u017eadovan\u00e9m bod\u011b p\u0159ipojen\u00ed k s\u00edti je k dispozici pouze <strong>10 MW p\u0159\u00edkon<\/strong> jsou k dispozici. Klasick\u00fd projekt s 10 MWp PV a podm\u00ednkou Redispatchu by byl sice v z\u00e1sad\u011b p\u0159\u00edpojn\u00fd, ale nesl by pln\u00e9 ekonomick\u00e9 riziko bezplatn\u00e9ho omezen\u00ed v\u00fdroby.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">M\u00edsto toho se oper\u00e1tor rozhodne pro strategick\u00e9 roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159en\u00ed s\u00edt\u011b: instaluje <strong>15 MWp fotovoltaick\u00fd v\u00fdkon<\/strong> a roz\u0161i\u0159uje za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed o jeden <strong>BESS s kapacitou 7,5 MWh<\/strong>. o jednom <strong>Syst\u00e9m \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed spot\u0159eby energie (EMS)<\/strong> je zaji\u0161t\u011bno, \u017ee maxim\u00e1ln\u00ed p\u0159ipojiteln\u00fd v\u00fdkon 10 MW na NVP nen\u00ed v \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9m okam\u017eiku p\u0159ekro\u010den.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">V dob\u011b vysok\u00e9ho slune\u010dn\u00edho z\u00e1\u0159en\u00ed se p\u0159ebytky odv\u00e1d\u011bj\u00ed do \u00falo\u017ei\u0161t\u011b nam\u00edsto omezen\u00ed v\u00fdkonu. Omezen\u00e1 regulace v\u00fdkonu fotovoltaick\u00e9 elektr\u00e1rny nastoup\u00ed a\u017e ve chv\u00edli, kdy je \u00falo\u017ei\u0161t\u011b pln\u00e9 a zat\u00ed\u017een\u00ed s\u00edt\u011b ji\u017e dal\u0161\u00ed dod\u00e1vku neumo\u017e\u0148uje. Provozovatel tak m\u016f\u017ee dos\u00e1hnout v\u00fdrazn\u011b vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed ro\u010dn\u00ed produkce energie p\u0159i stejn\u00e9m p\u0159ipojen\u00ed k s\u00edti, zat\u00edmco opat\u0159en\u00ed pro regulaci v\u00fdkonu se v\u00fdrazn\u011b sn\u00ed\u017e\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Hybridn\u00ed projekt s v\u011btrn\u00fdm parkem, fotovoltaickou elektr\u00e1rnou a \u00falo\u017ei\u0161t\u011bm energie<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ve v\u011btrn\u00e9 oblasti je v\u011btrn\u00fd park s <strong>20 MW p\u0159\u00edkon<\/strong> je v provozu ji\u017e n\u011bkolik let. A\u010dkoli je NVP z 100 % obsazeno a pravideln\u011b doch\u00e1z\u00ed k omezen\u00ed v\u00fdkonu, p\u0159i\u010dem\u017e jeho roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159en\u00ed by bylo n\u00e1kladn\u00e9 a mo\u017en\u00e9 pouze za p\u0159edpokladu vysok\u00e9 dotace na stavebn\u00ed n\u00e1klady, provozovatel m\u00e1 z\u00e1jem o integraci fotovoltaick\u00e9ho syst\u00e9mu a velkokapacitn\u00edho \u00falo\u017ei\u0161t\u011b.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">V r\u00e1mci hybridn\u00edho konceptu doch\u00e1z\u00ed k z\u00e1m\u011brn\u00e9mu p\u0159et\u00ed\u017een\u00ed st\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00edho s\u00ed\u0165ov\u00e9ho p\u0159ipojen\u00ed: Vedle v\u011btrn\u00e9ho parku <strong>15 MWp fotovoltaick\u00fd v\u00fdkon<\/strong> a jeden <strong>10MWh bateriov\u00e9 \u00falo\u017ei\u0161t\u011b<\/strong> Je p\u0159ipojen k NVP. I zde se EMS automaticky p\u0159izp\u016fsobuje celkov\u00e9mu syst\u00e9mu. V noci a p\u0159i slab\u00e9m slune\u010dn\u00edm z\u00e1\u0159en\u00ed ur\u010duje v\u00e9t\u011brn\u00e1 energie dod\u00e1vku, b\u011bhem dne dod\u00e1v\u00e1 sol\u00e1rn\u00ed park vysok\u00fd v\u00fdkon. Baterie ukl\u00e1d\u00e1 p\u0159ebytky z v\u011btru i fotovoltaiky v dob\u011b n\u00edzk\u00e9 kapacity s\u00edt\u011b a v \u010dase je op\u011bt uvol\u0148uje. T\u00edm se vyhlazuj\u00ed \u0161pi\u010dky dod\u00e1vek kombinovan\u00e9 elektr\u00e1rny a v\u00fdrazn\u011b se sni\u017euj\u00ed z\u00e1sahy do p\u0159erozd\u011blov\u00e1n\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Velk\u00fd odb\u011br s FVE a BESS<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Energeticky n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00fd podnik m\u00e1 st\u0159edn\u011bnap\u011b\u0165ovou p\u0159\u00edpojku s <strong>5 MW v\u00fdkon<\/strong>, p\u0159es kterou se bude \u0159\u00eddit ve\u0161ker\u00e1 spot\u0159eba elekt\u0159iny a tak\u00e9 st\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00ed pod\u00edl st\u0159e\u0161n\u00ed fotovoltaick\u00e9 elektr\u00e1rny. Vzhledem k rostouc\u00edm cen\u00e1m elekt\u0159iny a c\u00edl\u016fm udr\u017eitelnosti pl\u00e1nuje spole\u010dnost v\u00fdrazn\u011b roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159it svou sob\u011bsta\u010dnost v\u00fdstavbou pozemn\u00ed fotovoltaick\u00e9 elektr\u00e1rny a bateriov\u00e9ho \u00falo\u017ei\u0161t\u011b energie (BESS) v are\u00e1lu z\u00e1vodu. Provozovatel distribu\u010dn\u00ed soustavy v\u0161ak signalizuje, \u017ee nav\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed p\u0159ipojovac\u00edho v\u00fdkonu by bylo mo\u017en\u00e9 pouze s podstatnou p\u0159estavbou s\u00edt\u011b.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Spole\u010dnost se strategicky rozhodne pro nad\u00fdm\u00e1n\u00ed st\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00edho s\u00ed\u0165ov\u00e9ho p\u0159ipojen\u00ed a nav\u00edc instaluje <strong>7 MWp FVE v\u00fdkon<\/strong> s <strong>BESS s kapacitou 4 MWh<\/strong>. V norm\u00e1ln\u00edm provozu kryje FVE nejprve vlastn\u00ed spot\u0159ebu z\u00e1vodu. P\u0159ebytky se pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed k nab\u00edjen\u00ed bateriov\u00e9ho \u00falo\u017ei\u0161t\u011b a pokud jsou k dispozici p\u0159ipojovac\u00ed kapacity, obdr\u017e\u00ed provozovatel kompenzaci za dod\u00e1vku energie do s\u00edt\u011b.
