Slou\u017e\u00ed k v\u00fdpo\u010dtu energetick\u00e9 n\u00e1ro\u010dnosti obytn\u00fdch a nebytov\u00fdch budov a od 1. ledna 2024 tvo\u0159\u00ed <strong>povinn\u00fd z\u00e1klad<\/strong> pro energetick\u00e9 hodnocen\u00ed podle n\u011bmeck\u00e9ho stavebn\u011b-energetick\u00e9ho z\u00e1kona (GEG). T\u00edm nahrazuje d\u0159\u00edv\u011bj\u0161\u00ed metody v\u00fdpo\u010dtu a zaji\u0161\u0165uje jednotnou, celostn\u00ed a podrobnou anal\u00fdzu spot\u0159eby energie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Norma pokr\u00fdv\u00e1 v\u0161echny relevantn\u00ed oblasti, jako je vyt\u00e1p\u011bn\u00ed, chlazen\u00ed, ventilace, tepl\u00e1 u\u017eitkov\u00e1 voda a osv\u011btlen\u00ed, a zohled\u0148uje tak\u00e9 za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed na v\u00fdrobu elekt\u0159iny, jako je fotovoltaika. Norma DIN V 18599 byla poprv\u00e9 zve\u0159ejn\u011bna v roce 2005 a od t\u00e9 doby pro\u0161la n\u011bkolika revizemi, aby se p\u0159izp\u016fsobila technick\u00e9mu pokroku a nov\u00fdm z\u00e1konn\u00fdm po\u017eadavk\u016fm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Slou\u017e\u00ed jako reference pro na\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed o energetick\u00e9 \u00fa\u010dinnosti budov (EnEV), GEG a v\u00fdznamn\u011b p\u0159isp\u00edv\u00e1 k implementaci <a href=\"https:\/\/cubeconcepts.de\/cz\/smernice-eu-o-stavebnictvi\/\">Sm\u011brnice EU o budov\u00e1ch<\/a> k celkov\u00e9 energetick\u00e9 \u00fa\u010dinnosti.
