Proces organizovan\u00fd Spolkovou agenturou pro s\u00edt\u011b se kon\u00e1 dvakr\u00e1t ro\u010dn\u011b - 1. kv\u011btna a 1. z\u00e1\u0159\u00ed - a je ur\u010den p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm tzv. \"nov\u00e1\u010dk\u016fm\". <strong>Kombinace syst\u00e9m\u016f<\/strong>kter\u00e9 jsou st\u00e1le ve f\u00e1zi pl\u00e1nov\u00e1n\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Podpora velk\u00fdch fotovoltaick\u00fdch syst\u00e9m\u016f v\u010detn\u011b akumulac\u00ed<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ve v\u00fdb\u011brov\u00fdch \u0159\u00edzen\u00edch na inovace se proto poskytuje zvl\u00e1\u0161tn\u00ed podpora v\u0161em technick\u00fdm \u0159e\u0161en\u00edm, kter\u00e1 spo\u010d\u00edvaj\u00ed ve spojen\u00ed syst\u00e9m\u016f obnoviteln\u00e9 energie s akumula\u010dn\u00edmi za\u0159\u00edzen\u00edmi. Celkov\u00e1 kapacita akumula\u010dn\u00edho syst\u00e9mu mus\u00ed odpov\u00eddat nejm\u00e9n\u011b 25 % celkov\u00e9 kapacity kombinace soustav.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Nov\u00e9 rostliny:<\/strong>&nbsp;V\u0161echny subsyst\u00e9my nesm\u00ed b\u00fdt ke dni pod\u00e1n\u00ed nab\u00eddky uvedeny do provozu.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Registrace:<\/strong>&nbsp;V\u0161echny subsyst\u00e9my mus\u00ed b\u00fdt p\u0159ed datem pod\u00e1n\u00ed nab\u00eddky zaregistrov\u00e1ny jako projekty v hlavn\u00edm registru \u00fadaj\u016f o trhu.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Provozuschopnost s\u00edt\u011b:<\/strong>&nbsp;Kombinace syst\u00e9mu mus\u00ed b\u00fdt obecn\u011b vhodn\u00e1 pro poskytov\u00e1n\u00ed kladn\u00e9ho sekund\u00e1rn\u00edho regula\u010dn\u00edho v\u00fdkonu nebo pro podporu jin\u00fdch slu\u017eeb s\u00edt\u011b (nap\u0159. absorpce \u0161pi\u010dkov\u00fdch zat\u00ed\u017een\u00ed).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u017d\u00e1dn\u00e9 dvoj\u00ed financov\u00e1n\u00ed:<\/strong>&nbsp;Syst\u00e9my ji\u017e nesm\u00ed b\u00fdt dotov\u00e1ny z jin\u00fdch dota\u010dn\u00edch program\u016f EEG.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Minim\u00e1ln\u00ed technick\u00e9 po\u017eadavky na fotovoltaick\u00e9 syst\u00e9my a syst\u00e9my skladov\u00e1n\u00ed<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aby byly spln\u011bny minim\u00e1ln\u00ed po\u017eadavky pro \u00fa\u010dast v nab\u00eddkov\u00e9m \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed na inovace, mus\u00ed m\u00edt celkov\u00fd syst\u00e9m v\u00fdkon alespo\u0148 1001 kW. V praxi posta\u010d\u00ed nap\u0159\u00edklad fotovoltaick\u00fd syst\u00e9m o v\u00fdkonu p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b 750 kW a akumula\u010dn\u00ed syst\u00e9m o v\u00fdkonu 251 kW a kapacit\u011b alespo\u0148 500 kW. V tomto p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b je kapacita \u00falo\u017ei\u0161t\u011b 25 % z celkov\u00e9 kapacity a syst\u00e9m \u00falo\u017ei\u0161t\u011b m\u016f\u017ee pln\u011b dodat elekt\u0159inu b\u011bhem dvou hodin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Proces v\u00fdb\u011brov\u00e9ho \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed na inovace<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Podm\u00ednky v\u00fdb\u011brov\u00e9ho \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed, objem a maxim\u00e1ln\u00ed hodnota jsou zve\u0159ejn\u011bny p\u011bt a\u017e osm t\u00fddn\u016f p\u0159ed uz\u00e1v\u011brkou v\u00fdb\u011brov\u00e9ho \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed na inovace. Nap\u0159\u00edklad v roce 2024 \u010dinila maxim\u00e1ln\u00ed povolen\u00e1 hodnota <strong>9,18 ct\/kWh<\/strong> a pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e1 hodnota p\u0159\u00edplatku pro <strong>8,33 ct\/kWh<\/strong>. Pro prvn\u00ed v\u00fdb\u011brov\u00e9 \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed v roce 2025 stanovila Spolkov\u00e1 agentura pro s\u00edt\u011b maxim\u00e1ln\u00ed hodnotu na. <strong>9,00 ct\/kWh<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Zp\u016fsobil\u00ed uchaze\u010di mus\u00ed p\u0159edlo\u017eit sv\u00e9 nab\u00eddky ve stanoven\u00e9 lh\u016ft\u011b a v\u00fdhradn\u011b v p\u00edsemn\u00e9 form\u011b po\u0161tou. Elektronick\u00e1 pod\u00e1n\u00ed nejsou povolena. Po uplynut\u00ed lh\u016fty pro pod\u00e1n\u00ed nab\u00eddek zkontroluje Feder\u00e1ln\u00ed agentura pro s\u00edt\u011b v\u0161echna pod\u00e1n\u00ed z hlediska form\u00e1ln\u00ed a obsahov\u00e9 spr\u00e1vnosti. Zak\u00e1zky jsou zpravidla p\u0159id\u011blov\u00e1ny nejhospod\u00e1rn\u011bj\u0161\u00edm a se s\u00edt\u00ed kompatibiln\u00edm projekt\u016fm, p\u0159i\u010dem\u017e v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b p\u0159evisu nab\u00eddek nad popt\u00e1vkou jsou p\u0159id\u011blov\u00e1ny nejv\u00fdhodn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed nab\u00eddky.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Jakmile je projekt schv\u00e1len, mus\u00ed b\u00fdt realizov\u00e1n ve stanoven\u00e9 lh\u016ft\u011b - obvykle 30 m\u011bs\u00edc\u016f. Existuje povinnost pod\u00e1vat zpr\u00e1vy o pokroku a v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b nedodr\u017een\u00ed mohou b\u00fdt ulo\u017eeny sankce. Finan\u010dn\u00ed prost\u0159edky jsou vypl\u00e1ceny prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm <strong>Klouzav\u00e1 tr\u017en\u00ed pr\u00e9mie<\/strong>kter\u00e1 se vypl\u00e1c\u00ed pouze v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b, \u017ee tr\u017en\u00ed hodnota elekt\u0159iny je ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e p\u0159id\u011blen\u00e1 nab\u00eddkov\u00e1 hodnota. V p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b z\u00e1porn\u00fdch burzovn\u00edch cen elekt\u0159iny se v\u00fdplata dotace za dan\u00e9 obdob\u00ed ru\u0161\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">V\u00fdhody \u00fa\u010dasti ve v\u00fdb\u011brov\u00e9m \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed na inovace<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00da\u010dast ve v\u00fdb\u011brov\u00e9m \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed na inovace nab\u00edz\u00ed spole\u010dnostem, tv\u016frc\u016fm projekt\u016f a investor\u016fm n\u011bkolik strategick\u00fdch v\u00fdhod. Na rozd\u00edl od tradi\u010dn\u00edch v\u00fdb\u011brov\u00fdch \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed EEG zde nen\u00ed kladen d\u016fraz pouze na nejni\u017e\u0161\u00ed cenu, ale na kombinaci ekonomick\u00e9 efektivity a syst\u00e9mov\u00e9 relevance.
