Na rozd\u00edl od klasick\u00e9ho modelu dod\u00e1vky elekt\u0159iny n\u00e1jemn\u00edk\u016fm zde provozovatel p\u0159eb\u00edr\u00e1 <strong>ne roli stoprocentn\u00edho poskytovatele<\/strong>. M\u00edsto toho se fotovoltaick\u00fd proud z centr\u00e1ln\u00ed elektr\u00e1rny (nap\u0159. na st\u0159e\u0161e) rozd\u011bl\u00ed a distribuuje v\u00edce n\u00e1jemn\u00edk\u016fm v dan\u00e9 oblasti. Zb\u00fdvaj\u00edc\u00ed elekt\u0159ina se nad\u00e1le odeb\u00edr\u00e1 na z\u00e1klad\u011b individu\u00e1ln\u00edch dodavatelsk\u00fdch smluv.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">GGV byla zavedena v polovin\u011b roku 2024 jako alternativa k n\u00e1jemn\u00edmu proudu podle EEG \u2013 <strong>bez p\u0159\u00edplatku za dod\u00e1vku elekt\u0159iny n\u00e1jemn\u00edk\u016fm<\/strong>, ale za to s <strong>ni\u017e\u0161\u00edmi administrativn\u00edmi n\u00e1klady<\/strong>. Tento model je obzvl\u00e1\u0161t\u011b vhodn\u00fd pro komer\u010dn\u00ed nemovitosti, bytov\u00e9 domy nebo spole\u010denstv\u00ed vlastn\u00edk\u016f jednotek. Umo\u017e\u0148uje \u00faspory n\u00e1klad\u016f d\u00edky <strong>vyhnut\u00e9 sie\u0165ov\u00e9 poplatky<\/strong> tak jako sni\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed emis\u00ed CO\u2082 na m\u00edst\u011b.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Z\u00e1klady komunitn\u00edho z\u00e1sobov\u00e1n\u00ed budov<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Na rozd\u00edl od klasick\u00e9ho <a href=\"https:\/\/cubeconcepts.de\/cz\/model-dodavky-elektriny-pro-najemniky\/\">Model pron\u00e1jmu elekt\u0159iny<\/a> entf\u00e4llt bei der Gemeinschaftliche Geb\u00e4udeversorgung&nbsp;die spezifische EEG-F\u00f6rderung&nbsp;durch den Mieterstromzuschlag. Stattdessen profitiert das Modell von <strong>zjednodu\u0161en\u00e1 pravidla<\/strong> pro vnit\u0159n\u00ed rozvody elekt\u0159iny v budov\u00e1ch. Je upravena \u00a7 42b odst. 6 EnWG a tak\u00e9 <a href=\"https:\/\/cubeconcepts.de\/cz\/solarni-balicek-a-nove-impulsy-pro-energetickou-transformaci\/\">Sol\u00e1rn\u00ed bal\u00ed\u010dek I<\/a> 8. kv\u011btna 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Z\u00e1kladn\u00edm principem spole\u010dn\u00e9ho z\u00e1sobov\u00e1n\u00ed budov je <strong>Dobrovolnost<\/strong>. N\u00e1jemce je opr\u00e1vn\u011bn rozhodnout, zda se z\u00fa\u010dastn\u00ed GGV nebo ne. <strong>Z\u00e1kaz sp\u0159a\u017een\u00ed<\/strong> br\u00e1n\u00ed tomu, aby bylo mo\u017en\u00e9 vypov\u011bd\u011bt n\u00e1jemn\u00ed smlouvy, jakmile chce n\u00e1jemce odej\u00edt nebo se v\u016fbec ne\u00fa\u010dastn\u00ed. Tak\u00e9 p\u0159i volb\u011b <strong>Dodavatel\u00e9 zbytkov\u00e9ho proudu<\/strong> je ka\u017ed\u00fd n\u00e1jemn\u00edk voln\u00fd. GGV pouze dopl\u0148uje tuto kupn\u00ed smlouvu o \u201epod\u00edl energie v budov\u011b\u201c z m\u00edstn\u00ed v\u00fdroby.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Plat\u00ed, stejn\u011b jako u modelu dod\u00e1vky elekt\u0159iny pro n\u00e1jemn\u00edky, \u017ee <strong>prostorov\u00e9 omezen\u00ed<\/strong>. V\u00fdroba a spot\u0159eba elekt\u0159iny mus\u00ed proto prob\u00edhat ve stejn\u00e9 budov\u011b nebo komplexu budov, v are\u00e1lu nebo \u010dtvrti, bez vyu\u017eit\u00ed ve\u0159ejn\u00e9 s\u00edt\u011b. Rozd\u011blen\u00ed a vy\u00fa\u010dtov\u00e1n\u00ed se prov\u00e1d\u00ed prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm dynamick\u00e9 nebo statick\u00e9 <strong>Kl\u00ed\u010d rozd\u011blen\u00ed<\/strong> s <strong>maxim\u00e1ln\u011b 2 roky splatnost<\/strong>. P\u0159ebyte\u010dnou energii z FVE lze vyu\u017e\u00edt s <strong>Odkupn\u00ed cena za elekt\u0159inu z EEG<\/strong> na ve\u0159ejnou s\u00ed\u0165.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nav\u00edc je relevantn\u00ed z\u00e1kon o provozu m\u011b\u0159ic\u00edch m\u00edst (MsbG) pro <strong>M\u011b\u0159ic\u00ed infrastruktura<\/strong> a po\u017eadavky provozovatele s\u00edt\u011b na registraci. Teprve tak m\u016f\u017ee GGV obej\u00edt mnoho povinnost\u00ed dodavatele, jako je \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed bilan\u010dn\u00edch skupin nebo povinnost platit da\u0148 z elekt\u0159iny. Proto je zde kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00e1 technick\u00e1 realizace m\u011b\u0159ic\u00edho konceptu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Technick\u00e9 proveden\u00ed komunitn\u00edho z\u00e1sobov\u00e1n\u00ed budov<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">V technick\u00e9m proveden\u00ed komunitn\u00edho z\u00e1sobov\u00e1n\u00ed budov (GGV) lze syst\u00e9m rozd\u011blit do \u010dty\u0159 \u00farovn\u00ed. Tyto jsou: <strong>Generov\u00e1n\u00ed<\/strong>, <strong>Koncept m\u011b\u0159en\u00ed<\/strong>, <strong>Datenverarbeitung\/Abrechnung<\/strong> a <strong>Rozhran\u00ed<\/strong> k ve\u0159ejn\u00e9 s\u00edti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Fotovoltaick\u00e9 za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed bude nainstalov\u00e1no za domovn\u00edm p\u0159\u00edpojkou, nap\u00e1j\u00ed se do vnit\u0159n\u00edho rozvodu budovy a je p\u0159es vlastn\u00ed <strong>Gener\u00e1tor<\/strong> zaznamen\u00e1no. Nav\u00edc existuje spole\u010dn\u00e1 <strong>S\u010d\u00edtac\u00ed \u010d\u00edta\u010d <\/strong>(p\u0159ipojovac\u00ed bod budovy\/s\u00edt\u011b) a jednotliv\u00fdch byt\u016f\/<strong>\u017divnostensk\u00fd m\u011b\u0159i\u010d<\/strong>. Tyto jsou osazeny modern\u00edmi m\u011b\u0159ic\u00edmi za\u0159\u00edzen\u00edmi nebo inteligentn\u00edmi m\u011b\u0159ic\u00edmi syst\u00e9my (iMSys), aby bylo mo\u017en\u00e9 bilancovat tok z\u00e1t\u011b\u017ee v \u010dtvrthodinov\u00fdch intervalech.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">J\u00e1drem konceptu m\u011b\u0159en\u00ed GGV je v\u00fdpo\u010detn\u00ed rozd\u011blen\u00ed vyroben\u00e9 fotovoltaick\u00e9 elekt\u0159iny mezi z\u00fa\u010dastn\u011bn\u00e9 jednotky. V&nbsp;<strong>statick\u00fd model<\/strong>&nbsp;bude nap\u0159\u00edklad m\u011bs\u00ed\u010dn\u011b nebo ro\u010dn\u011b stanoven kl\u00ed\u010d rozd\u011blen\u00ed (podle u\u017eitn\u00e9 plochy, instalovan\u00e9ho v\u00fdkonu nebo dohodnut\u00e9ho kontingentu) aplikov\u00e1n na nam\u011b\u0159enou spot\u0159ebu \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edk\u016f. V jednom&nbsp;<strong>dynamick\u00fd model<\/strong>&nbsp;\u010dasov\u00e9 \u010dtvrthodinov\u00e9 spot\u0159eby \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edk\u016f se porovn\u00e1vaj\u00ed s p\u0159\u00edslu\u0161nou v\u00fdrobou z fotovoltaiky. Dostupn\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed fotovoltaick\u00e9 elekt\u0159iny se p\u0159itom algoritmicky rozd\u011bluje proporcion\u00e1ln\u011b, dokud nen\u00ed bu\u010f zcela spot\u0159ebov\u00e1no, nebo vy\u010derp\u00e1no. Zb\u00fdvaj\u00edc\u00ed pot\u0159eba je automaticky kryta p\u0159\u00edslu\u0161n\u00fdm dodavatelem. Technicky se tak d\u011bje prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm br\u00e1ny (backend iMSys nebo platforma pro energetick\u00e1 data), kter\u00e1 shroma\u017e\u010fuje ve\u0161ker\u00e9 stavy m\u011b\u0159i\u010d\u016f, prov\u00e1d\u00ed p\u0159i\u0159azen\u00ed mno\u017estv\u00ed z fotovoltaiky a generuje datov\u00e9 soubory relevantn\u00ed pro vy\u00fa\u010dtov\u00e1n\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Na <strong>P\u0159ipojen\u00ed k s\u00edti<\/strong> je kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00e9 jasn\u011b rozli\u0161ovat mezi proudem v budov\u011b (intern\u00ed rozvod v z\u00e1kaznick\u00e9 instalaci) a proudem ze s\u00edt\u011b. Sou\u010dtov\u00fd elektrom\u011br v m\u00edst\u011b p\u0159\u00edpojky m\u011b\u0159\u00ed saldovan\u011b, co je odeb\u00edr\u00e1no z ve\u0159ejn\u00e9 s\u00edt\u011b nebo do n\u00ed dod\u00e1v\u00e1no. P\u0159ebytky z fotovoltaick\u00e9ho syst\u00e9mu, kter\u00e9 nejsou v modelu GGV vyu\u017eitieln\u00e9 koncov\u00fdmi spot\u0159ebiteli ve \u010dtvrtin\u011b hodiny, jsou automaticky provozov\u00e1ny jako dod\u00e1vka a st\u00e1vaj\u00ed se <strong>po vy\u00fa\u010dtov\u00e1n\u00ed EEG<\/strong>. Z\u00e1rove\u0148 musej\u00ed b\u00fdt odb\u011brn\u00e1 m\u00edsta \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edk\u016f integrov\u00e1na tak, aby jejich dodavatel\u00e9 mohli nad\u00e1le spr\u00e1vn\u011b vykazovat; z pohledu dodavatele <strong>redukov\u00e1no<\/strong> rozum\u00ed n\u011bmeck\u00e9mu modelu pro sd\u00edlen\u00ed tr\u017eeb (GGV)? <strong>spot\u0159ebu energie souvisej\u00edc\u00ed se s\u00edt\u00ed<\/strong> svoje z\u00e1kazn\u00edky, ani\u017e by musel b\u00fdt sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed intern\u00edho distribu\u010dn\u00edho syst\u00e9mu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Na provozn\u00ed \u00farovni vy\u017eaduje technick\u00e9 proveden\u00ed jasn\u00e9 rozd\u011blen\u00ed rol\u00ed. <strong>Obsluha za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed<\/strong> (nap\u0159. vlastn\u00edk, SVJ, bytov\u00e9 dru\u017estvo nebo poskytovatel slu\u017eeb) provozuje FVE a p\u0159\u00edpadn\u011b baterii, provozovatel m\u011b\u0159ic\u00edho m\u00edsta poskytuje iMSys a komunika\u010dn\u00ed p\u0159ipojen\u00ed, a <strong>Poskytovatel GGV<\/strong> nebo <strong>Faktura\u010dn\u00ed slu\u017eba<\/strong> \u00fa\u010dtuje mno\u017estv\u00ed elekt\u0159iny budovy v\u016f\u010di \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edk\u016fm. Pro praxi to znamen\u00e1: v\u010dasn\u00e9 jedn\u00e1n\u00ed s provozovatelem s\u00edt\u011b a provozovatelem m\u011b\u0159ic\u00edho m\u00edsta, precizn\u011b napl\u00e1novan\u00e1 m\u011b\u0159ic\u00ed koncepce (jednop\u00f3lov\u00fd a podru\u017en\u00fd diagram) a IT \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed, kter\u00e9 zohled\u0148uje jak energeticko-hospod\u00e1\u0159sk\u00e9 po\u017eadavky (\u010dtvrthodinov\u00e9 hodnoty, komunikace na trhu), tak i faktury p\u0159\u00edv\u011btiv\u00e9 pro spot\u0159ebitele.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">V\u00fdhody zpo\u017ed\u011bn\u00ed<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Spole\u010dn\u00e9 z\u00e1sobov\u00e1n\u00ed budov nab\u00edz\u00ed podstatnou v\u00fdhodu v podstatn\u011b ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed energetick\u00e9 slo\u017eitosti ve srovn\u00e1n\u00ed s klasick\u00fdm modelem dod\u00e1vek elekt\u0159iny n\u00e1jemn\u00edk\u016fm. Provozovatel je <strong>ne <\/strong>na <strong>Dodavatel energie<\/strong> s ohledem na povinnost t\u00fdkaj\u00edc\u00ed se bilan\u010dn\u00edch okruh\u016f a dan\u011b ze silov\u00e9 elekt\u0159iny, ale sp\u00ed\u0161e se jedn\u00e1 o intern\u00ed distribu\u010dn\u00ed model, ve kter\u00e9m z\u016fst\u00e1vaj\u00ed v platnosti dodavatelsk\u00e9 smlouvy n\u00e1jemc\u016f. T\u00edmto zp\u016fsobem <strong>sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed rizik odpov\u011bdnosti<\/strong> a <strong>Fixn\u00ed n\u00e1klady<\/strong> pro pronaj\u00edmatele, SVJ nebo developery, p\u0159i\u010dem\u017e relevantn\u00ed \u010d\u00e1st spot\u0159eby m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt st\u00e1le pokryta v\u00fdhodnou elekt\u0159inou z fotovoltaiky na st\u0159e\u0161e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">K tomu se p\u0159id\u00e1v\u00e1 hmatateln\u00fd p\u0159\u00edsp\u011bvek k dekarbonizaci budovy, kter\u00fd <strong>lep\u0161\u00ed prodejnost<\/strong> \u201ezelen\u00fdch\u201c a modern\u00edch pr\u016fmyslov\u00fdch nebo obytn\u00fdch prostor. Hlavn\u00edm faktorem je v\u0161ak <strong>p\u0159\u00edm\u00fd finan\u010dn\u00ed prosp\u011bch<\/strong> pro z\u00fa\u010dastn\u011bn\u00e9 n\u00e1jemn\u00edky ve srovn\u00e1n\u00ed s \u010dist\u00fdm odb\u011brem elekt\u0159iny ze s\u00edt\u011b. Posiluj\u00ed atraktivitu budov, sni\u017euj\u00ed provozn\u00ed n\u00e1klady a umo\u017e\u0148uj\u00ed viditeln\u00e9 \u00faspory CO\u2082, kter\u00e9 lze okam\u017eit\u011b p\u0159en\u00e9st na n\u00e1jemn\u00edky a u\u017eivatele. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Jedinou v\u00fdzvou je technicky bezchybn\u00e1 m\u011b\u0159ic\u00ed infrastruktura, kter\u00e1 se v\u0161ak s rostouc\u00edm zav\u00e1d\u011bn\u00edm inteligentn\u00edch m\u011b\u0159ic\u00edch syst\u00e9m\u016f st\u00e1v\u00e1 st\u00e1le jednodu\u0161\u0161\u00ed. Budouc\u00ed \u00fapravy sol\u00e1rn\u00edho bal\u00ed\u010dku II a dal\u0161\u00ed rozvoj EnWG by m\u011bly modelu d\u00e1le p\u0159in\u00e9st jasnost a atraktivitu.
