Legislativa v N\u011bmecku poprv\u00e9 od roku 2025 v\u00fdslovn\u011b umo\u017e\u0148uje, aby na NVP mohla b\u00fdt p\u0159ipojena v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed v\u00fdrobn\u00ed kapacita, ne\u017e s\u00ed\u0165 skute\u010dn\u011b pojme \u2013 tzv. \u201e<strong>P\u0159estavba<\/strong>\u201cnebo\u201e<strong>Naddimenzov\u00e1n\u00ed<\/strong>\u201c.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00dazk\u00e1 hrdla a kapacitn\u00ed omezen\u00ed s klasick\u00fdm pl\u00e1nov\u00e1n\u00edm s\u00edt\u011b<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">S raketov\u00fdm roz\u0161i\u0159ov\u00e1n\u00edm obnoviteln\u00fdch zdroj\u016f energie nar\u00e1\u017e\u00ed elektrick\u00e1 s\u00ed\u0165 v N\u011bmecku st\u00e1le v\u00edce na sv\u00e9 kapacitn\u00ed limity. Mnoho nov\u00fdch fotovoltaick\u00fdch a v\u011btrn\u00fdch elektr\u00e1ren \u010dasto m\u011bs\u00edce nebo dokonce roky \u010dek\u00e1 na p\u0159ipojen\u00ed k s\u00edti. D\u016fvodem je to, \u017ee dostupn\u00e9 body p\u0159ipojen\u00ed k s\u00edti jsou ji\u017e pln\u011b vyu\u017eity a roz\u0161i\u0159ov\u00e1n\u00ed s\u00ed\u0165ov\u00e9 infrastruktury s t\u00edm nedr\u017e\u00ed krok. Klasicky jsou body p\u0159ipojen\u00ed k s\u00edti navr\u017eeny tak, aby ka\u017ed\u00fd p\u0159ipojen\u00fd zdroj mohl kdykoli dod\u00e1vat sv\u016fj maxim\u00e1ln\u00ed v\u00fdkon. Realita je v\u0161ak jin\u00e1: sol\u00e1rn\u00ed a v\u011btrn\u00e9 elektr\u00e1rny pracuj\u00ed v z\u00e1vislosti na po\u010das\u00ed a ro\u010dn\u00edm obdob\u00ed \u2013 tedy vyr\u00e1b\u011bj\u00ed <strong>z\u0159\u00eddkakdy sou\u010dasn\u011b jejich maxim\u00e1ln\u00ed v\u00fdkon<\/strong>. T\u00edm z\u016fst\u00e1v\u00e1 velk\u00e1 \u010d\u00e1st kapacity p\u0159ipojen\u00ed k s\u00edti po v\u011bt\u0161inu roku nevyu\u017eita.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Lep\u0161\u00ed vyu\u017eit\u00ed prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm sdru\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed kabel\u016f<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tohle neefektivn\u00ed vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed infrastruktury vede k zbyte\u010dn\u00e9mu <strong>\u010cekac\u00ed doby<\/strong> p\u0159i realizaci projektu a <strong>zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00e9 n\u00e1klady<\/strong>. Nakonec to m\u016f\u017ee v\u00e9st i k tomu, \u017ee projekty obnoviteln\u00e9 energie nebudou realizov\u00e1ny v\u016fbec. D\u00edky sd\u00edlen\u00ed kabel\u016f je st\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00ed s\u00ed\u0165 vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1na v\u00fdrazn\u011b l\u00e9pe, proto\u017ee se o kapacitu s\u00edt\u011b d\u011bl\u00ed v\u00edce za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed a \u00falo\u017ei\u0161\u0165 a vz\u00e1jemn\u011b se vyrovn\u00e1vaj\u00ed. To dokl\u00e1daj\u00ed i aktu\u00e1ln\u00ed studie Spolkov\u00e9ho svazu pro obnovitelnou energii (BEE) a Fraunhoferova institutu pro energetick\u00e9 syst\u00e9my (Fraunhofer IEE). P\u0159i m\u00edrn\u00e9m p\u0159edimenzov\u00e1n\u00ed bod\u016f p\u0159ipojen\u00ed k s\u00edti se zvy\u0161uje vyu\u017eit\u00ed, ani\u017e by vznikaly nadm\u011brn\u00e9 p\u0159ebytky elekt\u0159iny. T\u00edmto zp\u016fsobem lze <strong>realizovat v\u00edce projekt\u016f rychleji, levn\u011bji a efektivn\u011bji<\/strong> \u2013 kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00fd krok k dosa\u017een\u00ed ambici\u00f3zn\u00edch klimatick\u00fdch c\u00edl\u016f a pos\u00edlen\u00ed energetick\u00e9 bezpe\u010dnosti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Jak funguje sdru\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed kabel\u016f?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">V praktick\u00e9m provozu znamen\u00e1 sd\u00edlen\u00ed p\u0159\u00edpojn\u00fdch bod\u016f (cable pooling) to, \u017ee v\u00edce v\u00fdrobn\u00edch za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed \u2013 nap\u0159\u00edklad v\u011btrn\u00e9 a sol\u00e1rn\u00ed parky a tak\u00e9 bateriov\u00e1 \u00falo\u017ei\u0161t\u011b \u2013 sd\u00edl\u00ed spole\u010dn\u00fd p\u0159\u00edpojn\u00fd bod k s\u00edti a mohou existuj\u00edc\u00ed kapacitu s\u00edt\u011b vyu\u017e\u00edvat spole\u010dn\u011b a flexibiln\u011bji.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Projekty kolokace<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">U takzvan\u00fdch <strong>Ko-lokace projekt\u016f<\/strong>, kde jsou za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed pro v\u00fdrobu energie z obnoviteln\u00fdch zdroj\u016f (OZE) a bateriov\u00e1 \u00falo\u017ei\u0161t\u011b propojena v jednom bod\u011b p\u0159ipojen\u00ed k s\u00edti, je p\u0159ezdvojen\u00ed p\u0159\u00edpojky k s\u00edti v\u00fdslovn\u011b povoleno. V takov\u00e9m p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b jsou za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed OZE a \u00falo\u017ei\u0161t\u011b technicky odd\u011bleny. Ka\u017ed\u00e9 z nich m\u00e1 vlastn\u00ed m\u011b\u0159ic\u00ed koncept a vlastn\u00ed tr\u017en\u00ed m\u00edsto (MaLo). Kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00e1 vlastnost: Velkokapacitn\u00ed bateriov\u00e9 \u00falo\u017ei\u0161t\u011b m\u016f\u017ee dod\u00e1vat energii, kdy\u017e za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed OZE nevyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 plnou kapacitu s\u00edt\u011b. Dostupn\u00e1 p\u0159\u00edpojka k s\u00edti pro \u00falo\u017ei\u0161t\u011b je tedy dynamick\u00e1 a z\u00e1vis\u00ed na aktu\u00e1ln\u00ed dod\u00e1vce energie ze za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed OZE. D\u00edky vlastn\u00edmu MaLo m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt \u00falo\u017ei\u0161t\u011b nav\u00edc flexibiln\u011b vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1no pro odb\u011br ze s\u00edt\u011b (\u0161ed\u00e1 elekt\u0159ina).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Hybridn\u00ed modely<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vedle klasick\u00e9ho sdru\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed kabel\u016f existuj\u00ed r\u016fzn\u00e1 technick\u00e1 a tr\u017en\u00ed uspo\u0159\u00e1d\u00e1n\u00ed, jak lze zdroje sd\u00edlet a optimalizovat. V hybridn\u00edm modelu se \u00falo\u017ei\u0161t\u011b a p\u0159ipojen\u00e9 OZE za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed pova\u017euj\u00ed za jedno <strong>Spole\u010dn\u00fd celkov\u00fd syst\u00e9m<\/strong>. V kombinovan\u00e9m provozu m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt smyslupln\u00e9 c\u00edlen\u011b omezit dod\u00e1vkov\u00fd v\u00fdkon ze za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed na v\u00fdrobu energie z obnoviteln\u00fdch zdroj\u016f, aby se up\u0159ednostnil akumul\u00e1tor \u2013 nap\u0159\u00edklad proto, aby byl k dispozici pro trh s regula\u010dn\u00ed energi\u00ed nebo optim\u00e1ln\u011b vyu\u017e\u00edval tr\u017en\u00ed sign\u00e1ly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed financovan\u00e1 z EEG<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pro FV nebo v\u011btrn\u00e9 elektr\u00e1rny dotovan\u00e9 EEG mus\u00ed b\u00fdt pou\u017eito speci\u00e1ln\u00ed modelov\u00e1n\u00ed. Tato varianta odpov\u00edd\u00e1 podm\u00ednk\u00e1m pro ud\u011blen\u00ed dotace podle n\u011bmeck\u00e9ho z\u00e1kona o obnoviteln\u00fdch zdroj\u00edch energie (EEG) a zaru\u010duje, \u017ee se bude meziskladovat a zp\u011btn\u011b dod\u00e1vat pouze zelen\u00e1 energie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Flexibiln\u00ed mo\u017enosti p\u0159ipojen\u00ed s Cable Pooling<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">D\u00edky modern\u00edm technick\u00fdm \u0159\u00edzen\u00edm, odd\u011blen\u00fdm m\u011b\u0159ic\u00edm koncept\u016fm a jasn\u011b regulovan\u00fdm tr\u017en\u00edm proces\u016fm lze dnes dos\u00e1hnout v\u00fdznamn\u00e9ho zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed efektivity v bodech p\u0159ipojen\u00ed k s\u00edti.
